If I could have gave 0 stars i would.I don’t know who the loud mouth they thinks it ok to drop the F bomb in a store with customers but this customer does not appreciate it. I am from out of town and if this is the way Dollar General wants to be represented in this town of Racoon Valley, maybe I will drive further out next time.The girl that was using language said something about something being off 5 (blank) days. This is just not necessary. It may have been the same girl at the register which her name was Paula. This is the same girl who needed a smoke break and stood right outside the door. Pretty sure this is not policy.This store was out of all tide pods also.I think I will give my money else where next time.

This was a great place to shop for a few years , but in the last few months it has been the worst place to go. They now have no cashiers, must not have any one to put up stock on the shelves most of the time there self check out machine will only take credit cards. I spent 20 minutes in line the other day and finally left my buggy and walked out, I will not shop there any more. Hire some cashiers you greedy A holes !!!!

Trying to do self checkout has made this a nightmare. Just goto walmart. Atleast you can check out and not get stuck behind someone with an issue, the employees won't open a register, so you stand there waiting. While no one is helping the person tying up the only check out. It's not the first time this happened here.

I was just in this store for my first time. A truck driver having a really bad day. A young curly headed young lady checked me out and asked how my day was. I was rude and I apologize for that. I was ready to really check myself out and she being just honest and sincere made my day. Thank you young lady you did way more than you may ever know.

Good products at a reasonable price and quality. About any type of product a person looks for. Shelves are not kept organized very well, appears many folks takes things off the shelf, but just throw the item back on the shelf. Clean and well stocked restroom facilities. Very ample parking with easy access in and out of the parking lot.

Absolutely love the new Dollar General Store off Raccoon Valley!!! The store set-up is convenient and organized, always clean and stocked!! Employees are always very nice and willing to help with generosity and kindness!! I actually look forward to talking to the ladies and gents that are working day shift!!!Thank you to all the ppl employed with DGS on exit 117/75 N

Store is very convenient and the staff were very friendly. I used to shop there regularly but seems as if management and staff have changed and not friendly at all. Coke products on sale 3/9.00, I mixed a Dr Pepper in with my cokes and was treated like I was trying to pull something over on them..not the case! I worked retail for 30 years and dr. Pepper was a coke product then, my mistake. The cashier was very rude and told me she would just cancel the entire transaction. I wanted the drinks, price was not the big issue, my mistake was, and I was treated like a criminal! Shelves are messy and aisles are always blocked. I probably will drive the extra 2 miles to another one now. Staff needs to be retrained. Customer service is the key to keeping customers happy and returning!

The location on Raccoon Valley is rarely stocked, especially 2 visits in a row and the aisles are ALWAYS blocked with carts of mdse. The employees are very very nice. They just need more people to work.Update: New Mgmt team has helped immensely. It's just a busy store & late in the evenings their m milk runs out

this location had amazing things that I wasn't expecting. With eating a healthy diet you can find so much here. They have different stuff often! Thank you Dollar General!

New dollar general in town. Perfect location, super nice staff and even gave us a dollar general toat bag and 2 32oz. Dollar General cups(very cool). Will use weekly. Highly reccomend!

Love this place. It is convenient in our small town which only has an IGA and Dollar General. You can get in and out fast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I give the Dollar General store five stars because a new manager has taken over and she has everything up to par on the shelves priced right and now going in is excellent because you are not lost!

This location might as well close permanently. They do not follow the advertised hours. Never know when you pull up to shop if they are going to be closed or not. Don't depend on stopping on your way home from work because you can not count on this store ever now.
