Every time we’ve brought our dog in the customer service gets worse and worse. We’ve brought in our dog since last year when he was only 8 weeks old. Staff constantly makes us feel awful about our reactive dog calling him aggressive and loves telling us how hard he is to handle. They all act so terrified of him when he’s just scared and they make no effort to make him comfortable. Of course he’s gonna be hard to handle when he’s being taken away from his owners, held down and given shots by people who so obviously don’t care for him. We of course always make sure we take precautions and handle him well when we bring him in to try to make the staff more comfortable. We’ve invested thousands in training for his reactivity which has helped SO much and even his trainer admitted that he is NOT an aggressive dog at all. The vet’s first and only action when I expressed my concern was to put him on meds. You would think as a veterinarian you would be able to spot signs of fear and reactivity without automatically labeling it as “aggressive.” We’ve been made feel like terrible owners by every person on staff there every time we go in. As a vet or vet tech, you would think you would have compassion and understanding towards reactive dogs especially when they see proactive owners who do what they can to help him. We’ll be taking him elsewhere to an office who treats him and us with more compassion and respect.Do better.

We are lucky to have this veterinary clinic so close to us. My Australian Shepherd Sophia is one years old, and still very energetic. The vets and techs that work with her are very patient . We are so lucky to have them open even when weather related obstacles have made it a challenge for them.

I called and was able to bring my dog in an hour later. I was a new patient so that was really great to be seen so quick. They treated my spoiled yorkies ear infection quickly, along with heartworm testing, medication and a nail clipping. My dog hates going to the vet but she did good on this visit. Thy were friendly and knowledgeable. I would have given 5 stars except that I nearly passed out when she told me what the visit cost. I will go back though because of the good care my dog received.

We have been so pleased with this vet clinic since we moved here last year! Such a kind and knowledgeable staff.I am so sorry they are having to go through repairs after the tornado. However, the groomer has been in contact with me several times to make sure Sophie had her haircut for Christmas.

I called with an emergency. It was an emergency to me anyways! My dog started (out of the blue) holding up a front paw and was acting like he was in severe pain! I called and explained everything to the receptionist and she a place for me with two hours! They were professional and caring and took their time explaining everything I needed to know and now my sweet dog is doing much better!

Absolutely appalled at their pricing and wish I had checked reviews before using. $986 for two dogs to have their yearly checkup and get their flea, tick, and heartworm. I thought surely it was an error but no. We will NOT be back.

I love this place. They were courteous and showed real concern for my dog. I wish they were my dogs' regular vet, and maybe he wouldn't have all the problems he has. My dog was having an emergency and they saw him right away. My regular vet was closed.

I can’t sing the praises of this place enough! My mom just recently passed away and she left me her cat. Mom had dementia and wasn’t able to meet the exact needs of the cat. She tried and bless her, over fed the cat and wasn’t able to help maintain the cat’s long fur. After one visit to your clinic, the cat has a prescription for food to help with her diet and she was even shaved to alleviate the mats and clumps that formed in her hair. The cat is like a kitten now! She runs around and climbs and jumps on things like she should, but hasn’t been able to do for a while because she’s been so uncomfy! She even allows me to pick her up and hold her which didn’t happen until this visit! Thank you for helping give our cat a better quality of life. That also gives me some peace of mind because the cat is the closest connection to my mom because she belonged to her. Grateful for your help and care.

I absolutely love this place! I came here because of a bad experience elsewhere. Everyone here is so compassionate and professional. There was many others arriving for various reasons. They easily handled every patient with care and respect to the pet owners. Stacy was so sweet and was sure to handle my baby with the same love he gets at home. Dr. Rice came in quickly and spoke with me. She got him all taken care of & we decided to get him a protective collar as a just in case. No one was pushy about purchasing anything extra but I really appreciate them having everything we’d need to avoid any delays in his care. I was informed of how to proceed to aid in his healing and Stacy also gave me a few recommendations and tips in regards to bringing him in and to ensure his safety while he heals. After the appointment, I spoke with the nice lady at the desk (can’t recall her name) & she was very helpful as well. We made an appointment with the groomer on the way out since they do get booked out for quite a while. Perfect visit. I definitely would recommend starting here if you are picky about the care of your pets!

The Animal Clinic staff has taken great care of my dog, Pippin. He has had a lingering problem with his eyes that caused him quite a bit of pain for a few years. Our previous vet had not really listened to my concerns and had not tried to be proactive in dealing with this reoccurring problem. The Animal Clinic staff has been attentive and creative in finding solutions for Pip.

Had a great experience bringing my cat Kirby in for a check-up! Every single employee was so nice despite my lack of knowledge of her previous vet visits and even my forgetfulness of her age!! :) Happy to become a regular and help my kitty get back to good health, would recommend to every cat owner.

My brother-in-law recommended The Animal Clinic when my Pomeranian was having a medical emergency over the summer. Everyone was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They took very good care of him and I believe they saved his life. Over the weekend he started having some stomach issues so I called to see if they could see him before we went out of town. They scheduled him early the next morning and gave me some medicine which quickly resolved the issue. They don’t overcharge you and suggest a bunch of unnecessary tests. They truly care about the animals. I can’t recommend the Animal Clinic enough.

Animal Clinic in Hendersonville is a great place to bring sick dogs. The staff by the front desk is very helpful. Dr Gulley and her staff is very kind and attentive to my dog. She explains the condition well and even called me back for the laboratory results. She is very accommodating and gives time to answer all my questions. This place is highly recommended.

The whole staff makes you and your pet feel like family .I had an emergency with my cat on a busy Saturday morning and they still made time for us even with being a new Patient .Got Kit (my cat ) right in considering they were very concerned with the state she was in .Sadly it resulted in having to put her down but the amount of empathy and kindness they showed me made me feel so much more at ease with this difficult decision. And how they communicated walkd me through everything so I knew what was going on and why they had to do it .They made it as quick and painless as they possibly could for the both of us even getting all the paperwork done so I didn't have to wait around after the fact .I just can't say enough nice things about the staff and the care they give . I highly recommend taking your fur babies here for the best care . Thank you so much to the entire staff I appreciate you all so much !

As new patients, we were able to get in for our dog’s first appointment within a week. At our appointment, we were pulled back immediately, our dog had his exam, blood drawn, and vaccines within 10 minutes. They were all so friendly and so efficient!
