I tried using rover the app (mistake!) to locate a babysitter for my 50 lb. Highly Reactive foster dog and after one experience I could tell she had not been well cared for so I kept looking for an alternative ….The next time I needed a pet sitter for Mrs Mary I called Wolftever and explained that while she loves people she should not be allowed to mix with other dogs. The staff at Wolftever took excellent care of Mary.The absolutely listened to her care instructions while also giving her the love and attention any owner would hope for. It has been such a relief to find a place I trust! ❤️

I was not a current client, but my parents are, and talked highly of them. My dog had been feeling bad and I had already made him an appointment for the following Saturday with the Vet that we had been using. Over the weekend, he got worse. I knew I couldn’t take him to the other Vet, because of my work schedule. I looked up Wolftever because it is close to my work. I called them at 7:00am on Monday. I spoke with Paige and explained the situation. She was so pleasant and helpful. She asked me if I could bring him in before I went to work. I said, yes, but I couldn’t stay with him. She said, that’s ok, we’ll take care of him and you can come get him when you get off work. They called me and went over what they needed to do. When I went to pick him up, Dr. Winn spent a good deal of time explaining to me what was going on and how to treat him. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them. I will also be using them from now on.

We love all the doctors at Wolftever Pet Wellness Group!!! Our dog even loves coming here! She walks in as if she owns the place.;) They are so knowledgeable, helpful, and work very hard to get you in quickly. I trust them as they have always been able to help with any of our pet's wellness/illness issues.

I took my dogs here, all 3. They don’t offer cameras inside the grooming area and my dog came home with wounds bleeding and magically no cameras are inside where grooming is done. We were charged for grooming services and my dogs came home with a nail trim and smelling of wet dog. I used to groom and the ears weren’t cleaned, paw hair trimmed and they didn’t smell like they used any type of shampoo. They couldn’t say how my dog was injured or why. Gave me a refund for their bogus services where clearly they were just hosing dogs down, and on top of that promised me a one stop shot for shots needed in order to be boarded there, and was told “they were just too busy” risking my dogs health in the process off of things I was promised . If I could give it zero stars I would. These people are a sham. Go to GoDog Chattanooga by lookout mountain. Clean, safe and my dogs were so much happier ❤️

We’ve been using Wolftever as our go to vet for years and always have a great experience. I find that compared to other local vets their pricing is better. I do like that the boarding is right next to the vets office so I’ll have peace of mind when boarding my pets. The groomer does an excellent job however my only critique would be that the pricing for the grooming services are a little steep and I’ll likely try other local groomers out.

I’ve been taking my senior dog to Wolftever Harrison for 2ish years now. Staff and doctors are all very friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell they really care. I typically have a thousand questions about my pet’s health and they always take time to answer my questions and provide solutions and good advice. Consistent quality care, very pleased so far.

We had a home fire and the staff at the Vet and Boarding have been so helpful in caring for our 7 Kitties and 3 dogs. Ensuring that they are healthy, happy and cared for during there displacement. We have had to leave them there for the last month and maybe longer and they are well loved by the staff. Thank you for your kindness and care during this time.

I have 5 fur babies and one of my oldest is a German Shepherd who was abused by a prior owner. A client of mine who is a breeder got her back from a client when she was two and the gentleman (I use the term loosely) had we believe not only physical but mentally abused her gave this beautiful dog to me. Dr. Robinson over here has work with us for the last eight years to help get her to get to a calm and trusting dog again. They were very patient and loving with her from the start. Even when she wasn't so. They are the best and I would not even consider taking my babies anyplace else

We love it here. They are so friendly and kind and are Animal LOVERS. The vet got done on my pups' level and just loved on them as he checked them out. The next time we went in the vet tech kept giving them both kisses. It was lovely and we will forever go here for our vet needs.

This just wasn’t the experience I was expecting for the money I spent. I wasn’t informed that it would cost me an extra $12 per day for my dog to go out into the yard with the other dogs. I had been told that it was part of the package. My dog spent 9 nights here during my vacation. It wasn’t until the 6th day that I checked on her using their cameras (which I did like having access to that) and her bed was missing. She had apparently had an accident on it, which is beyond out of character for my 3 y/o golden retriever. She hasn’t had an accident since she was 8 months old. I had noticed that they wouldn’t open her door to let her go outside until like 8-9am. They lock up the doors at 6pm. No dog no matter how well trained can hold their waste for 15 hours - and that’s if they went to the bathroom right before they closed up the doors. I just don’t like the idea of spending that kind of money for my dog to not have access to a bathroom for that length of time. I most likely won’t be returning there for boarding services unless I have no other option. It wasn’t the most terrible situation, but I just want others to be aware that they don’t really get let out in acceptable time frames in my opinion.
