i normally love starbucks, even in kroger. however this kroger in particular, the red headed female who is normally working always makes me feel unwelcome and is always staring me down as if she would rather be anywhere else serving absolutely anyone else. it seems like the whole starbucks group at this kroger is the same way, but this one particularly because she is always here when i am here, and always serving me. my drink has seemed wrong everytime i’ve gotten one from here. and i worked at a starbucks so i can definitely tell that something is off with my drink when it is made. will never be returning for anything from here. shame that it’s still open.

It’s so mid, and my coffee I always get was pretty bad and I love Starbucks!! So I never get it now because it’s not worth the price of the mostly messing it up and I’m not trying to be a Karen and make them remake it

Not sure I can give a proper rating, my husband and I didn't have time to wait for a drink to be made. There were 2 baristas here but apparently only one was helping customers so the line was long. The one lady that was helping customers seemed to hurt her fingers or hand and had to take a few minutes for that, which is understandable. However I'm not sure what the other lady was doing instead of helping the line of customers. Very poor customer service.

It is a great place for all types of coffee and conversation....when they are not too busy. Lol. Nancy is agreat person very kind and talkative.when shes not busy.once again altho starbucks is usually very busy. It is popular. Kinda expensive. But worth it.

Dee is the most amazing barista Starbucks has! Very much friendly, and very outgoing with all of her employees and customers!! Dee, you have brought this Starbucks from the ground up, you have so much more to be thankful for! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!!

They always have a sign up with a huge list of what they are “out of.” The baristas are slow and would rather gossip about their schedule and the “old man in charge” that doesn’t hire people or “understand how to order.” It’s embarrassing really. When I went in today there was a sign up that said “be back in 5 minutes went to the bathroom,” when she finally came back she was like “I’m sorry! That was way more than 5 minutes but I had to go talk to someone about my schedule cuz they never listen to me.” I’m like I understand but I’m kind of in a hurry, but she just continued gossiping about her pay with another Kroger employee. She just kept stopping in the middle of making my ONE vinti hazelnut frap to talk. Can you please GOSSIP WHILE YOU WORK??

Yesterday I was driving through town from Maryville to Sparta and stopped in here for coffee and a snack. When I got inside, I noticed a long line but it was the only Starbucks for many miles so I decided to wait. I have such a habit of just taking my phone into places because most all places have the ability to accept Google Pay or to be able to do the Starbucks scan in the app. Well after waiting for awhile, it was our turn to order. Unfortunately most items were already sold out but ny daughter and I made our selections and I got my phone ready to pay. The guy ringing us up, Isaiah, said that they were not set up to accept payment through the Starbucks app or Google pay. I was frustrated because at this point I was running late and did not want to have to walk back out to my car in the rain to get my actual debit card but I sent my daughter and right when I did, Isaiah, came around to the other side and proceeded to pay for our order. I told him no and that it wasn't necessary. He said he wanted to and he did so out of the kindess of his heart. He was an absolute sweetheart and he made my day!!!! Thank you so much Isaiah for being so kind and having great customer service skills even while you were getting slammed with business!

Took a long time to get served but they had one poor woman doing a lot of work. Really needs more help. I also hate hate hate when I put Starbucks on Google and it's really just a little kiosk in a grocery store. No drive-through. Also in my experience kiosk Starbucks and grocery stores are never as good as the independent Lee operated brick and mortar Starbucks. In my experience the independent Starbucks with the drive-throughs make the best ice teas and coffee's. The kiosk versions pale in comparison of consistently.Google needs to revamp their way to destinate Starbucks locations based on type. Kudos to the hard worker there. She did awesome considering

I was told that I couldn’t order my typical strawberry açaí lemonade refresher with no ice? This happened twice and the second time I asked why, obviously feeling confused. The employee stated that it was Kroger policy that ice is required for my lemonade ? They take it very seriously. It’s almost comical, but not when I end up with a cup half full of ice that ultimately waters my drink down. It’s a ridiculous policy if it’s policy at all. Only once have I had a happy encounter with an employee at this location.

The barista was not that good at her job. After waiting at the counter while she had a long conversation with another staff member about pictures, she finally asked me what I would like. I said, " a small Christmas blend with a shot of espresso and a medium Christmas blend with a shot of espresso, leave room for cream in the medium." She shook her head and said, I didn't get that. I repeated it. As she grabbed the 2 cups, I asked her to put the espresso in the cup first. She said, no it will burn it. It will change the flavor. I was fully aware of that. That's how I like it. That's why I specifically asked her to make it that way. So, she wouldn't make it the way I wanted.

Walked up to the counter with one girl working so I figured the wait would be a bit. While she was making the person's drink in front of me, she didn't greet me or anything. Another worker came up and didn't greet me or take my order. She was talking to her co-worker. I proceeded to wait for 10 mins for them to take my order. Finally she took my order. I understand there is a wait time but at least greet your costumers and tell them you'll be with them in a minute instead of ignoring them.

I always get a "pink drink" the strawberry Acai with Coconut milk. Extra strawberries. They make it great each time. My favorite Starbucks drink ever. Hopefully they bring back the unicorn drink I really wanna try it 🦄

Went in and asked for extra fruit in my refresher then after they made it, it had no fruit and argued with me about it. I also say them not filling the cups the cups all the way. Odered 2 large and seems like I got maybe a medium out of it

Waited for 20 mins. A new girl was in there who didn’t know anything really so she wasn’t taking orders and there was a long line of people but nobody being served, with a “were short handed back in 15” sign. The guy that walked up has always made my drinks terribly so I just walked out. Disappointed and no coffee for me.

Only Starbucks around this area. They are fully capable of making the crazy coffees that Starbucks created and are very knowledgeable about different other recipes. Great friendly staff with excellent coffee. Cant go wrong.

I've only ever had 1 thing here, I tried it I liked it, and just keep going back for the same thing. Pretty sure they couldn't get my coffee just like I like it. Btw is a vanilla creme drink... I don't even know what it's called they just know what I'm talking about.

Love the employees. One of the managers works so fast it's a blur and they are always friendly, even when slammed. They always know my order, and exactly how to make it to my wife's demanding expectations!
