The store definitely has its ups and downs. These past 2 weeks have been in on 3 separate occasions, always cash ONLY in the evenings. Can understand the card only, but cash only makes one wonder what's up.

I really like this one in Hampton. The workers are very helpful and nice.Stoney Creek needs a new manager . The one now, has no personality and it seems to kill her to help someone.

This store is always unstocked especially the medicines isle. Word to management you hired two people who are associated drug dealers and hangout with the Blackwells, the two guys down the road from the store who committed murder and got away with it. The guy is constantly having two or three females hangout in his car in the parking lot smoking crack seen It with my own eyes. Something needs to be done, I don't know the guys name but he wear a hat and is believed to be a manager.

Nice little store located away from all the other stores. Good to stop on the way to picnic and to get forgotten things. Quick grab for locals who can't get to town. Clean store

Husband and I went in tonight to buy a few items. Short red haired girl/ woman was the cashier. She was without a doubt one of the rudest cashiers this store has had and they have had alot of rude customer service people. I worked with the public for 30 years and I'm pretty tolerant. I understand how hard it is to work with the public. But if you hate your job that badly, find another one. I will pass on our experience to as many people as possible. This should not be tolerated. Do you have a district and or regional manager? Because your last store manager was almost as bad.

Even though the staffing is typically friendly and helpful, that's not always the case; therefore, depending on what time of the day you're visiting - your experience will vary.Note: if you're a shopper who gets upset when the store you are visiting is out of stock or you find it inconvenient when their are carts of unstocked inventory blocking your selection you should Avoid this location until improvements are made.

The employees are great! My issue is the pricing it never adds up to the price displayed or sales prices are not applied! Store is clean well maintained great staff! I love how the staff knows us and what we like and I guess I over look the pricing because they make up for it in service (5 stars for staff I gave 4 because of price issues)

The store was a mess. Shelves were empty throughout. Carts filled with fresh merchandise blocked the isles. I searched the store three times for classroom Valentine's cards. Finally I moved two carts to find the item I needed. The young man was more interested in stepping outside to vape than to care for the store.

Great place to be able to just go into quickly! Doors are difficult to get through if you are somewhat disabled as I am. Usually have good variety of items from health products to office supplies.

This store is absolutely nasty. You can't get thur the aisles. I'm uploading pictures of the store (full cases on the shelf) and stuff everywhere. I used the be a store Manager at another location (same DM) and this would have NEVER cut it with her before. But this store Manager is her "friend" and is allowed to let it look like this. Sad excuse for a SM and the DM.

Awesome store and a helpful easy going staff. AT hikers #1 restock in this area. They close later than the Family Dollar. Store needs to be renovated 5 years ago but they keep it clean as they can.

They were currently restocking from where they remodeled but they shouldnt have opened the store without putting everything back. The clothes and shoes were in boxes blocking other things, rolls of empty shelves, etc. I get you want to make money but have your stuff laid out so people can buy it.

Decent selection from frozen food to home decor.. prices are reasonable and the perishable items are displayed correctly and all staff seem to always know where that item u can't find or....reaach ibe never heard.any...any.. worker complain. They see this journey and wanna jam the buildin out

It's always out of things . Stuff stacked all over the isles . Always a EDT Card that is out of funds backing up the line while they have to void the transaction to see how much moneys is left . Then they re ring them up. Nasty looking customers in PJs . I feel sorry for the workers in this store . It attracts not so good customers .

This store stinks literally ...as soon as you walk in the mold/mildew smell is over welming. And this is after their remodeling. This smell is unsafe for customers and their employees I do not recommend shopping at this store . I feel sorry for the employees that have to work at this store.

Not the cleanest dg, felt like a gas station with the doors propped open. Had plenty of sunscreen which is what I went in for so that was good. It was the second one I went to for it and was happy with the selection.

We frequently ship her while on outings to the lake or to visit family. The store usually has the items I'm looking for. While the associates are friendly and helpful, the store is usually untidy and the bathroom is filthy.

Of the 6 stores that from roan mnt to bluff city I think hamptons store is the best. Employees are super helpful from the manager on down. The store is always clean and stocked and never a long wait to check out.

Hours posted online are wrong says open at 7am not they do not. But have to come to store and see if locked up when looking it up it says 7am-11pm. Its actually 8am-11pm. Fix the posted hours please as there are no other way to know what hours are. Thanks.

Staff is friendly as can be... Their store needs remodeling badly... Needs to hire more seasonal associates as it is always busy during warmer months...
