So I just popped in for a vanilla milkshake. First time I've ever been here. It seems like they care more about their drive-thru customers than people inside the restaurant. I stood there forever ...and she finally took my order. Now I'm standing here forever again watching them get all the drive-thru customers out as fast as possible. I had heard bad things about this place but I thought I would give them a try. The place smells like burnt grease really bad. So bad it's burning my nose. The milkshake is microscopic and it was almost $5! What a rip off! That was my mistake ...I will never come here again!The shallow platitude response will not get me to go back to this place.... Oh we're sorry please give us another chance... a little late for that... I understand inflation and prices of things are going up but it only cost them about a nickel to make that $4 milkshake it's nothing but price gouging using inflation as an excuse... unfortunately it's not just Dairy Queen it's almost everywhere! We used to love Dairy Queen when I was a young fella it was a treat and everyone was so friendly the food was good and the ice cream was real!

So I called today so I could find out about the birthday cakes, and the lady who answered the phone was very very rude. She did not give her name, but instead when she answered the phone I got, "yeah can I help you" not "how may I help you". At first I just ignore it and I asked her, "do y'all still make the ice cream cakes", she responded with "yeah now what can I get you" again I ignored it, nicely asked what the prices were, and she told me to hang on a minute, and while waiting for her to return to the phone, I could hear same lady talking very ugly to whom I hope was not a customer. She returned to the phone and again she said "now what can I get you" I then began to ask about the prices of the cakes, and each time got a "ugh it's this price and that price" she didn't give me time to even ask what flavor ice cream y'all use in cakes. She just kept repeating "now what can I get you" she had a very bad attitude and honestly her attitude probably cost y'all a customer. When a customer calls, you so not answer the phone with "yeah what can I get you" more should have been " hi I'm so and so thanks for calling dairy Queen, how may I help you." Definitely not "yeah what can I get you." Never before have I ever had bad customer service from dairy Queen till today. Was disappointed Bec my daughter really wanted one of y'all cakes, now not sure if I want to do business where the employees are rude and disrespectful.

I had a chicken strip basket. The chicken wasn't bad but the fries were drenched in oil. I do say the place was clean and they had some good customer service. I gave it two stars because you can see the fries were bad from a mile away. Whoever put the food in there, knew what they were doing.

I come here quite often, and the service is hit-or-miss. Their scanner for coupons & rewards hasn't been fixed in months, so I have to place all my orders, as well as pay, through mobile, which I don't prefer. Some employees (I wish I knew their names) are outstandingly friendly and professional, while others shove the bag of food through my window and say literally nothing. They always attend to the drive-through orders at lightning speed, and everything is fresh and tastes great. Two stars docked for inconsistencies.

Went in tonight to get fries and ice cream to go. Ordered 3 blizzards, a med fry, side of gravy, and 2 slices of cheese. The employee said I couldn't just order cheese slices like that. I inquired how a cheese is charged for if added to a sandwich and why it couldn't just be added to my order. Smart aleck answers only. So I canceled the food part and went elsewhere who don't even make cheese fries with slices but were EXTREMELY accommodating despite not even having a microwave.I get back to the house and the ice cream was running everywhere. I had ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake. It had crunchy chunks of what I assume to have been pie crust and something chocolate too. It was TERRIBLE! I then had to go BACK where I asked for a refund. She rang up the entire check as a refund and then re rang up my whole ticket minus the one being refunded to find the amount to refund. Horrible Horrible experience! Do not recommend!

I have been a few times the last week, only because I wanted the fish sandwich, and every time I have been told they are not making the fish right now, once it was late so I said maybe that was the reason, the next time it was during the day and I got the same response. I don't know what is going on over there, I hope it gets resolved soon

Service and food was great! They seemed understaffed but managed to get all of our food out within a reasonable time. Especially since we were feeding 4 individuals including myself. Maryanne I believe that's her name did an amazing job and I praise the others who were working with her.

