A lot of variety stories kept clean well-organized and for the most part easy to navigate. Prices are a little more steep than I would like to see hence my rating of four. It's located Central Hermitage parking is easily accessible and I'm not sure about the restrooms as I have not used them.

Very rude. The manager eye rolled and huffed when questioned. Finally admitted she was not the store manager but the manager on shift. I had about 100 bucks of stuff there at counter and needed another item that was locked up. The total I would have spent in store was at least 150 likely closer to 200 bucks. I explained I needed a certain brand that was listed as only available in store and with an eye roll she said they only had what was out for sale and it was not her job to get and item in I would just have to check other stores. I called pet smart and they basically said the same thing that the item I wanted was in a store in California and they could not ship store to store or to me personally. Bad customer experience from top to bottom but I did come home called the company that made the product and it is being overnighted with the other items I had on the counter for less than 100 bucks TOTAL so the lesson learned is overpriced products and rude customer service/experience. I would not recommend

I took my dog, Willow, to get groomed by Elizabeth over the weekend, and she did an amazing job! She took the time to meet my girl, talk about what kind of services I wanted, and was attentive the entire time. My pup came back looking amazing and so so happy. Willow is a bit of a drama queen and Elizabeth handled her sass like a pro. I would definitely recommend.

This was my pups first grooming experience. I have been attempting to do most grooming needs myself, but needed some assistance. I was really nervous about leaving him, but everyone in the grooming salon was super friendly and comforting. They answered any questions and eased any concerns I had. Kayla did the grooming. I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you so much to Kayla and everyone else!

My sweet big baby went and got the best hair cut and shampoo by Camryn . This is our second time coming to her and both times she has done amazing . Everything we ask for and with his big size isn’t always easy . But she did amazing . We will continue coming back

Super overpriced products you can get cheaper on Amazon. The fish section is absolutely depressing... Dead bodies..just everywhere and rude staff that walk away when asked a question.

Everything was good. I felt rushed out of the store but I get it. When my shift is over I wanna go home also. But make sure you don't do it in a ride way is all. Overall good experience. My black labs 2nd favorite store.

Nice people depending on the day u go there but the store doesn't have much of anything and the fish are horrible and constantly die not to mention they never have any good stock or stock at all.

They cut my dog almost bare and he has been miserable ever since! I just asked for a trim and they cut him too close. I feel like they mistreat the animals there as well because my Ceasar seems so sad ever since. Will be finding a new groomer

Many fish poorly cared for resulting in death. Was asking them a question about a serious adoption inquiry and the staff member walked away while talking to me. Very rude and avoidant staff

Nick and Sarah did a great job with my fur babies! I was very happy with the way their cuts turned out! Not everyone can do a lion cut and Sarah killed it! Nick did the perfect job on my Dachshunds ears as well!

We had a difficult time finding a detail oriented groomer in Hermitage until we found Sarah S. We were amazed by her over the top customer service and care for our pup. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Very strange experience last night. I came in to buy prescription food at the pet store for the first time. I normally get it from Chewy. I had to go out of my way to come all the way to Hermitage because I was having a hard time finding my cats Rx food. I called ahead to make sure they had his particular Rx food and they said yes. I basically get there, have a hard time finding it, ask for help and get attitude from two employees and they didn't have his particular Rx food. Lots of side eye and eye rolls. I've never bought prescription food from the pet store, I didn't know how it worked, I was just asking for help and was polite. I'm not sure why I was met with attitude. Maybe because it was and hour to closing? If so, not appropriate.

I ordered food online that showed in stock for pick up. After 24 hrs and no confirmation to pick up I went to the store. The food was on the shelve and I had my prescription in hand and I had submitted a copy with my order. I was told I could pick up the online order food after 7 days😳. Absolutely ridiculous. I bought the food again so that I could feed my pets and now still have an online order that will inform me in 7 days to pick it up? Awful system. I will order the food through my Vet or chewy from now on.

They have good stuff, however there are rarely enough registers open and seems to always have a line. Because of this, I usually order for carside or even home delivery where I pay upfront. Unfortunately, I needed to pick out fish and aquarium decorations which cannot easily be done online. I really try to avoid going in whenever possible.

Bought 2 fancy mice because its better to pair them. They are labeled FEMALE fancy mice.Got home and one started crawling up a cage showing us he's clearly a boyI bring him back to exchange him and then bring the other home. After not even a week of having them one had babies while I wasn't home and the other ate all but one baby. She's super fat but i wouldnt be surprised if shes pregnant too. If children had these mice they'd be traumatized.UPDATE: THE OTHER ONE HAD BABIES

I go here all the time and never had an issue until last night I purchased a canister filter and to my surprise when I got home to install it someone had switched it out and it was a used and broken one in the box so I go back to the store and while doing the return because they didn't have any of the canister filters I had bought the manager I wanted to say his name was Brian upgraded me to one that was almost $200 more for the same price ill be a lifetime customer and I hope I got his name correct.

I am a first time fur parent to a 2 month old baby girl and i wanted to know what the best pedigree food was for her i asked an associate and she didn’t know and i wanted to know what i could use to potty train her she didn’t know that either. I feel if you are working in a pet store you should know something
