Amazing experience. Took sunny (golden doodle) for a bath and my dogs tail said it all. Place was very clean, blowers worked with great pressure. Avaliable towels and bath products for the bath. He was welcomed with a treat and towel right on the ledge. I will definitely use this location again. Thank you very much.

While I was so excited to have a new location in the hermitage area, that excitement quickly dwindled due to ownership. One of the best perks of PSP is the self dog wash station. But this location is ABSURD with their pricing. Any other location charges $25 for the "dirty dog discount" card... this location charges $60. It's the exact same wash station with the exact same products, the exact same wet/dry hoses, and the exact same experience as every other store. I understand its a new location, and maybe they're trying to recuperate some funds, but there is no reason whatsoever they should be that greedy.

The bath stations are Amazing! The stations are raised, so easy on my back while my Pixie gets an oatmeal shampoo! Great experience!

Excited to have this store very close to home. The employees seemed very uninterested in their job. The staff in Hendersonville have set the bar high.
