It was a good one to stop, refill for gas and continued your travel, everything is so clean and organized!!! Fresh coffee and fruits!!! I like it!!! Also, there is a dog park, it’s clean and safe for our pets!!!

This is a fairly busy loves location. I got there around 11am and at least half of the lot was full.They have a Hardee’s here for food and the roller section had plenty on it.For a newer loves I guess I expected more out of the parking layout. It’s not terrible. But it’s not as open as a lot of the newer loves location. At least in between the shop and the scale.The shower room for the most part was one of the cleanest shower rooms I’ve seen in a while. BUT the actual shower itself had a decent amount either mold or mildew in the corners of the shower already.All of the employees I encountered while here were pleasant and when I woke up to leave again, all of the employees were cleaning and stocking things.All in all, this is a decent loves location.

This is a great Subway. We stopped for gas and the kids got McDonald's and I got my regular gluten-free dairy free salad. I ordered a Veggie salad and they loaded it up so well with lots of jalapeños, just like I like it. Very efficient and friendly. All so fresh...yum!

Dog friendly! Cleanest restroom this side of the Mississippi! The store is well shocked and full of inventory. Hardeys made me a great burger, even though I couldn't find a "western bacon cheeseburger". the bacon cheeseburger did just fine. oh, and the fuel prices were the best on the block lol

First went to Hardee's for lunch. The girl behind the counter did not say a single word to me as I approached, ordered, payed for, and received my food. Then I go to the bathroom. In the farthest mens stall it looked like someone had explosively unloaded on the entire front of the toilet. Get done and decide I need a drink for the road. Make my selection and absolutely not a single employee could be found in the driver's checkout area. All the employees were huddled behind the car check out area. More employees than registers and just chatting and laughing.

Very nice store. There is a dog park. They have a lot to offer. There is a Hardee's inside. The bathrooms are very clean. It is very expensive but convenient. They do not sell Sundrop soda.Edit - We just filled the propane tank on our RV for the first time. It was a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent inside the store, and the man filling up the propane was very helpful.

Men's restroom was pretty nasty for Loves standards. Hardee's was closed. Shop people hanging out at Hardee's and at the cash register instead of in the shop. "Professional" drivers clogging up their fuel bays. They (Loves) has an access/exit point blocked off so if you go to the east side of the shop you will be in for a rude awakening.

My first shower here was amazingly clean. Every shower since then has been disgusting. My shower tonight is the nastiest yet. Hair all over the shower. Left over phlegm that was spit out in the shower. It wasn’t even wiped out from last person. Dirty qtips. Just disgusting. Always hairs in the sinks. Fecal particles in the toilet. Need some new employees. Took video but it won’t let me post. Probably a good thing for those that are disgusted by other people’s hair in your shower. I get it’s a public shower but come on. I’ve gave it 6 times after my first clean shower and every time it’s just getting worse. I won’t be back.

This is THE BEST truck stop hands down!!!The bathroom is ALWAYS SPOTLESS!!!! My daughter and I love using the woman’s bathroom and my husband says the mens bathroom is excellent too.The selection of fresh fruit along with the verity of snacks allows everyone to get what they want. Drinks are a bit pricey but it’s a welcome trade for the immaculate bathrooms.We always stop at this one on our way from Chattanooga to Nashville and on our way back.EVERY truck stop should rise to their standards!!!Also a bonus everyone is super nice and helpful!!Thank you to all of the Loves employees here we appreciate you all so very much!!!

