Well its Sunday 11-27-22 Went to dollar general store in Grimsley and they was closed at 5:45 I'm sitting there and they are pulling away and it said open till 10pmThis store allways closing early for some reason so dont go bye what the sign or internet says hours are.It's crazy they need to get people that wants to keep store open when suppose to be.

Convenient since it's close by. Their stocking practices leave alot to be desired. They consistently have full stock carts in the isles. Can't get around them and can't get to the merchandise behind them. If your going to take them out in the store, unpack them as you go... Instead of leaving them in every isle of the store.. Tends to look more like a warehouse.

I love this store; the employees are nice and if they're ever out of stock, just tell them and they'll run to the back to check or tell you which day it will be delivered. Awesome customer service!

I used to think highly of their customer service (Grimsley location), and most of the employees are great. However, all it takes is one time of being mistreated to make a person hate a store. There is a white woman with extremely short dark hair and glasses who works there & was so rude to me that she's lucky I didn't speak or I woold have blown up! She forced me out of her line to help someone she knew and yelled because she thought that I was not allowing them in front of me when there was plenty of room. I have NEVER been treated so poorly! I will make a complaint, but I'm sure the poor excuse for a human being will get away with it!

Terrible company, treats employees liked crap, hours are a joke to avoid giving insurance to anyone & this particular store is poorly managed. I have a friend in cooperate at DG, and literally had to make a list in order to remember everything I needed to tell him. I wouldn't shop here if there was anything else around, and i sure wouldn't work here.

I visit this dollar store on a daily basis and normally go in during the day, anytime before 4pm. But I have entered a few times at night and last night was one of those times I was there and probably be the last. It was after 6pm and I was standing in line, the young boy at the counter smiled and as he is ringing someone up he asked what I was getting into and I respond with a smile and said nothing. Well, then he looks behind me and what I assume is his wife, because he asked her where his food was and she said the car, so I tuned them out after that, and I'm looking at items along side me,and then I notice him say she can get you on one and I was oh ok, and he starts to laugh and then yells for everyone to hear that I was in lalala land, then he, his wife, and half the customers in line laughed at me. So if you want to be made fun of come at night time to this Dollar General. I will note day shift is the bomb and I love y'all but that night shift kid needs a lesson in manners. Nicely kept store. Some of the employees are not really “customer oriented” though. They come off sort of rude. Other than that, it’s a nice store.

It is always a pleasant experience at this store, the cashiers are helpful and knowledgeable, which in and of itself is always helpful, checkout was a breeze as well!
