I just wanted to thank the tire shop and the fuel desk for their help last night. My path out was blocked by a parked truck and the folks at the tire shop were helpful in finding him. Even though I'm sure this occurs frequently, I appreciate your cooperation and support in getting me where I needed to be. Always a pleasant experience at Loves 🙂

I waited 6 hrs to get in the shop with only 1 trk in front of me ! I have been here another 2 hrs. Then the loves location I'm @ had to go to another loves place to get the wheel seals .. Loves to be a multi- billion dollar company. You're pitiful to me.

I had nothing but bad experience here, Unpolite employees , I do not trust there Employees at All, They are Disrespectful, Big Mouth Rude people, And Slow Unprofessional.

Before I begin, I want to say mostly everything I disliked was not really their fault. Policy and Procedures and the influx of breakdowns in the area hampered their abilities to help me out the best they could. I got in around 9 pm with a bolt in my tire. Was told it would be around 3 am to get repaired. I called then and again at 630. Both time was told any minute now. Finally 8 am I get told to come on in. Took them about 30 minutes to do the repair. Sadly though the guy replaced the wrong tire! So he had to swap tires again. He apologized for not paying attention, and I gave him the benefit of doubt that maybe it just had been super busy. Reason they couldn't get to me was because if they get a call for road assistance, that takes priority. So what I get is, don't limp your truck to the love's. Pull over on the shoulder safely and call and you'll be made priority. That sounds more unsafe but if you want to be repaired asap, that's what you'll have to do. Attitudes were good though and none seem put out by me or my repair.

I was majorly inconvenienced by stopping here, I had planned to stop to use the Tire Pass. I planned this out since Louisville. Unfortunately they have removed Tire Pass from the pump and you have to go into the shop to have it done. They had the tire bay completely full, the lady at the counter had just gotten back from a parts run and the gentleman that was working in the shop had to go run a road call. They had no time for a 15 minute tire check. This is sad and needs to change.

Please if you have a chance DO NOT use this shop. Yesterday stopped for tire change, day before I set up an appointment to be taken between 7 AM and 8 AM, which they took me in at 7:15 am which was really good, and then all the fun started there... they finished changing my two tires at 9 am and till 11 I was just waiting because they could not figure out pricing, even tho when I called they quoted me $285 per tire and at the end they charged me $480 per tire, they are dishonest people and just trying to RIP you off and no-one wants to work there. Terrible service!!!! Never use it! I arrived at noon to do the oil change. They said that the waiting time is 40minutes, up to an hour. After an hour I check with them, but they said that they change the shift and said that l am next in line, just be patient. After waiting 2 MORE hours, they FINNALLY gave me a bay. 15 minutes they were looking for filters. Then they gave me an unexperienced mechanic Michael who drained the oil, changed oil filter and greased the truck for 3 HOURS!!! He didn't fill up the new filter with diesel, but put it into the truck. Since there were no diesel in the filter, the truck pumped air into the fuel system. So my truck got shut off They were trying to start my truck many times until my battery died. So service truck had to charge me back. The new mechanic Cyrus came to rescue. He said to unscrew the main fuel filter and add more diesel. Michael made a mistake AGAIN and unscrewed a wrong part, a separate filter. Then more experienced mechanic Cyrus told Michael to screw it back. BUT Michael didn't screw it back tightly ( as you would learn later on). Then finally diesel was added to the right filter, they started the truck, but the engine was shaking. They said to ride on the lot, but suddenly truck stopped. I went back to the shop, to let them know. They came to check the truck, but since they didn't have the tools, they had to go back to the shop. Cyrus had to pressurize the fuel tank to get the truck to stay running due to the truck not even making it out of the parking lot. After the truck was running Cyrus removed the fuel cap and it knocked the tech in the head where his head met the cab of the truck it broke the light fixture. Diesel was in tech's eyes. Then I noticed the diesel fountain under the truck. Obviously, it was leaking from the loosen separate filter.Well, to not get into more details, I paid $219 for the oil change ( with my own oil), got damaged my light, with spilled diesel all over my truck, I left the facility at 9 pm!!!!Service: Oil change

Why do just businesses lie to try and get out of work? I call before I exit they tell me one person is in front of me. I show up 5 minutes later and tell me it will be a three hour wait. Nobody is in there and I just wanted a new tire. The other guy that just checked in wanted mechanic work. Typical employees running off business! Mind you I get there at 7:02 2 minutes after they open.

Do you not respect the time and they don’t care about you if you wait 10 hour or 20 hours are you coming to change the oil they told me you need to wait 4 to 5 hour and a I wait seven hour and after that told me you have to wait five hours more so the total for the chin Joily you have to wait 10 hours to change oil !

Got an oil change and ended up 150 miles away on the side of the road wearing all the oil because they forgot to put the oil cap back on. But the people were nice.

Don't stop here. Inexperienced techs and not a care in the world about the time you have available for the stop. Twice now they've pulled me in and just forgot about me. Go on down to another service center.
