Excellent Kroger! Always clean and even when it's super busy they always seem to have enough folks working. Reliable sushi, great deli, meat and fish department always smells like it should, bakery stuff is fresh, nothing to complain about except it being busy but that's for good reason. They have a great staff, Taylor is an angel among them, thank you.

This Kroger is almost always out of stock of multiple items when you try to order them online, week after week. And when you do order them and they say they’re in stock, several items end up out of stock when you go to get your order. Not sure if it’s the Kroger not staying on top of ordering things, or if it’s their suppliers not following through.

The delivery method in the app has a glitch. When trying to check out, it provides a ⚠️ regarding a delivery address being required. When that area is clicked on to confirm the address, it sends an automated email to your email address confirming the address has been updated and immediately the pop-up menu ask you to confirm the adress again and again and again

I just want to give Amy, your hard worker, amazing employee, fast cashier, whatever her main title in store is, the recognition she deserves. Amy always welcomes everyone with a warm smile. Its always a speedy checkout, and I always am excited to see her. She makes great conversation and feels great to come back and do the dreaded shopping. Definitely will be back :)

I don’t mind using self checkout because it can be quicker. BUT now you’ve removed some quick self checkouts for bigger cart self checkouts and took away the convenience of shopping here. Stood in line for 20 minutes, defeats the purpose of grabbing a couple things on the way home. All this, so you can cut more employees. If you’re gonna do self checkout, at least make it quick and easy. WHAT A JOKE

Absolutely the poorest run Kroger I’ve ever been in. They rarely have the meat items that are on sale each week. Hell they rarely have anything. Lucky if there’s two checkout lanes open. Poorest quality everything. Never have carts. If things are tough then the prices should reflect that. This place charges same prices or higher than other Kroger stores. Hate this place. Nice lettuce btw.

LOVE the sushi at this Kroger… I eat it every other day for lunch. Would only recommend having complementary forks and/or chopsticks available to keep from sushi smell on our hands. Other than that keep up the amazing work!

As a home health nurse covering 18 counties in the region, I pass/stop at a lot of Kroger stores. This one in "Midtown" is my favorite of all! Nice clean parking lot with ample parking and buggy stalls, produce always fresh, always have sale items in stock, aisles are big enough for 2 carts, always have enough cashiers as well as self checkout if you want, employees very very friendly, don't have 118 pickup employees crowding the aisles at one time. I've been to smaller and bigger Kroger stores and I think this one is PERFECT!

Clicklist always has terrible substitutions, and if they fill your order late, there is no way to see, approve, or disapprove what’s been done. I plan meals for each week and order what we need. If something isn’t in the order, I have an incomplete meal to figure out. 9 out of 10 times, you can walk in and buy any item they claimed they didn’t have or needed to substitute. I’m going to order elsewhere from now on as our order tonight was an hour late and due to that, we couldn’t even see or approve substitutions. I don’t mind it being late terribly, I don’t mind substitutions so much. It’s the fact that it’s every single time, when I can go in and it’s there.

Where to start. The prices, my God the prices are most expensive in town by quite a bit. (Gotta line that CEO already fat pockets) Always have to wait longer than 15 mins to get to checkout. Why they have half the self checkout closed midday is ridiculous. The main manager, "Mr. Blue is one of the rudest men I have ever talked to. Not only to employees, but customers as well. All along self checkout I see now hiring for cashier's, but went to apply and he rudly stated that no positions were available. Mentioned he might want to remove the flyers before someone reported for false advertising. All and all the employees are great, but management slacks more and more everytime I go there. I will be shopping anywhere but Kroger from here on.

open registers im sick and tired of being forced to self check out im not compensated for scanning and bagging my.own items. especialy when yhe line is long and you have 2 emplyess jist staning around talking. open a register and help the customers.

Self check out is horrible. Scan then stand and wait on it to catch up. Scan then wait on it to catch up. Slowest system I have ever seen. Go somewhere else. Unless you have time to take 15-20 minutes waiting on their antiquated system. Highly NOT recommended.

Overpriced, overwhelming poorly labeled aisles, self checkout is torture. Employees always nice though. I dread having to go in.
