Paula Trice is rude and shouldnt be working customer service. She makes petty snarky passive aggressive comments and is very obviously bothered of anyone asks for help finding anything. She even makes rude comments about people appearance to their face saying they aged badly. Childish for a 50 plus year old.

Paula Trice that works there is so rude, hateful, never smiles, never says thank you or have a good day. She also tries to close the store early and not let people in when there’s 10min until close.

This is my favorite DG but today I went in and the cashier guy was rude! I didn’t get his name but what happen was I went there to get a last minute Mother’s Day gift. He packed everything I got into one bag which should of been 2. Did not wrap up the gift which was breakable. So my son pick up the bag and it was so heavy that it hit the side of the counter. I open up the bag and the gift was crack. I said can I switch it? His reply was after your son slang it across the counter? He said it really smart like. Fine I was mark it was Damage. So I did get to switch it but why be so rude?

Great store!! Lots to choose from, and okay prices. The way things are organized aren't great- and to be honest, a lot of the products are dirty! (Especially the shelves, they don't get dusted??) Which is so disgusting at times. The customer service is alright, nothing special.

Isles are kind of cramped, they've improved that a little. They have a really small automotive section, that wasn't well stocked last I visted. Staff is a hit or miss. One item= 2 foot long receipt. But they do have a decent selection, everyday items.

Bought about $50 in clothes for my granddaughters for Christmas. The giant man checking me out started cramming all of them in one bag. They were falling all over the dirty floor, he griped about hangers. I told him to use 2 bags instead of 1. I told him I didnt want to give them dirty and torn stuff because of his lack of care. He showed total disrespect for the job and the customers. The dark haired manager was there hearing the whole thing and did nothing.

Added a $5 off coupon last night for Sunday December 23. Didn't use it when I entered my number and it is gone from my app.And this store is the worst store in the chain. There is one person. ..not there today. ..that is rude and will help you find nothing.

I am not going back bc of one person. She is the rudest person I have ever encountered in a public place before. She will not say thank you come back , or nothing, To me she acts like a spoiled child that thinks the world owes her. I want to tell her, hey if it wasn't for me an the other people that come in here ,You wouldn't be getting a pay check. Because the dollar store wouldn't be open without us shopping.

They are open 7am-10pm which is an asset to Henderson. The aisles are often crowded but they stay well stocked!

Female worker closing Thanksgiving bad attitude the walks outside talking to her spouse about the costumer as there checking out then the spouse makes a ride comment to the customer as there walking to the car .
