Large store with lots of selection and fair prices. Right next to another thrift store so it's easy to pop into both and see what they have. I have better luck here than at thrift stores in some of the "wealthier neighborhoods" of Knoxville. I am only buying for my small family, but I can usually find a few treasures. Depending on the week, different colored tags are half off. Employees are friendly and kind.

Check out was a little slow but everyone was really nice.The store was clean and well stocked with everything you'd expect at a Goodwill. The clothing was diverse and they also had a nice selection of books

On the pricier side for thrift shops, but I usually find something good every trip. I tried to check in with their Facebook page at checkout and the cashier told me I couldn't once my items have been scanned. This didn't make much sense to me and I asked why it wasn't put on the sign if this is the case, and he just stared at me in dismissal. Overall decent thrift store and this is the first time in 8 years that I've had a bad staff experience so I would say thats pretty good. Would love to see the staff that shine at customer service more often.

I have been going to this Goodwill and other East Tennessee GW locations and I almost always find something in this particular store. This is where I find the majority of my clothes and shoes for excellent prices. Just recently I have purchased new with tag Calvin Klein shorts, Under Armour shirts and other name brand items for a bargain. I recommend checking this place out!

So much selection. One of our favorite to peruse for treasures. Teaching my son to speak up for himself and the clerk was friendly and helped him. We appreciate.

Stopped at two different ones and one in Hammond and one in Rockwood got a frying pan it both in a rug at the one in Rockwood. The paint sticker was the color of the day so I got two frying-pans for3.50+ tax.The price of one. 5 + 7 rug $20+Tax

Everything is extremely overpriced. They usually have nice stuff, but I could almost buy it new for what they're asking for some of it. I'll probably either go to the old one down the road or go to Knoxville.

The workers today were extremely rude and talked bad bout us where we could hear them!! Won't be going back to this store!! Supposed to be helpful and Godly people. Guess not!!
