I stopped in hoping to find some supplies for my dogs birthday. I prefer to shop smaller pet stores usually but they can be hit or miss. I was pleasantly surprised with Ma & Paws! The reviews and information were a bit limited when I was researching local places. That's one reason I'm writing this review. They had a tremendous selection of nearly everything you could want for your pet. I absolutely loved the homemade treats they had available. They even had birthday specific treats! I picked up some adorable party hats, some cool toys and great treats. Everything was fairly priced and they had tons of stock. The shop was super clean, the staff were really nice and friendly and the options were abundant. I'm definitely going back soon!

Love this pet store! Rebecca, Cathy, Todd, and the whole crew! They sent a sympathy card when our big boy, Fender, passed away. Now we are back with our new pup. I won’t shop anywhere else for our dogs.

Cute place and a great selection. I have a new French bulldawg puppy, an 8 year old Frenchie , and a 5 year old great Dane. They helped me fine the best dog food. My dogs no longer smell like a dog ha, and shed very little now. Go on by and bring the kids. I think you will enjoy as much as me and my kids do

This is my go to store for getting treats, food, dog vitamins & my other dog supplies that I need. They never have a problem with me bringing my dog in with me, which is great bcz I always have Jae Bug with me 😊 T even hey gave her some treats & one of the workers even walked her around the store while I shopped, which was extremely helpful. I was needing some natural medicine for anxiety & they were very knowledgeable about the different kinds that are out on the market. You can even get your pets groomed there as well. Great place to shop! You won't be disappointed with this store!

They lack good business sense.. With Me, that is. This experience was highly unfortunate. Idk.. maybe they're over valued or, maybe over worked, and they forgot (or never knew) how to value customers. Honestly speaking though, I just realized I typed a whole "book" for a review, in my attempt to inform other's on my foul experience with this place. But, I had to check myself and delete it. My experience with Ma & Paws, may not be the same for someone else. The person reading this, might actually gain something positive & great from utilizing their services. I don't wish them less business - there's no sense in me Matching the Same Energy, that they Gave Me today. You Just Can't Clean Dirt with Dirt. So I won't even try. 🤷🏽‍♀️Their "worth ethics" will speak for itself. I wish them nothing but the best and I hope clients that use them for business, actually get THEIR BEST.

This place is the best. They are very knowledgeable about their products and always take the time to help you find what will work best for your pet. They guarantee the food too and it can be returned if your pet doesn't like it. If you're lucky Rebecca will be working and if you're extra lucky her dog Toby will be there too. This is hands down my favorite place to shop for our pets.

I have been shopping at Ma & Paws for over 10 years now. They carry a fantastic assortment of cat & dog foods that most chain pet stores don't have available. I prefer to support locally owned & operated shops as they typically have a higher level of customer service which you will definitely find here. Rebecca has ALWAYS been cheerful & welcoming but she has given me great advice on food when I have needed special kinds for my aging felines. The manager Todd routinely recommends new products that I would have otherwise overlooked which has benefited my pet family. If you haven't had a chance to check this store out it is worth the trip!!

I had my first experience with Ma & Paws after my dogs were getting sick from foods sold at other pet stores. They were very knowledgeable and only sold good food that most big chains don't carry and nothing that isn't healthy for them. I asked lots of questions and they gave me lots of answers. They have sample packs to let pets try. I got the Nurtisource Pure Vita. My dogs love it and are much better now!!! This is now my dog food store!!! Don't worry, they didn't leave out our feline friends.

They squeezed my dog in for a last minute nail trim and pad shave (which I didn't expect, but I greatly appreciate!) The three employees I dealt with there were all extremely nice and seemed to love what they do. I have an old husky, so she isn't great for nails, but the groomer (I believe her name was Rose, sorry if I got that wrong) easily got her feet looking perfect again! They also had a wide variety of pet supplies, but we just left with a delicious looking dog treat that my dog gobbled up.

We love this store. Very personable and knowledgeable owners and staff. Owners work in the store and know their stuff.They’ve got everything - lots of natural and healthy food for dogs and cats, including raw, which can be really hard to find. If you have something you love and can’t find it, ask them.They also have tons of accessories, and groomers as well.Great prices. Pretty much everything you need,Locally owned too, so that’s a plus.

Dedicated and caring groomers like Cathy have really made a difference in my elderly dog's quality of life. I can’t even begin to do this place justice with just one review. The groomers here ROCK! My puggle loves coming here. Every single employee cares about your animals. Like genuinely cares. They know their stuff too. I have had a couple of pet ailments that they have helped me out with. Also, the food selection is like no other. They have a great selection of cat and dog toys. I am so thankful we have such an amazing pet store here locally. Please support this incredible local business. 🐶🐱💚

Awesome staff and store! Everyone that works at the store knows so much about different food types etc. My dog is a very picky eater, has allergies and the staff has really helped me. Get much better service than a big box store.

Today we went in to Ma & Paws for cat food. Specifically, we needed help with low carb, high protein food for my cat. We're in somewhat of an emergency situation, as the vet doesn't open until tomorrow and our cat has newly been diagnosed with diabetes. Kelsey basically laughed, and she wasn't a cat person. She wouldn't help us find the food we needed. I ended up googling different brands until we found what fit the criteria. I'm absolutely devastated that my beloved cat is so sick, and we're trying to do everything we can to keep him going until the vet tomorrow morning. She was so flippant about it that I still cannot believe it. I'm so very upset about this that I'm writing an immediate review. She told another customer that most products are just advertising by the companies and don't actually do anything. Her name is Kelsey and she shouldn't be allowed around animals if she doesn't have any empathy for their health. Absolutely heartbreaking experience.

The grooming experience has been unfortunate the last two times. The groomer has appeared to be overly stressed at drop off and pick up. The groom itself is good. And we are grateful. Our primary concern is hoping the dog isn't experiencing this stress in the back during the grooming process. We pay more than any other groomer to go to Ma and Pa's. Yet the experience is not professional or pleasant. It's disappointing and I hope this post helps others, including the situation.

Oh my goodness, there IS no better place to shop if you want expert help with the very BEST products for your pets. Todd is tops when it comes to educating on the proper diet for pets and WHY. He takes the time to explain things to customers, never rushes anyone and I will NEVER buy my pet supplies anywhere else. EVER. I am so thankful they're located here where I live!!!! If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!

i have been to this store multiple times attempting to purchase a refill for a snack/toy that I purchased for my dogs and have yet to be able to get one. the last time the staff informed she was going to order, still not available 4 months later. the next person I encountered did not seem at all interested in helping me with this so I simply wrote down the website of the product and will order from there from now on.

The friendliest customer service in any pet store around. I live 30 minutes away and still only use this store for all of my pets needs. They stayed open late for me on a sunday, when i was in desperate need of some food. 10/10

Always very helpful. Was looking for a seatbelt safety harness for my grand-dog. They helped me get the correct size and explained how it attaches to both the dog and seatbelt. Also my grand-dog says that they have the yummiest homemade dog biscuits.

Very good choice of pet food, more expensive than your average PetSmart, that really focuses on grain free, organic, non-GMO, etc. So if your pet is picky or has allergies - that's the place. Nice selection of toys and treats. Very helpful staff. Worth stopping by.

The love of my life Ellis would absolutely die if Ma n Paws did not exist. This is the place to go for both high end pet food and great prices, lots to choose from, grain free to "regular" dog and cat food. Groomers are the best around and do a great job with our overgrown lab. Check them out!
