The man baby working the register refused to sell me a tobacco product after I showed him my id ..he said my id was fake .. I'm 30 years old .. I can't help that I look young !! Rude!! I won't be back.

Rating the fridge/freezer section here. Multiple times I have gotten cold or frozen food that was obviously left to get warm then re-refridgerated/re-frozen. This is the 3rd time I've gotten a bag of $10+ Tyson chicken wings that smell like rotting fish. I've gotten pizzas that had to be trashed cause they tasted horrible. Milk that had to be dumped cause it was bad well before the best by date. Not sure why I've still decided to take the chance but I definitely won't anymore for the cooler/freezer section.The other parts of the store are good and the employees have always been really nice.

I went to Dollar General at this location in the afternoon on 3/16/2021. I only spent $17.27 . Frankly I was shocked how friendly, professional & sincere the cashier was to me. I was having a rough day & she was a ray of sunshine. In fact as I was leaving I told her thank you & how much I appreciate her attitude. I said to her, you must really enjoy your job. She said I do especially interacting with the customers. I showed! I wish I had gotten her name. I have many Dollar General Stores near me. I definitely will continue going to this location because customer service really makes a difference.😊💕💕

Love the Employees and Service...The Store is always clean and speedy check outs... I would give this store 120 if I could...but I can't so 5 it is!!!

It wasn't the norm for a visit. I went in andThe cashier was stocking cleaning products. When we were checking out she came and did that too. The customer in front of me had 65dlrs in items & didn't have any money on her card 4 her order.

At first entry they Very nice people but when they found out i penny shop... OMG.... Then their entire attitudes went from Fantastic to just Flat. I swear it was very noticeable. I even went so far out my way to cooperate with them that every time a customer got in line, I paid for my items, and went to the back of the line... I put away EVERYTHING i didnt purchase, back in its spot. Neatly, I even put a few things in the right place that were out of place....But i got nothing but these monotonic creatures staring back at me..... I would have given a full 5 stars because of how friendly they were and polite, but as soon as it was my turn and i had reached the register, it was like Dr Jekel and Mr Hyde. Disappointed to say the Least.... 😒

A friend told me about the DG appointment and I choose which coupons I want to use. I really save a lot on laundry detergent. Gain and Tide. Paper towels,etc. So now each week I look at new coupons and the sales ad and take advantage of saving money on things I need and use daily. Plus we now have one in Maury City.

Long lines be prepared to be in line for at least 15 mins or longer, the shelves stay empty. They focus more on watching you than keeping the store stocked up.You might as well got to Dyersburg & shop

This had to be Halls Tn.Dollar St.We looked so forward to having a nice store & it was when first opened.Managers did there job.But after the firing of one of there best employees.Because she had a for sale sign on her ride & I understand rules.But for real a 10 employee made a simple mistake.I can see being fired for goofing off & stealing.The store is a nightmare.I will drive a extra 10 miles to go to a Dollar Store.Its a disgrace to have employees not doing there job & management no better.I have been in there & it could be 4 workers doing nothing.No one will come check you out & Then you have a line or lines longer than Wal-Mart.I would love to do all my business at Hall,I live 2 miles from it.Please take this to heart & Work this problem out.There's ALOT of people doing the same as I do.Thank you

Great experience, well stocked and clean. The only thing that could make it any better would be to add a selection of low sodium soups and lunch meats.

The store seems to be kept well less than fully stocked ! They unlike other Dollar General stores in this area never seem to have a lot to choose from .And i always seem to be wateing in a line at checkout!

2nd shift manager is rude disrespectful I was in line with 2 items n a girl in front told here I forgot something and instead of going ahead and checking me out she waited just rude but as for every other employees very helpful and friendly

It's ok. But shopping here is difficult because they have carts with their stock sitting in the middle of the aisles. It's hard to maneuver around them

Customer service really need work they also have 4 cash register and it's only 3 or 4 people working with 1 register open so the line be very long while the other stage members sit outside
