We have been customers since 2020, we believe in supporting small businesses rather than industrial farms. We get delivery in Tampa, FL. We purchase all their varieties and have never been disappointed by any piece of meat. Their meat is what you would have eaten at your great grandparents, if they lived on a farm, 60 years ago, or from a small butcher who sold only locally grown meat. It isflavorful and clean tasting. We always order beef, pork and chicken. We also love their lamb so much that we order an entire lamb,. You can get it cut to your preference. I have eaten Welsh, Orkney and Greek lamb. Lamb that is considered world standard, but, they do not compare to the lamb that we get at Pleasant Pastures. We own A LOT of Publix stock, but I only buy my meat at Pleasant Pastures, it is just too good to compromise.

My wife and I recently purchased two whole pastured hogs from these good folks. We drove over two and a half hours to get there and it was worth the trip. We were warmly welcomed onto the farm. All of our questions were patiently answered, and most importantly, the pork is DELICIOUS! It is far superior to anything I’ve ever purchased in a store. Thus far we have eaten sausage, pork chops, and ham steaks. All were incredible!

I have been buying meat from Peaceful Pastures for years. The meat is so delicious and I always feel good, knowing that I am eating meat that is grassfed, grass finished, full of good nutrients, and free from added hormones and the like! The staff has always been so helpful when I have called them, and I love being able to pick up my meat at the Good Shepard in Cookeville. So Convenient! Barbara Alger
