Love this place. Inexpensive and the people are very nice. I’ve been here 3 times now and I’ve just set up an appointment for a 4th. My third girl did have a complication with her surgery, she had managed to chew it open when I was not home, but I came right back and they fixed her up. She is perfectly healthy now.

No pain medicine was given to my dog after her spay appointment. She was whining all night long, i had to run to the pet store and ask for the next best thing. Considering i drove 3 hrs to this place…..

This is my 4th time bringing a pet here and I live over an hour away each time previously that I have brought a pet I would get a call they were ready for pickup as soon as I arrived home. So, this time around I figured I would just stay for an hour instead of driving home to avoid spending 4 hours of driving versus 2. They said my pet would be ready between 12-3 I arrived at 10 and they’re an hour ahead so 12 would be 1 hour for me no big deal. I’m a SAHM and have both my toddlers with me and have no been waiting past 3 and when I went to inform them I’m still waiting they said it would be another hour and 30 minutes. So I’ve now been here for almost 5 hours. The time management and communication is absolutely ridiculous and I’m very upset with this recent visit.

They gave us a great way to fix our pups on a budget. They let us know that if anything happened, our boys would be cared for. And they got them home early!

InexpensiveI took 2 stars off because one of the people there was very rude and judgemental and assuming. I brought proof of vaccines and the way she reacted when she discovered they were up to date at what age she ASSUMED they were was unprofessional and then she called me a liar when I was on the phone discussing any mistakes with their main vet and walked away.My husband died 11/25/23 and my daughter died 6/16/23. I have more important things to try to mentally handle than her assuming judgements and name calling. She was incorrect as to age and her reaction got me scared and nervous for my kittens.One woman was a sweetheart and comforted me when I was shaking. I give 3 stars for price and the one woman who knows how to treat people.

Very caring staff. They work as quickly and efficiently as they can. Before covid I had brought all four dogs and they came out to give their vaccines I didn't have to try to handle getting all of them inside.

Someone abandoned a sweet Border Collie mix on our very rural road. We were able to get her vaccinations and have her spayed through this group. There is a wait list, and it takes time to get an appointment, but it was affordable, and the care was excellent.

I had. 9 year old abused dog. These guys took her like a baby and she got her shots! No problems.Plus took my three month old kitten in to lose his cherries. Best fixing I have ever dealt with. He was up moving around within two hours and went home.I love these people!

I’m giving 4 stars because at first I was super frustrated with this place because I had been calling for weeks and the phone would just go straight to voicemail but you can’t leave voicemails. BUT, once someone finally did answer me they were very nice and got my cat scheduled for 8 days later! When I showed up to drop him off the lady who greeted me outside was very sweet and smiling and explained things well. Then the person who called to tell me he was done and did great was very nice, and for being fixed and 3 vaccines it was $78! The price is incredible and I’m so thankful they provide these prices for people to be able to afford getting these services. When I went to pick him up the same lady was still super sweet and helpful and went over aftercare instructions with me. So I’m very pleased and thankful for their affordable services!

They are a good company and everyone is nice. But it takes forever to be seen and there is no waiting area, you have to stand outside in the heat. I do also find it very weird that you can't go in to schedule with the receptionist you have to call and when they take your pet inside they lock you outside. But if you are fine with all of that I recommend but if you don't want your pet alone behind locked doors I'd go to an actual veterinarian office.

Brought both our small 8lb dogs in to get fixed. They did a fantastic job, the price was what they said it would be and they are they cheapest by far that I found. I will be bringing all my dogs here for everything now, even though it's 45 minutes from home. Very nice people.One of our dogs parts did not drop and they still got it done for a very small extra fee.So glad we found this place. Was $33 per dog and extra$12 for the one that didn't drop, just amazon prices and peoplethank you.

Took Duke and Daisy to get second series of shots. A on the way there my low tire pressure light came on.I made it there, got the shots and asked if anyone had a tire inflator I could borrow .John, the vet that gave my babies their shots, said he did. I used it and I got back home safelyThank youJohn

What a great thing these folks are doing! Make sure a plan on a long wait to get your appointment though and a few phone calls to make the appointment. I was quoted more than 2x as much somewhere else for my big dogs. Super nice!

I had my cat spayed there and they were the most kind people I’ve talked to, they were so sweet and answered all questions. Also I saw a review that was a couple of months old that said they didn’t answer the phone but I had no trouble with that! They answered their phone within 15 minutes closing time! She had a cancellation so I got her in just in time before she went into heat! Someone also said in a review I think 8 months ago that they didn’t get a call when their animals surgery was postponed till later that day & I won’t lie they are busy so I brought her in early and got her a hour late but that’s okay because they are booked until June otherwise!! I’m so so happy with service you guys were the absolute best!!

Amazing service. Went to get my dogs their yearly vaccines $60 for both! It was quick, the dogs loved that they came out on the porch and gave them Lovings during the process, no cold steel table they had to sit on and get anxious. Perfect for their shots.

I was able to have great communication with the employees through the whole process. It was affordable for my family which was huge. My dog hasn't had any issues and she even came out with a nail trim. I would highly recommend this group to anyone who needs their services. I can't thank them enough. This dog was adopted after my father passed away in March. She is my son's companion and has helped us through some difficult times. You have made having her an easier process by offering the spays affordably.

Super cheap which is nice budget wise and they did a good job with my cat's neutering. However they asked us to quarantine 12 hours before because he was supposed to be there st 9 for the surgery. They didn't end up doing it until 4pm and they didn't answer a single call when we tried to see why he was there all day with no information. I also didn't get to say bye (which I'm sure might sound ridiculous to some.) I was handed a clipboard to sign and I looked away for literally 3 seconds and they had already yanked him through the door out of my view. Great place if you need help money wise but you do get what you pay for. Very grateful for them I just wish it could be done better.

I took my 4yo's dog n my oldest daughter's cat to get fixed here n rabies shots, they were wonderful and even called the next day to check on my babies BEST PLACE EVER RUBBLE & BABY ANGUS ARE DOING GREAT
