I just had a very embarrassing experience getting stuck in the Home Depot drive in aisle where my car stopped working. Not an exaggeration- I called my husband, he called Pat- and within 3 minutes Brian was there. Fastest time I’ve ever seen with a tow. He was quick and we had a great calming conversation on the way to my home. He told me on the way it was his day off. I am very thankful for their help and kindness. Thanks again!

Last week, I had to have my vehicle towed, ran over a log in the road, causing two flat tires. I called Mid - States towing in Hillsboro, within an hour they were at my home ready to take my vehicle to. location that I use. Very polite and professional. I have used them in the past, I highly recommend them for any towing service.

Wish we could give Pat more than 5 stars!My husbands truck front wheel bearing went out less than 3 miles from our house. We didn't know which towing company to call but made a decision strictly based on the reviews listed. He was quick to respond, quality service and even helped my husband secure the truck in our driveway. Little back story here. I illegally parked my truck, to add to that stupidity, while illegally parked I misplaced my keys. The county called mid-sate to remove my vehicle from that spot. No reason to be upset with mid-state it was all my own doing. When retrieving my truck, I noticed black plastic over my windows, and immediately feared the worst. Someone had busted in and stole my belongings. However to my surprise, these individuals took it upon themselves to cover up my windows with plastic due to heavy storms the night prior. No key, and electronic windows, they were stuck half way down the way I left them. They owed me nothing, I didn't request them to haul my truck, the county did. But that small act of kindness on their part will have me recommending them to all.

Pat came out and changed the flat tire on a rental trailer for me and as we were talking, we were both involved in pet rescue. Pat and his wife were and my girlfriend and I are still. When I came time to pay him for his service, he insisted that instead of paying him, I use the the money he would have charged to go towards the rescue. Best towing service and experience I have ever had. Pat went the extra mile and was so kind. My daughter needed a 38' RV towed. Our first experience when moving the RV was a 6 hour nightmare with another company 6months prior so we were all nervous especially after calling several places that were unable to move the RV. The first move he was timely my daughter said he was very professional, quick, helpful and nice. Well after he got it moved, we had to move it again the next day quickly and he went above and beyond to get there quickly and move it for us and when we got to its final destination he even helped us drive it in the narrow entrance and all of this help for a excellent price he was a angel for sure and we can't thank him enough.

Tammy and Pat are both very wonderful people. Pat came and got us and helped us find the cheapest alternator for our vehicle. He brought us back to his shop so my fiancé had a safe and dry area to swap out the alternators. I sat inside with Tammy and had some nice conversations and got to enjoy their dogs. I 10/10 recommend them. They would give you the shirt off their back and are some of the greatest people I have ever met. So kind and giving, I can’t thank them enough.

Very helpful company! Pat was so nice and helpful love the 24 hour service. He arrived in a timely manner worked with my roadside assistance to get everything worked out. He towed us to the nearest Toyota dealership and even called the head mechanic to get here early and get us help.

I managed to break down and while I expected to wait for nearly 2 hours. Pat was out there within 35 minutes and had me home with my vehicle within the hour. And since It was 10:40 at night I was over joyed that he was so punctual. Also the cab of his truck was the cleanest and smelled the best of any tow truck I have ever rode in. The owner Pat Williams rescued us with his towing service after we hit a deer in the middle of the night. He was super friendly, and put us at ease in the midst of all the chaos. We were not close to home and did not know the area at all. He suggested an auto body shop, hotels in area if needed, and even drove us to the Nashville airport so we could rent a car (this was 2a.m on Sunday morning so nothing else was open). He even offered to stop at a store or somewhere we could get food or drinks since we would be sitting and waiting for the car rental counter to open.Pat is a guardian angel and we are so thankful to him for all the wonderful help and direction! Shout out to his wife as well for understanding his need to help us at the wee hours of the morning.
