I called the owner and had my heart set on a Noble Fir and left a message. Not only did he call back timely...but had the Decency to direct me to another local Christmas tree farm to fulfill my needs. He was Professional, Polite, and very friendly and caring!!!! This Christmas tree farm has been on of our favorites to visit here in East Tennessee. We’ve been choosing different farms to visit for the last few years just to support each one. Bluebird had really friendly and helpful people helping with selecting a good tree and answering questions about how long each one would last through the season. We ended up taking a 7-foot tree home on the last week of November and right now it’s December 12th… still as alive as the day we brought it home!!

Great trees in the 2023 season! Every single one I saw I'd have been happy with. Love that they open early (before Thanksgiving) so we can feel festive sooner!

The people that helped us at the farm are really awesome. We were looking for at least an 8 ft tree but ended up with a 9.5 ft tree that was so very lush/full. Once we chose the one we wanted, 2 very nice young men carried it over to the tent where they put the mesh around the tree to protect it. They trimmed off some of the lower branches and took care of a little trunk trim so it was ready for watering! I loved the fact that prices were right on the tree, and the ONLY thing I wish they had was better lighting in the shed where the larger trees were kept. It was a little difficult to walk from the main tent to that shed, there wasn’t a level path and no real lighting. I would recommend going in the daylight hours as the roads are pretty winding and not lit on the drive. We are thankful they were open until 8pm because our work schedules were not allowing us to go during daylight hours. All that being said- we will be back! Thanks for being so kind and offering friendly service!

We've been going here every year for awhile. There trees are always perfect for us. I also love their little shop with ornaments, jams and jellies, etc. Highly recommended!

Incredible experience all around! It was our first time visiting Bluebird and we plan to make it an annual family Christmas tradition. Our son had a blast looking for the perfect tree and he especially enjoyed helping his dad cut down our tree. Not only that, but the owner, Leo, was so helpful, personable and kind. Thank you, Bluebird Christmas Tree Farm, for getting our season started off in a magical way!

We were greeted before we even got out of the truck. The gentleman was so helpful. This was our 1st time at a Christmas tree farm and it was so much fun. We will definitely be back next year.

We have always loved the experience of cutting our own tree. Bluebird is the best local tree farm, in my opinion. Leo and staff are friendly, helpful, and offer hot chocolate and cider. The farm is gorgeous. What more could you ask for? Oh, yes, beautifully honed Christmas trees to bring joy to your home during the most special time of the year!

We came here after not finding what we wanted at another Knoxville tree farm and WOW. The selection was awesome, the staff were super friendly, and the entire set-up is perfect for families. We picked a pre-cut fir tree but look forward to hopefully self-cutting one of their planted fir trees in the coming years. They included our kids in netting the tree and carried it to our truck for us. They also offer lots of supplies in their gift shop like rachet straps, tree stands, homemade jams, wreaths, etc. Hope to see them add new elements to the experience each year like tree sleds for hauling your tree, Christmas music to keep it growing! :)

Not a great selection. Was told there wasnt many in the field to cut and what was cut under the tent was about it. Had to search quit awhile to find a decent tree. There was plenty of trees still bundled laying on the ground. I hope they were in better shape and looked better than what was displayed. $80 for @ 6-1/2 ft tree. Wow, a little much, but I didnt want to search somewhere else. I was also happy to support a local business.

Not a big selection if you want a larger tree. All sold out on Black Friday. Staff very friendly and helpful but an insane wait to pay for tree as only one register. Need at least 2.

I would give a zero if possible. If you are looking to cut down your own tree, this is not the farm for you. The choices are minimal. We were told if we were going to get a pre-cut tree, looking for an 8-9 foot one, we should come back next week.They will not the tree on your car or tie it down, nor did they have enough twine to use for you to do it yourself. The little twine they had was knotted up. You have to buy ratchet straps from them if you didn’t know to bring your own.We’ve been to many tree farms over the years. We will not be back to this one.

HUGE selection of trees and the quality was the best I've seen! Would love to see a campfire added with marshmallow roasting to add to the family experience but overall very impressed.

The atmosphere and staff were fine, but the trees were more expensive per foot than another tree farm in the area, and there was less selection than we wanted for 8'+ trees - unless we were looking for a Fraiser Fur, which we weren't. It's more of a "tourist feel" tree farm. If you want a more "home-feel" tree farm, try JKL trees - no frills but more personable and helpful.

Went their last year to get my tree and the whole staff was amazing, always willing to help you out. So many different type's of tree's: tall, short, thin and fluffy. I will definitely be goin back every year from now on. Goin tomorrow to get my 🎄

Lots to choose from..prices are about what you pay for one already cut down. Lots of help if needed .they carried the tree from the place we cut it to our car.Very fun experience..first time here but will be have lasted at least til xmas!

They mentioned they hadn't had a good year, but our little 4.5 tree we paid $50 for died within hours of taking it home, so our first Christmas in our house is accompanied by a dead tree that's dropped almost all of its needles because we can't afford another one. We won't be returning.
