Pet Supplies Plus in Hendersonville, TN is the best pet store that we've been to for hard to find items. They have a little area set up like a real "Bakery display" for bakery-styled dog treats. Perfect for your pups' birthday! They have birthday cupcakes made for dogs! and actual birthday cakes! Cookies, cannolis, donuts, and peanut butter cake balls! Also, they have seasonal pup cookies! It's awesome! Everyone (staff) there is always very welcoming and so helpful! If you haven't checked this place out yet, you really need to!💙🐶🐾 Pup-approved, too!

Pet Supplies Plus in Hendersonville had a variety of items for dogs (and other pets). I was able to find what I wanted and needed. The associates were friendly and super nice to my dog.

Sarah was amazing! Our first time grooming with Pet Supplies Plus and I will be going back! In the past, my labradoodle can be a bit difficult and he did amazing with Sarah! She gave him the exact cut we wanted!

Wonderful staff that do their best to find a product relating to any issue you're having with your little one's! Always great to see the selection that surprises me each time i enter the store. There's definitely an earnest love for the animals there too.

Never been disappointed by the products or the staff at the Pet Supply Plus Store on Indian Lake. The staff know animals and they know the products to recommend for them. Helpful, personable staff and the store has a wide range of products. Give them a try if you haven’t already. Only pet store I shop in.

Pet supplies plus is far better than the other pet stores that have been around forever. PSP has so much unique merchandise. The variety is enormous. The staff is friendly. They even have an area that you can bring your dog and give him a bath yourself. I highly recommend if you love pets. This is your place

I have been coming to the store for a very long time, I used to raise ferrets in this place was always one of the spots where I could find stuff for my little fur babies. And I'm also a cat mom so I was able to get stuff for them there as well. The staff is always extremely friendly and nice and wonderful with all the animals. It's definitely worth continuing to go back for they really cater to the animals.

I love shopping at the Hendersonville Pet Supply Plus! All of the employees are friendly and also very knowledgeable if I have a question about a product or a pet. We live out of town now, but still come back to pick up pet supplies!

This store was exactly what I was looking for my dog Mikki. Mr. Steven L. At the front took care of me and had some of the best customer service you can find. I’ll be back to use my wash membership soon! Great self wash area and great selection of food (including royal canine)

I got a new puppy and the sales associate walked the store with me and showed me his food and also made his tag for him. A cool UT tag. She had brown hair and glasses. She went above and beyond.

Great store! We live in Gallatin near that location but this location seems a lot better. My girlfriend and I went in just to look at prices on some dog crates and dog toys since we just got a new doggo and we wound up getting exactly what we came in for. The prices are great and are actually a lot lower than other stores. Come to find out the prices here are actually the same if not lower than what the sale prices are at other stores. We will 100% be back. Not sure the guys name but a big tall black guy helped us and he was super friendly. He was able to answer all our questions and get everything we needed for us.

Let me start by saying the staff here are amazing. Well educated on the items sold in this store and also about pets themselves. Now let me start by saying Haley the store manager is absolutely amazing. Easy to approach and very people friendly. Not only does she manage the store well, but she treat everyone with respect. That is what you call a leader/manager. Then we have the grooming department, been going there for nearly 4 years.Sarah has been Mekah(my dog) groomer for almost three years now. Not once have I had to explain myself more than once. Absolutely amazing with her. Michelle is also an absolutely great person. She is well with her pets and very very careful. She is a caring person that takes care of what she needs to. Brittney is another groomer, let me tell you! Need a great groomer with personality, she is the one for you. Never a dull moment when you are in that place and she is around. The staff here are absolutely incredible. Whoever has complaints about this place or the people, sorry to say. Don’t be a karen and learn that this place right here is nothing but the best. We all got some hick ups, but as a pet owner learn to trust and not always blame the world for your mistakes as a owner.

Great service and overall product selection. Pricing is very competitive. You are always welcome when you walk in their stores. Other large pet stores I have been in don't even acknowledge you or give any assistance. You always get great service at Pet Supplies Plus. They will even load your car if you need assistance. There's a lot of retailers today that forget about customer service. My appreciation to the Pet Supplies Plus organization for keeping the customer first. Keep up the good work. Thank you

Used the self service pet wash. It's awesome. They provide everything you need to wash and dry your pet. There's even different shampoos to choose from.

Always a good experience there. Ordered online on a dry puppy food that showed low on stock, the store called 15 minutes later saying the order was ready. It was nice to know that my trip would not be wasted.Yes, the Leonberger is just ten months old 😆

My shopping experience was delightful! All the team members were very knowledgeable! And so friendly! Which was very refreshing! I did however find that their pricing on some of the products were extremely expensive!! But they made up for that , with having many different brands and products! If you have a fur baby, you should definitely stop in, and grab them an awesome treat!!

Took my pet here to get groomed and they charges $10 every minute up to $30 extra if your dog has matted fur. I brush my animal diligently and she had like 3 spots. When I complained about it to the manager that they needed to disclose on the website. She stated it can't be done. They tried to save her fur and pretend it was so bad. I didn't want to be confrontational and just nodded. Fur was not matted and sperated easily. Needless to say she will not return.

Pet Supplies Plus is the best pet supply store going as far as dog food prices and selection goes. The personal service is something that is a dying service but not here. You always get greeted when you walk in the store and if you have a question they do their best to take care of your needs.

Britney did a fantastic job trimming Augie’s nails. Checkin was quick and easy and I was able to do a walk-in on a Sunday. Price is reasonable too. I’ll definitely bring him back.
