I have a four year old goldendoodle, Millie. Millie has only been groomed by one person her whole life and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to try somewhere new. I was super nervous to take her anywhere else, especially a pet spa because Millie has never been crated before and she's an energetic dog. I requested her to not be crated and booked the express groom. I didn't go in with high expectations (personal doubt), but I dropped her off early in the morning and had her back within two hours. They called me when she was about 20 minutes from being done. She was never crated and they exceeded any and all expectations. Cheyenne did a fantastic job of taking care of my girl and giving her a great summer cut! I went ahead and booked another appointment 6 weeks out and hopefully going to keep her on that rotation. Thank you guys for everything :)

The ladies at Dewberry Prt Spa were wonderful to fit in my yorkie for his first visit. We had just moved to the area and he was looking VERY shaggy and was matted in places because of his unapproved spontaneous trek through the woods. He loved the care he received and so did I so, he’s now on a 6 week rotation.

Dewberry was wonderful with my cockapoo. He is terrified of being in a kennel, so they worked with me to put him straight into the bath when I got there so he wouldn't be scared. He was done in less than 2 hours and he looked great!! He was sitting in the receptionist's lap when I got there to pick him up. Thank you ladies for doing everything possible to make this a good experience for him.

I am a repeat customer at Dewberry’s Pet Spa. Tiffany and her staff are always wonderful with Rascal and Lily! They look so good when I pick them up. I am an overprotective dog mom and I never have to worry about leaving them there to be pampered. Thank you Tiffany, Melanie, and your caring staff.

My dog was physically grabbed up while trying to get out the door and taken to the back. I would be called when they were finished .... I had to leave. Needless to say, I cried all the way home. This was at 8 a.m. the call didn't come until after 2 p.m.He was in a cage with no water for hours. I will NEVER take my pup back to Dewberry. The wonderful reviews ???? I have to wonder if they are actually real!!!I only clicked on 1 star because the site wouldn't allow me to post without at least one star!!

Took our doggos for a groom and loved the results. Afterwards took our cat to get his nails trimmed and capped. We'll definitely be back.

I was a 1st time customer today with my staffie bubs ! They were so nice ,quick and he smells and looks great for wash and blow dry They filed his nails as well as anything else he needed and it took not even a hour! I will be back! Prices are not terrible either ♡♡
