I came here to get lunch for me and my husband. They were busy and seemed to have alot of online/ takeout orders. The employees were very friendly and the service was quick and correct. By far, these are one of our favorite style subs that we have tried locally. We both got the Big Kahuna made with beef. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious as always! Thank you for making our little lunch date special!

Placed an online order for my myself and my colleagues this afternoon and half of my order was incorrect and/or missing. One of the sandwiches had the wrong meat on it and both bags of chips I ordered were missing. This isn't the first time that this has happened to my orders. This will definitely be last time I do business at this location.

I really like their Philly subs. I also like their Italian sub. They used to have a Reuben that was amazing but it's been lost to time. Anyways the only thing that stops them from being completely better than their competitor Penn Station is that Penn Station has better fries. Jersey Mike's is the one that has the subs you want to order. Very satisfied. Andrew is a great manager.

Went in the store to order around 2 pm not one person in the store besides myself. I was informed that they could not take my order for at least 30 minutes because of the amount of online orders. What happened to taking care of the customer that is in front of you. Jersey Mike's might want to have little better customer service training for their employee's and managers. Never the less I took my business to Subway and was waited on when I walked in.

Our family loves Jersey Mike’s and has always been a Friday night favorite. Today the gentleman working behind the counter was extremely rude. We were greeted with “it’s going to be a while because there’s like 20 orders ahead of you”. Not a problem was our response. He was obviously not having a good day and he definitely was not happy. We were just really disappointed in the service and his irritation that we had come in to order a sandwich.

Always, great service and food. And I have no problem with the way people have there hair, but it should not be hanging out in the front. I guess they don't require hair nets.

Two times in a row my mobile order has not been ready at the quoted time. First time was lunch hour and they were slammed busy and I came in 15 minutes after the quoted time. Had to stand and wait as they prepared it while I was waiting. Second instance the store was empty and employees were just chatting amongst themselves. Walked in on the minute of quoted time and had to wait for them to prepare it as I waited.

Came in last night and was so surprised with the new remodel. Looked great! I got a veggie sub on Gluten-free bread and they went out of their way to clean the slicer and put my bread on a tray with a clean knife. Definitely 10/10 service

I was rather surprised with the level of customer service that I received. As a man on the ASD, I have trouble communicating my needs verbally, Dyllan took his time to ensure I had order the correct items on my sandwich. His kindness and love that he put into the sandwich made my lunch great. I will come back to this location every time for a sandwich due to Dyllan's dedication to service.

The girl working here may be the rudest most uncooperative person in the world. I’ve come here every year on my birthday for a free sandwich and I came today and she said “it looks like you don’t have any reward for a free sandwich” when my app says my birthday in it and I’ve gotten one every year. What’s up with that? Then I said i would just pay for it and I got a 6 inch with turkey and she tried to put bacon on it and i said i don’t want bacon and she said “well we go by the names. so you want a club sandwich without the bacon.” Like no I just wanted a 6 inch with turkey pickles and lettuce. So I drove 30 minutes to get my free sandwich on my birthday and ended up paying $12. Never will come back to this location.

all of the employees are super nice and friendly. Beth made me an AMAZING Jersey Mikes Philly giant and I ate every single bite of my half. it was delicious and flavorful, she was also very professional, as well as Olivia! Definitely recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone. Great place to eat in Chattanooga.

Two suggestions: 1. Clean your dining room - 6 workers in the store and someone having to ask you to clean off a table is unacceptable. 2. Learn what goes on a sandwich - husband's sandwich was missing ingredients. Before you say why didn't he say something, he isn't that type of customer. Food fresh, staff friendly.

This Jersey Mike's location is amazing! Clean and fast, with awesome sandwiches and staff! They use premium ingredients in their sandwiches we have never experienced at other JM locations, 10 star's for using romaine lettuce , and beautiful tomatoes guy's! We'll be back for sure!

The fact that I spent $32 just for a disrespectful minor to threaten the person I was with is insane. Letting the whole store know that you are going to get your buddies to shoot someone and run outside to call them out their vehicle is highly dangerous. The name calling wasnt right but expected that type of behavior. I hope that he gets help because that's going down a very dangerous road.

This place is amazing! Best subs I've ever had with quality service! I've been in there quite a few times and the server (I believe his name was James) was funny and polite! He made the small wait time worth while and he was taking care of another coustmer and everyone including customers had smiles!! I loved it!

Wouldn’t go here for the customer service. Went in for lunch today and you could cut the tension with a knife. There was a guy throwing things around in the back and another guy running around looking like a chicken with his head cut off… we ordered and it took almost 30 mins to make two Sandwiches. No tea. Bread was taken from the back so not sure if it was old but very disappointed and would like a refund. Calling in the morning to speak to an adult. DISAPPOINTED THEY NEED HELP

I got a free small #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese SteakApplewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, white American cheese and ranch dressing on Parmesian cheese bread for my birthday. This is my second birthday I have gotten a free sandwich from them. It tasted wonderful and was perfectly made. Lettuce and tomato was very crisp and fresh. The bread was soft and tasty! I also got a free root beer and shared this meal with my daughter. Even the small [regular] is big enough for us to share! I love Jersey Mike's!The inside of the store was very clean. I called ahead but they had several custormers at 730pm on this Thursday evening. One was eating at a table. Everyone was wearing masks and very careful about using gloves [my server put on a fresh pair before handing me the cup for the soda!]. The floor was clearly marked at 6 ft intervals. I felt very safe and ventilation seemed pretty good at the Gunbarrel Store. It isn't very accessible as I had to step up on an about 6" curb but wasn't much of a walk from where I parked [at the end of the iron rail], which wasn't a handicapped space because I forgot my hanger card.Going inside restaurants is not very comfortable for me because how do you eat without removing your mask? I got mine to go and service was very quick. Servers were very cheerful and helpful. Every time I've been in this store has been a positive experience, and this time was just as nice despite this time of COVID. I'm sorry I don't have a picture for you this time. Rain was pouring and I just hurried in and out.

Food is great, service sucks. I go there for lunch at least twice a week, I always call in my order at least 20 minutes before lunch, but end up waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes just to get it. The food is good four stars, service is terrible two stars, so I give an average of three stars.