Although the food was pretty good the service was very unorganized and slow. It was a Saturday late afternoon and should have been prepared for a rush as it is a fast food business. We arrived at 5:00 PM had our order in and payed for at 5:06 PM. We were a party of five. Three of the orders were ready at 5:30. The last two was my wife's and mine was finally ready at 5:45. That was after asking three times if there was a problem. The drive through was circled around the building and many people pulled out of line and left, as did many walk in customers that came in after we were seated waiting on our food. They did have all the tables separated due to the Covid Distancing, but people waiting on their orders were standing shoulder to shoulder inside with no separation possible. The manager was clearly overwhelmed and they were seriously understaffed. Needless to say it's our last visit to this business location. I might add there were many complaints going to deaf ears! When asked about the problem we were told you're getting mad for something out of our control. I then said I'm not mad I'm disgusted. They continued to rant themselves when they went back behind the wall. Everyone in the business could hear their comments. Something needs to be done about their customer service and attitudes.

Awful service!!! Pulled up to everyone sitting outside smoking. They had to go inside to get my order. When I got home, my order was totally wrong. I asked for 2 doubles, one with cheese & one without. Instead I got 2 single bacon cheeseburgers. And I don't eat pork. When I called back to let them know, the girl on the phone had the audacity to ask me what I was doing in Chester County if I don't live there & told me she didn't like the way I was talking to her. She tried scaring me by saying the general manager was on his way there. I ended up talking to him. He was nice but let's just say I WILL NOT be back. If I could give no stars, I would!!!

Very friendly for a fast food place. Good quality soft serve ice cream. Good communication at the drive through. They always get the order right. Very clean. I just gave it four stars because Dairy Queen is just an ok spot for ice cream in general. It’s quick and easy soft serve. Hand scooped ice cream is better quality.

They didn't have chocolate ice cream so I asked if I could get extra chocolate in my blizzard. They were accommodating and I was very pleased. It actually tasted like chocolate ice cream. I've asked the same thing in Atoka where I live but in Atoka it always tastes more like vanilla than chocolate even though I order a blizzard that should be chocolate and ask for extra chocolate; still tastes like mostly vanilla ice cream. I wish I lived closer to this location because they get what a chocolate blizzard should be like. Thank you! Will certainly come again if I'm in your area!

I should have known we would have a problem when we pulled up and saw 5 employees eating at the Picnic table eating. The young lady taking our order was awesome. She wins the 1 Star. It went down hill from there. Just stopping through so I don’t have anything in town to compare it to, but I imagine there have to be better options in town.

Excellent food very good choices and some of the best service I have ever had. DQ is a staple place that I'm glad lives on. The black lady that waited on me and my sister that night was one of the nicest most upstanding women I have ever met. She went far and beyond her duties as a server.

I went for ice cream and did not get any due to the amount of time it was taking in the drive thru. I was in the back of the line for 20 minutes. Two girls were sitting out front and could have cared less if their crew needed help. This was nine a clock, I would assume all the crew should be inside if the store closes at ten doing closing procedures. Three cars in front of me turned around and left, as well as myself. A young man came out after his shift and I asked what their problem was,with the service, he said only one girl was there, he was not sure where the others were. Guess what I know! If this,was my business I would be unhappy about losing business due to workers slacking on the job. This is why I don't usually go to fast food places after four because the managers go home and turn the store over to teenagers.

My visit was a total disaster! There was four workers just sitting outside and smoking 🙄 There was one worker inside that was doing everything herself. When asked what was taking so long she said that she was the only worker inside. She seemed very stressed but did not bother asking for any help. There were two other people waiting with me for their food with me but we didn’t mind the wait until one of the workers sitting outside came in and yelled at th girl about how long she was taking. Despite this shecontinued to smile and treat us with respect. I asked for her name and asked if there was any way I could leave her a good review. somebody named hailey really deserves some appreciation

I've gone there so much, they don't even ask for my order. They already know. Not sure if that's a good or bad sign.UPDATE: I have come here many times since I moved here, but their service has dropped. The problem is they've hired too many new people. So, they move slow, customers get backed up, and food takes forever to be put out. I've witnessed several people leave on their own accord because they take too long!UPDATE UPDATE: They've gotten my burger wrong 3 times in a row. I think I'll just stick to chicken tenders and go to Jack's for my burgers.

The girl behind the counter was so nice and caring, she kept your attention on a customer who has a serious illness. When I told her about my husband having MS, she was just as sweet as can be, and caring. Plus the food was awesome.

Really tired of getting home with my food and something being wrong. I even checked to make sure that my gravy was with my order after this being the second time now that it hasn't been there. Now, they can't count! I paid for a six piece basket and get home with a five piece. You would really think that being a new store you would try a little harder. Food is great when it's done right.
