I am extremely unimpressed with how Jack's in Henderson has gone down hill. When I worked there in high school it was THE place to go. I’ve tried going there SEVERAL times in the past few years and always am either missing something or something isn’t cooked all the way. Today it was both. The young girl at the speaker and window didn’t even look at me and maybe said two full sentences to me. I ordered the 15 finger big box with the two boats of fries and 5 biscuits. Attached are pics of the still pink chicken fingers that I had to put in the oven and finish cooking myself. There was zero seasoning on the fries (like always!) and I didn’t get any of the sauce. After she had asked me what sauce I wanted, none of it ended up in the bag. I called the store to let them know these things and when a woman answered she just said “Jack’s” I told her what was going on and she laughed and hung up. To say the least I will not be going back there again.

This restaurant is really trash. Always giving attitude no matter how nice you are with them. You can't even understand what they are saying half the time because they refuse to speak properly & then get mad when you ask them to please say it again. For the third time they have given me someone else's order & once I got mine headed out the door tried a few fries that were cold & tasted as if they sat around all day, they got mad because I asked for fresh fries. Just despicable & I won't be eating or spending money here anymore. I couldn't care if they were the last damn place in the universe, I'm done.

Usually the breakfast is really good here the deluxe breakfast was horrible this is a extra small order!! Sunday they were way off track! Drive thru was rude. She didn't even want to give me any butter seriously!! I say this in the most respectful way possible. If you can't be respectful to your customers you seriously do Not need a job!Went back here almost a year later I'm glad I'm not secret shopper same ole ole food was Cold then manager was rude didn't say sorry or nothing as she replaced my order.. just won't go back..

This place is a rip off. They charge you $3.99 for loaded fries and you barely get anything. On top of that, the workers are always rude in the drive thru. There’s other places here in town, don’t waste your money here.

Sometimes the service is great and the food is hot and fresh. Sometimes the food is cold or cooked poorly. It's more hit than miss but I wish it were a little more consistent. The morning and day shift folks seem to have it a little more together. It seems like they're short staffed a lot of evenings. I don't mind the service being slower. That can't be helped. I just don't like the times I'm given food that's been sitting for awhile or food that hasn't been prepared right.Yesterday our food was great though we were shorted on fries. Today it was pretty good but the piece of grilled chicken on my daughter's sandwich was so puny. Overall, we enjoy Jacks, though.

I feel like we would of enjoyed this place more if the food was fresh. My son got a chicken sandwich and it was so hard and old he couldn't eat it. My daughter got chicken strips and those were pretty good. Fairly fresh. We aren't from around here and saw this place and decided to stop. Overall I wasn't impressed and won't eat at a Jack's again.

Ordered 100 pieces of chicken for a funeral luncheon. The chicken was very good. The cashier seemed extremely put out that we ordered chicken from a chicken place. I tried ordering fries while we waited for the chicken and she flat out ignored me. Stood with her back turned to the counter, ignoring my repeated, excuse me. Finally when I did manage to get her attention I ordered a "boat" of fries, which I was told before is like 3 large orders of fries. I don't know what she charged me for, but I was given NINE French fries. TOTAL. Was too frustrated to even say anything. Just took our order and left.

I have to say the workers here are really great. My husband is a Truck Driver and they allowed him to come to the front door to make his order.. Everyone was so appreciative of him and the job he's doing, people were honking and yelling Thank You .You could definitely see the pride on his face and hear it in his voice.Recommend this place?? That's a big 10-4 .. Y'all are awesome and we definitely appreciate all your hard work and dedication as well

I'm not from around here, I stopped in twice too maybe to see if it was just a bad day the first time. NOT!!! the food was over cooked and cold. The place was dirty and I went to get my drink, It looked like someone had gotten sick in the liquid return. Maybe even dumped a milkshake in there, not sure but looked very nasty. Tables were used and not cleaned, I had told them about the fountain she just stood there and told no one nor did she try to address and clean it. Sorry but not good 👎

Breakfast burritos are not worth your money. You get a decent burrito at taco bell for less money. I try to never look at their kitchen floor cause it's always filthy. Everyone is friendly.

Just moved from Mobile Alabama to Henderson TN and THANK GOD FOR JACKS!!!!! 7 days a week I get a double biscuit and gravy and it's absolutely perfection every time. Chicken is PERFECT as well.....Keep killing it Jacks!!

Jack's food is the GREATEST fast food I have ever had!!! :) Their burgers are just AWESOME and the rest of their food is great as well they offer many specials. They sell many breakfast and lunch items. Their service is great for many reasons such as their "fast food" and the politeness of the workers they must train them very well. In all, this is the best fast food restaurant I have ever been to.

Great place for breakfast!I would like to add that the trash can by the drive through always seems to be overflowing which gives a poor impression of the cleanliness of the store. The store is clean, but if I were a first time visitor I would have my doubts. I would suggest getting rid of the trash can if it is not going to be consistently emptied.

Last night I asked my daughter to bring me the new loaded cheesy bacon tenders and it was dry. It was supposed to be a 4 piece but I only received 3 tenders. One of the tenders didn't have cheese or bacon on it and she was still charged the regular price.

Best drive thru breakfast in town.The bacon is always on point, and the biscuits....YUM!The staff are always very welcoming and polite.If you haven't tried the strawberry cream cheese pies do yourself a favor, and get TWO of them. Js

I ordered a number three the girl taking the order asked what to drink. I said a mellow yellow no ice. She asked what else I said on my burger no mayonnaise no onions please. Her and a co-worker decided that no mayonnaise no onions was some kind of joke. I just thought that it was very rude because I was not being rude to them. Food is way too high for me to pay good money to people like that. No wrong with my food far as I know. But I will not be wasting my time or money on food from this establishment anymore. The least they could have done was wait until I left to talk about my food order. Not that anything was wrong on my end. Good luck keeping customers with that mentality.

Food was okay.. used the drive thru and when I said an order of hashbrowns too... the girl on the speaker gave the total and said nothing else. I got to the window and asked so do your hashbrowns have different sizes because I wanted a large and she just rolled her eyes threw the bag at me. Not so fond of this place anymore its turning into jackson tn style Jack's 🙄