Ok I know it's not all the loves that r bad....but when u have a few bad apples it kind of spoils it for the others.....evertime I come here it's either there out of hot dog buns or the Hardee is closed or out of supplies....and tonight 10/29/23No different Hardee's closed no employees to work......No hotdog buns....Pre-made sandwiches at some point have gotten hot cuz the cheese is all melted .....I dont know who is running this joint but u either need to be fired or moved out of ur position.... cuz there is no organization here....employees just setting back talking to each other...not doing anything when there's stuff that needs to be refilled and stocked.....u r a 24/7 truckstop just because it slows down late at nite don't mean people and drivers stop ....do better loves

The only things I didn’t like about this Love’s is the low water pressure on the shower, and the little mold coming up in the corner of the showers. Everything else was clean

The Loves itself is not the issue, except for they only have 1 cashier a lot of the time so hope you're not in a hurry. The attached Hardee's however , worst Hardee's I've ever been to ! The drive through is rarely open. No sign posted stating it's closed. U just pull up and sit there for a minute or two until u realize they're closed. And this has happened literally 40 times that I have been there on my way to work over the past several months. Then the other day, as I ordered my usual sausage biscuit and gravy biscuit at around $6.38 i think, the lady behind the counter says my total is $7. When I asked her if the prices went up, she proceeds to tell me "no my cash register just randomly selects people and rounds their total up to the nearest dollar..." Really ?!?! Thanks corporate Hardee's for just taking more of my money without even asking me !!! I will not be back here again.

Well done Love’s ❤️ ! This place is immaculate! Looks great, even the bathroom is sparkling! Cashier was also friendly and had a smile on her face. Great selection of merchandise and decent prices.This is definitely one of the nicest locations that i have seen.

Unless you want to spend 12 hours waiting to get a service I suggest you don’t use this location their managers do not do anything far as communicating with our drivers a driver had to sit there from 12 o’clock today until 945pm tonight to find out that they don’t have the parts and they couldn’t get them . And how convenient corporate office is only open Monday through Friday for bankers hours. Just because the loves clocks out every eight hours a truck driver doesn’t they are on a 10 hour clock and the loves will waste that clock. And don’t let me speak on the showers, it would be more sanitary to take a shower outside.

One of the largest Loves’s truck stops that I have seen.Extremely clean everywhere, but the restroom was super clean.The staff was courteous, lots of parking, convenient Speedco for PM’s, tires, light mechanical work.The store was well stocked with a Hugh inventory of food and general merchandise.Hardee’s fast good is clean and fast.Right before the I-24 Westbound scales at Manchester, TN if your logbook is tapped out.

I have been a Love's faithful customer for over 10 years. You guys have been my preferred truck stop and I will drive hours before I go anywhere else. With that being said, lately these toilets in the showers have been horrible. This is the 5th shower that I have purchased that had stains in the toilet. I don't think I need to specify on the type of stains but it doesn't help me to believe this shower is clean. Please work on this management!!!!!

The laundry is out of order which is a common occurrence at Loves. There is a 2 hrs wait for showers mainly because the staff would rather stand around talking than actually do their job. For a multimillion dollar corporation it seems as though the upper management would do a better job. It's a sad day when TA has a better track record than Loves.

This Love's needs to be the default model for showers. Good counter space, a place to sit, a rail to put my family sized shampoo and such on, a paper holder that isn't where my leg should be while on the toilet, good pressure, and clean. If only this layout was the most common.

No water pressure in shower 7. Couldn't even spray the soap off my, I had to use my hands. I was going to wash my beard but there is no way with this water pressure. *Everything else about this place is great, I soley rate based on shower experience.*

My husband and I stopped to grab breakfast at Hardee's by 8:30am. I ordered french toast dips he ordered omelet biscuit. Got back to our semi took off and my French toast didn't have any syrup in the box or the bag the dips were crunchy and cold. His omelet biscuit had absolutely no meat on it that it was advertised ham bacon and sausage. He was disappointed with his sandwich but I'm stuck without breakfast until our next stop how ever long that could be if I could had known I would of turned around and asked for a refund of our food but seeing how us truckers have a schedule to maintain I'm now left with an empty stomach. 😡

Need some employees inside that want to work not just stand around talking and be playing on their phones. I hate stopping here because customer service sucks at this location. Poor Robert couldn’t get signed into the register to check me out. I’m hoping he was new. So I went to lady at next register and she was busy playing on her phone. Took a while until she noticed me, meanwhile there are 3 other female employees standing behind her busy talking.
