Avoid this store if you need access to a restroom as you shop!!!I understand they are extremely understaffed and therefore probably can't/won't clean the restroom on top of their many other responsibilities but this is honestly just disgusting.Just think...nobody can wash their hands (including during cold/flu seasons) and if you had a "bathroom emergency" there is going to be literal human waste on the store floor. What if a pregnant mom came in or someone has a potty training toddler and there's nowhere to go? What about the elderly and disabled? And then to be hateful to someone for having a basic need?With all due respect, this is absolutely shameful.

Their new young female employee should learn how to handle the public because my encounter with her was actually very negative, she was very rude to several customers I saw her treat 3 different people in the place as if they were a thief, one of which had a buggy of roughly $200 worth of goods she just left and said if I want to be treated like a thief I'll just go to Walmart. She had her obvious autistic child with her and that's why she doesn't want to do Walmart. Oh and they let the phone ring off the hook.

as a Shriner we have our annual paper sale just down the street, were welcomed by the manager and staff that was very polite and professional. The store was clean and had handicap parking.5 Stars

Tried calling over and over and kept getting no answer. Went there and admired they don’t like answering the phone all day! Wasted trip and won’t be back to this location. Lack of customer service

Everyone is always really nice and friendly when I go in there. I shop there often. Especially Elizabeth Chumley and Jennifer but I'm not sure of her last name! Great place tho!

Well I was there one day this week... Early morning not a lot of customers easy to get in and out. Nancy had great customer service & rung me up in no time.

lying to the customers about the restrooms being open so that they don't have to use them. If you're going to shut down your restroom, say so. Don't lie and say they're out of order.We travel for work and use Dollar generals routinely to use the restroom and buy supplies. We won't be back to this one.

This is a store that you do not want to go to. They lack customer service and are the rudest people I believe in this region. And forget returning anything, if it was not purchased in that store you are told to take it to the store that you got it from.
