After a horrific experience with the groomer down the road from Good Dog, I could not recommend Karen more. She is especially good with cantankerous, grumpy, disabled dogs like ours.Charlie is a 13 year old blind shi tzu and is not afraid to stay at Good Dog. He is happy and looks great when I pick him up. He is a hard dog to groom due to him not being able to see and nips when his face is groomed and rightfully so. Karen has no issue with this as she knows he’s not biting out of aggression but fear. He is used to her now and loves going.

Karen did such an awesome job with my labrador retriever after his hospital stay! (Bath and toe nails.) She went on and on about what a good dog we have and I couldn't have been more pleased! I will most definitely be bringing my pup back! I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks again Karen!

Excellent service. Karen Farmer truly cares about each and every pet that comes to her business. She treats them as her own, and gives them undivided attention, care and that "extra special" touch. Great place for pets that are a little fussy at the groomer. My beagle is a handful at the groomer and they treat him like Family. He still hates to be groomed, but they make it great for me!

Sweet, caring, understanding, and excellent professionals. My dogs have been to a few other places in town, but this is my (and my pets’) preference. Prices are extremely reasonable. I love that I can text the staff to get an appointment or to ask questions. Be advised that they only take cash.

It was a terrible customer service and experience for my dog, when I picked my dog up, I saw her and her hair was not cut even and she had a rash or red marks that the lady said that was a bump (which was a lie because my dog didn’t have any), the attitude of this lady was rude when I told her to cut her face more. I wouldn’t take my dog to this place ever again!

Great job on grooming our puppy "Bella". Only down fall is, that it smells like cigarette smoke inside the shop. Bella has never came home smelling of smoke. We just over look the smell because the service is so great and Bella always looks good.

Best service in town for animal care. They are always nice and do a phenomenal job. Their prices are also decent. My dog is a 100lbs and going to them is always more beneficial on the wallet.

I made a 12:30pm appointment and made sure my schedule was open to take my dog to this appointment . However, on my way to the appointment when I called them she said “oh, my dog washer has already left for the day so there is no way I can take your dog today.” 😡After I MADE and appointment and REARRANGED my day, they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me and let me know they couldn’t take him. If I hadn’t called they would have just let me show up and THEN tell me?!?! They didn’t offer any apology or rectification. VERY UNRELIABLE. We will not be using them again. Don’t count on your appointment!

I was very upset that my 1st time bring Cinnamon to be groomed, she had a very painful result. Her whole stomach area was razor burned. I have, had to doctor the burns for 2 days now and it is still not all healed. I have taken her to other groomers in the past, and have never had this problem before. :(

Always a great experience! Karen has been grooming Nelson, my ragdoll, for several years. Cats aren't always the easiest to handle, and she does a great job.

I’m not too happy with the way they trimmed my dogs nails. She is very active and can get them snagged so I wish she would have put more time and energy into making sure she cut them well.

My dog liked it. She didn't pull me out the door when I came to pick her up. They did and excellent job cleaning up my pooch. I will definitely be bringing her back

Only spoke to an employee on the phone to ask a question about cat grooming, but apparently they do not groom cats even though the website has it listed as a service. Just an FYI before you call.
