I absolutely love the ACE at Dallas bay! I've never had one bad experience here! Never! Les is usually who I go to since I'm always in the garden center.(les is absolutely amazing as well! Don't ever let him go! Lol)Today I had to get a few things from inside. The gentleman who helped me was phenomenal! (I wish I got his name) he helped me find and pick out the right things I needed for roofing repair, paint, brushes and what to use to keep mold away. He was extremely nice, professional and never got aggravated when I kept asking questions! I hope he sees this and knows he was a huge help!

To many employees asking if you need help finding anything. It's such a distraction to be asked 6 different times if I need help finding something. If you did actually need help none of the staff has enough knowledge to help you. I think they loose sells by seeming overly helpful. People forget what they came for.

I have never been to a nicer hardware store, ever. I drive 25 minutes to shop there. They are so helpful. The young employees are so friendly and make sure that you where waited on. Ace is such a pleasure.

Staff is amazing. Every time I go there, everyone is super nice. The manager Brandon however, not so much. In fact he is extremely unprofessional. There is a certain way leaders should act and treat people and that is not it. There is an old saying that says, "if you want to test the character of a man, give him power or authority."

Great selection of items and store is always clean and organized. Had my skill chain saw repaired and serviced in their shop and technician was fantastic. He called me and informed me of the problem and what corrective measures were needed . After repair was made he called and told me some other items he handled. Great service and communication. !!

Visited again today just to see if they had any new flowers. They still beat out any garden center in the area! I am always amazed by how they can have so many plants, trees, and shrubs, yet each one of them looks like they have been taken care of like it's the only plant there! So beautiful!The best selection of flowers! They even have Lowe's and Home Depot beat. Not to mention, the employees are not only very friendly and professional, they are very knowledgeable about the products they offer. They can answer all of my gardening questions and they know what they're talking about! I love going here to get all of my flowers in the Spring. You will never see any dead plants/flowers because they take very good care of them. You know that you are getting healthy plants and quality plants

It may not be as big as Lowe's or Home Depot, but it always surprises me that the Elder's Ace stores have some items that the bigger stores don't carry anymore. I have had good luck in the past using them to get a key copy made that other stores didn't have the blank for, and today I found an electrical switch I needed to repair an appliance that I thought I would have to order online. Glad someone recommended I check Ace for the part.

Let me start by saying between myself and the rest of my family, we’ve done a lot of business with them over the years and as a rule I’m satisfied every time I go in there. I recently purchased a STHL BG 50 leaf blower from them. Used it about 4 times and then couldn’t get it to crank when I went to use it again(I’m assuming it was flooded) after competing the startup process to manufacturer specs. Took it back to Ace to get it fixed assuming it would be covered under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the blower. Got a call the next morning that it was ready for pickup but got charged $26.20. When I called to inquire about the charge I was informed it probably wasn’t covered under the warranty because the engine was flooded. I know it’s not a massive expense, and I would understand this if I had been using the blower improperly. Just seemed annoying considering I’ve only had it a little over a month. I’ll likely continue to use them for smaller purchases, but I don’t know that I’ll continue buying sthl products from them.

I love the vast inventory to choose from, they always have what I need in-stock. The store is always clean, & there's always friendly associates willing to help. The boutique just inside the door is the cutest with eclectic items. I love looking for special gift ideas & treats for myself.

The dark-haired teenage girl at the register was extremely rude to me. She has no customer service skills. Luckily her team members helped me out and were much nicer than she was. Every interaction with the customer counts. Check your tone and attitude and facial expressions when speaking to someone Especially a customer.

The store is very clean. I had to look for a few things, but wasn't asked if I needed help. Now I have to say I usually am asked, but not this time. The store has been rearranged and added too. The cashier was friendly and spoke kindly, I could tell under the mask she was smiling, because her eyes smiled when she did.

Nice sized Ace Hardware with a great staff. I went particularly to check out their plants. As I entered their garden center the woman that apparently oversees that area was very proactive and asked if she could help me. Told her I was looking for some perennials and she directed me to their location. As I was looking around she checked in to see if I had any questions or if she could help in any way. They had good prices on a wide variety of plants that were healthy and well tended.
