My daughter in law brought me here for a visit Sunday. Pick up DaPurrPellers for my girls she recommended. After several fun days playing with their fur couple wanted a few for mine.The staff are friendly. Helpful. Attentive.The store supports offering the opportunity to purchase treats for the local shelter and we happily accepted.We were given a random assortment of free items: two small bags of treats to try, and two small cans of cat food. This was very kind as I’m working to TNR a few young cats found on my block. These will be helpful.We were able to find a variety of the cat toys we wanted. And, extra so I could buy one for my family’s kitties.Based on other reviewers remarks about customer service, for me this experience is a win.If you prefer the staff of a store don’t speak with you or treat you like you’re at a restaurant with a server who’s attentive to needs, answers questions, and wants to do their best you may not appreciate the service.Since online shopping has taken off I’ve noticed a decline in customer service at many locations of stores. The vibe I experienced here is attentive, refreshing, a desire to stand out above the rest.If you’re use to blah blah whatever service this is gonna be an awakening.For me, when I’m visiting if my daughter in law wants to stop by this store I’m a resounding yes, let’s go.Thank you for your effort to be a store that does their best to provide for customers in an outstanding way.

WAAAYYY too stressful and anxiety inducing to shop here. Staff are TOO OVERWHELMING with customer service. Like...Talking to us every 10 seconds. Do you need anything, everything okay, finding everything alright,etc. We couldn't even speak to each other without staff members interrupting us. They immediately come up and ask to hold whatever you're just looking at, to the register. Very pressured to buy anything you're just inspecting for your pet. They kept coming up to hold whatever we were adding to our basket. Even took our basket away. Just kept taking our small items up to the register which felt very pressuring. We literally just got a single toy ball and treats. Staff kept suggesting to buy this or that every 20 seconds. Just a very unpleasant shopping experience. Very rushed. Couldn't escape staff to look at the products thoroughly. The building is very small and tight. Our shopping experience honestly ruined the rest of our day and errands. We were so overwhelmed from the visit we just had to go back home. Definitely will not be returning. Felt like the paparazzi harassing us.

I love this store! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have great products. My crazy, wild dog needed a limited ingredient diet and treats, and they have a great selection. I don't love the prices, but they are comparable to every other place and they are always having sales and helping you find ways to save. I don't buy food or treats from anywhere else.

I left a review last month, but I went in today for cat goodies and had another 10/10 experience. The quality of the products is highly impressive and the prices are accommodating, especially with their holiday promotions. My only complaint is that I wish they carried more varieties of cat litter. The customer service was impeccable, they really just make shopping a breeze when assisting you & they get you out in a timely manner. They carry everything for you, they open the doors…I just really appreciate these little things. It takes away some of the stress of managing everything on my busy schedule. Thank you to the gentleman on staff this morning for making my day once again!

This is my absolute favorite pet store. It's close to me, everybody there loves animals. Also, the knowledgeable staff and care they take with every customer is above and beyond. The selection for both dogs and cats is really good as well.

I’ve been popping in here a little over a year and a half. I make my dogs food personally so I rarely go there for food but more for maintenance items, treats, and accessories. Every time I walk into that door I feel like I’m walking into a family reunion. Everybody is so welcoming and extremely helpful, from the minute, you cross the threshold or until they carry everything that you purchased out to your car for you. If there’s anything that I would say is weird, is that this place aim to please and everybody there just goes above and beyond which can seem odd, since you will never get that kind of service from any other place on this planet , that is owned by a corporation. They have a personal touch that you can’t get anywhere else and if their prices are a little bit higher, believe me, it’s worth it for the service and the knowledge these people have.

What initially caught my eye about this business was their advertisement about being a Fromm dog food supplier. Our dog can only eat this brand kibble and this place being close to us made it that much easier to give them our business. The staff were super friendly and Wark and were so interactive with our pup Panda and he was all too happy to return the affection. As a new transplant not having to worry about this is quite a relief and I am glad they are only a 3 minute drive from home. Great place and great people.

The store was small but I got what I needed. I really liked the store and everyone helped me as soon as I walked in the door. They carried my food for me and I never had to touch the bag. This little one followed me around the store and made sure I found what I needed 😉 Excellent customer service executed from him.

Been trying to find a grain free and chicken free for my 5 month old puppy with allergies, finally found it here. The employees was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices was a little expensive but overall worth it.

If Nashville Pet Supply had a fan club I’d be their number one fan lol! Seriously, this is the best pet store I’ve ever shopped at. The quality of their pet products and customer service are not only top notch, but I’d go as far as to say they go above and beyond for their customers. My family and I have shopped here for well over 10 years and I’ve referred countless people that are consistently just as pleased as myself. Needless to say I won’t be wasting my time shopping elsewhere!

What a great pet store!! I like the smaller size and they carry some high quality products at very reasonable prices. I was impressed when they held the door open for me and my dog when we visited and helped take my order to my car for me, while I tended to my dog! And they had some coupons they offered for me to use too. This is the kind of pet store you dream of having! So glad they are close by and they have many other locations in the Nashville area.

So I rarely leave reviews and if I do it’s mainly for positive experiences that standout, and this review is exactly that. From the moment I pulled into the park lot to when I left I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding knowledgeable customer service. All the staff including the store manager have been nothing but kind to me and my puppy (Oxford 😉). They give me great advice for what products to get and don’t try to “sell” me stuff. They seem to have sales going on quite often which is nice too. They have made me and pup feel like old regulars right out the gate. Thanks guys!!

This is a fabulous local pet product store! Over the years they helped us properly feed our old girl Maya with good product knowledge, we lost here back in August and recently welcomed a new member into the family Bella. They saw her the day we got her and have been excited each week we visit to see how she’s growing. They are always extremely friendly and helpful and I will never go anywhere else! I highly recommend to all in the area! Thank you guys for everything!!!!
