I am not sure why the CVS pharmacy in Harriman only has 3 stars. I have never had a problem using this CVS location and I honestly prefer it as opposed to the one in Oak Ridge where we used to live. The Harriman staff are always busy, sure, but they are always nice and I feel like they do a great job filling prescriptions in a timely manner and fielding questions, etc.Thank you all for what you do.

3 times, there have been problems with filling my medication. All of which had nothing to do with insurance or the doctor making a mistake. This pharmacy needs to get it together. They are definitely pleasant and professional, but my medication has not been ready 3 times when it should have been. Either they need a better system or more people.

Went in for a Passport photo and they did it wrong and was rejected and they would not honor a retake but wanted ME to fork over the payment yet again, for their mistake! Very rude also!

I see a lot of negative reviews for this store but they have been nothing but polite, professional and helpful for me. They have made transferring my prescriptions from out of state seamless.

The worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. They have lost my prescriptions on 2 different occasions. Your prescriptions are never filled and waiting on you despite the 24 or 48 hours notice.The pharmacist that I dealt with was the rudest person and zero help. They need to close this store down.

This place is completely trash and has went downhill they’ve had like 9 different pharmacists in just a few months I was with them for 4 years but, the pharmacist manager they have now is rude, unprofessional and literally lies. I will never have anything good to say about them and the girl upfront Liz is a true pos too. The older workers were remarkable and since they’ve left it’s trashed out the only person good there is Karla but, she moved up front. DONT GO HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THESE PEOPLE ARE TRULY TERRIBLE! I have video evidence of how this person talked to me and straight lied!!!!! I’m not the only one they’ve messed over my grandmother in law and my father in law. I could go on and on save yourself!

I called for pharmacy for 3 days, held Monday for over 2 hours, never got anyone to pick up. Avoid if want any answer on phone regarding medicine. Shane, used to be top notch

Every month when my wife calls In her prescription their is always something. They don't have the full amount or she can't pick them up on the date she is supposed too. And instead of helping to try ratify the problem they cause more.

I won’t even get started on how horrible this place is and unprofessional. I would never recommend going here. The old crew was amazing but, since they lost everyone it’s just went down. Save yourself some time, energy and stress. I recommend any place above this one.
