I had my 2020 F250 repaired In the body shop. Just picked it up today. Completely satisfied with the repair. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also I was picked up @ Mike's by Enterprise rental. Was able to leave car there for them to pick up. Wayne was great @ keeping in touch. Saved the best for last..........got a free t-shirt.

They have been a life saver I accidentally left 1 of my truck doors unlocked and my transmission dipstick was stolen. I spent 3 weeks calling around and NO one had it or could order. I decided to call Mike's and they were able to get me one. I highly recommend.

Once again, Mike's Body Shop came through for us in a big way. I cannot say enough about the honesty and integrity of this local, family-run amazing shop! Our out of town guests had an issue with their A/C and drove 10 hours in blazing heat with no air. They simply HAD to return to Louisiana for medical reasons and we were so nervous to let them start out without having this checked. I called Friday (Max answered) and amazingly, Mike got their car in and checked out on Tuesday. These guys are our heros! They've saved our bacon more than once.... They never overcharge and we are huge fans.... They've done details (LOVE their detailing!) for us. You have to be patient as not surprisingly, they are slammed most of the time.Service: Air conditioning

Mike's body shop is a rare gem in today's world where many body shops are bought up by large chains (i.e. Caliber Collision) and operated without any pride of ownership. Mike Brown is not only intelligent and extremely capable- he truly cares about his mechanics and his customers and he puts in long hours himself to ensure everything runs smoothly. My vehicle was failing on the interstate with a bad alternator. Local parts store recommended Mike's Body Shop. They worked me in and repaired the vehicle. I was 5 hours from home and these guys repaired the vehicle and then checked to make sure I made it home. Quality work. Quality customer service which is hard to find these days. Excellent service. Unlike so many mechanic shops, Mike's isn't out to fleece you for as much as they can. They are honest and upfront about what things are going to cost, and I've had them even recommend I get another car instead of sinking money into repairs when it wouldn't be worth it. It is refreshing to find a place that honestly does out the customer first and tries to give the best service possible.

Each time I have called upon Mikes the friendliness of the staff has put me at ease. Today I needed my new vehicle towed from my house to the dealership and they were right on top of it. Treated me like I was their one and only customer. That type of customer service is few and far between now a days and I just Thank them. I will definitely recommend Mikes in the future and will continue to call them in the future.

We are from out of state and we were moving our daughter from Nashville to a new job in North Carolina. As we passed through about 2 PM our daughter’s fix engine light came on. She needed a new engine coil. We came to Mike’s auto repair and Max was great. Even though the shop was very busy Max got us repaired and running by 5 PM. Great service and will definitely use Mike's again. My car died in a very tricky place to pull it from. The driver called when he went to pick up my car to let me know that he was able to get it out with no problem. He also called when he dropped it off at the shop to keep me in the loop. Best price by far than the other 8 shops in and around Harriman that I called for estimates. I recommend Mike's to anyone who needs a tow!

Great service with replacing my best friends clutch in her car. Although we ended up having to stay over in Tennessee for the weekend, they made sure we were taken care of. I am extremely pleased with Mike's. This is the best place to get tires, hands down. Their pricing beats everyone. I've referred friends who've driven an hour plus to get tires because the prices are so good. The man I deal with is Ricky; he's extremely nice and helpful. So are Mike, Michael, and everyone else there. They also do body and mechanical work. I've had multiple collisions repaired there. They always get the job done and have your car ready when they tell you they will, unlike many others who never get it done in time. If you need tires, body or mechanical work, Mike's is the place.

A branch (basically a tree) fell on my truck and the hood, fender and number had to be replaced. Mike got the color perfect and it looked great. About 6 months later I noticed the paint peeled a bit near a vent. Talked to Mike and he got issue corrected asap and said the work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle and to let him know if anything else comes up. He remembered me from the time I walked in the door and took care of me no questions asked.
