I have to go to PetSmart to get crickets for my lizard and also to pick up my dog food she's on a special diet it's always clean the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and this particular time they didn't have my dog food in stock the employee helping me told me I could go to a different PetSmart or I could go across the street to a new pet store that's opened up what did I do I got online found what I was looking for at a different PetSmart location and had the dog food delivered. I have the utmost respect for that employee because he put the need of my dog and that special food in front of just the sale

Took my puppy Piper to get her first grooming today, they did an awesome job! She looks so pretty! They were super patient with her even though she was a nervous wreck and being difficult. Lol! I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

it's a smaller location , but they have lot of high end gourmet foods and toys for all animal's. just ain't the large selection of collars and harnesses I e come to expect from pet smart. I still bought a collar and harness (high end brand) looks great on Rocko! he could pass as a service dog as good as it looked, I spent lil over $80 on both but the quality, it's well worth it,. should last him his lifetime. just joined there reward program, don't remember one with our last dog put I'll repost and let you all know how that goes,.

Mony's favorites place to go. It's where she gets her Blue wilderness, treats, fashion accessories, personals and has spa days. The staff is outstanding they put up with her intense personality. She highly recommends!!!

I've used this store a few times but this last groomer named Regina did an awful job. Our dog's hair is so gapped and they didn't listen to what we requested. The times past looked pretty good. They are pricey but willing to pay it for what you want and they told us the price is going up another $20. Time for a new place to get dog grooming.

Always take my teddy bear here. Always a 10 out of 10. Recently one of the academy students didn’t do the best job, but they allowed us to come back the next day and Tiffany did a superb finish! Thank you PS for taking care of our fluff ball!

We got to take pictures with Santa this Santa was so nice to the kids and of course the pups loved him.I love that they have a little “gourmet” section of food in the back and they have neat little treats for our very picky eater. Everyone here has always been so nice and helpful and the store is always clean.

Nice store . But do not get ur dog groomed here . They had our dog for 2 hours then called and said they couldn’t do it bc she was so scared of them which is not like her she loves getting out of the house

Sold me a fish with ich. I have a large tank and this screwed me and I've lost fish over this. Practically ruined my tank. I've spent quite a bit of money with treatment and everything else. Kind of inconvenient if you ask me. The tanks look nice because it's a newer store but buyer beware.

I called and scheduled appts to groom two dogs, one a Frenchie and a chihuahua mix. The chihuahua mix is an older dog. The grooming includes bath, ears cleaned and nail trim. Normally, I bathe both dogs but they needed nails trimmed and ears cleaned. The groomer said she was unable to clean the ears or trim front nails on the chihuahua mix because he was trying to bite her. FYI - that has never been a problem anywhere else. Since I normally bathe him myself, I asked for a discount since only half of the grooming was done. I was told this was included in the price of bathing. I said I understand but only half the grooming was done! I had to argue my point with the manager and she agreed for a 20% discount. Now I will have to take him to the normal groomer and pay AGAIN for the nails and ears! The groomer that did the Frenchie was kind, knowledgeable and did a good job. I would give him a 5 star rating. The 2 stars are for the poor customer service and the groomer that couldn't do the complete job for the chihuahua mix!

The Grooming service is phenomenal! Uaully my dog has anxiety, but the bather (did not catch her name) did an excellent job on my for baby! She was very sweet, a phenomenal listener, and great person to talk to! The manager over the phone, Brandi, was very excellent and sweet when I asked if they had time for my pup. Overall, I would give them 10 stars if not more if I could! I will definitely come back! Thank you all so much!

I switched from Petco to Petsmart a few months ago, and I still like it better. But please, we need professionalism to make a comeback in retail. That means, among other basics, no lollipops at the registers. Hard candy or gum, if it's subtle--sure. Maybe. But lollipop sticks should not be sticking out of a cashier's mouth during a transaction. Basic customer service skills!

I shop here because I have to. Not my favorite place to begin with, but after this last experience I felt the need to say something. I went into the store then went to the reptile section to get crickets and, like always, no one there. So I go ask the cashier to call someone to get the crickets for me. Someone shows up roughly 3-4min later and starts getting my 30lg + 30sm crickets. She hands me my 30lg and I walked down an isle. I noticed a woman walking in who was greeted immediately by the manager as if he knew her. The woman asked for small crickets as well and instead of letting the person continue to get my crickets the manager stopped her to get this other customers crickets who came in 5-7 min after me... I was completely mind blown about the level of service I was being given. I confirmed that the manager knew this woman because they spoke privately on an isle until I started walking to the line. Then she made sure she rudely cut me in line, as she continued to speak with the manager. All I have at this point is wow... just wow.

My son & I went here to buy gold fish, but the sales person wanted to know what size tank & when my son told him a 20 gallon he would not sell us ten. He sold us 2! He said if you put 10 in that size tank they would kill each other. Look at the size of the tank you have them in! I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS STORE!

Hannah and the staff were so helpful and patient. We were unfortunately TOOO allergic to these sweet guinea’s- so we had to return a few days later and they were so patient with the process. We are just so grateful they were understanding and helped us in the process! Thanks guys!

I stoped in Friday to Book an appointment for my Baby Bell and Rachel took care of me and set up appt for Monday. Very very Professional woman highly recommend. Got hear o Monday and Daniel took Bell and looked her over talked to me on what I wanted done for her appointment today Very Very Professional and nice. I love how she looks and feels very soft

I took my 3 month old puppy there to get nails trimmed and first bath experience from a “professional “. I wanted to get him use to going. They said it was 30.00 for the trim and bath. I bring him there and they said they told me wrong it was 44. So, I leave him to get nails trimmed and smoothed out, bath, ear hair removed and ears cleaned all for 44.00. When I pick him up the girl is on her cell phone and another girl shaving another dog . Once the girl stops her conversation on her cell phone she ask me my dogs name… gives me a receipt, tells me to pay and come get my dog. I go pay and come back to get him. I ask how did he do his first time. She ask the girl who did him she wants to know how he did. She wouldn’t even look up but went on to angrily say, all he did was keep trying to jump out of the tub, I could barely trim his nails. She was in the worst mood. My puppy was dripping from his mouth a slim he was so nervous. Every time I take a bath he has his paws on the tub with such interest. Today one day later he wouldn’t even come in the bathroom, when he saw me he Wa whining and wouldn’t come near the tub. I will never go there again. I hate this was a puppies first experience. She was rude and nasty acting about him but what did she do to him. She is not a dog lover. Please don’t take your new puppy to her. The price for a great groomer is worth every penny. This woman should never touch another animal.

The store was nice and clean whenever I go! I own a veiled chameleon and get my heat bulbs there, but I have to check and see if bulbs are broken due to many of my bulbs being broken while still in the package. I would suggest getting reptile food at a different store though, because many of the crickets and worms have been dead while still being in the store. Everything else is amazing though!
