The largest retail business with the poorest reputation. Cheap bags, lack of customer service, lack of friendliness and ALWAYS lack of cleanliness.Always always insta cart workers. Never, never clean bathrooms. As the manager is washing her hands she would never dream of cleaning up HER own store. This is today’s mindset. For you insta cart people Mr. Blue hair was making wine out of your grapes as he slammed them in the scale.4/15/24 Always fails. Walmart is the new K-Mart and K- Mart went bye bye.😊

This used to be a clean and organized store..pre Covid. Now...well now it's a filthy, disgusting mess. Zero, and I mean ZERO customer service! Personal shoppers blocking all the isles. What products they do have are thrown everywhere or way back on the shelf so you literally have to crawl in the shelf or up the shelves to get whatever you need if they actually have it. And dont even get me started on the filthy restrooms! Then, when you paid and are leaving, an old person stops you because you bought something that doesnt fit in their tiny bags. They make you prove you are not a shoplifter by showing your receipt. Only at Walmart! The store sucks! Lots of shelves are empty and the place is filthy. Period! One more thing..if you think you bought deveined shrimp...think again!

This is like a superstore! I mean, there is everything in here. Why would you shop multiple places when everything is located in one store. Top quality stuff and great customer service. From food to toys, this place has it! Don't miss your opportunity to shop here. It's an experience!

It's not right that the people who actually come into the store to shop have to watch their food thaw while waiting on a long line with only 2 registers open. Then you see ALL THESE workers running around filling orders for people Walmart would rather cater to?! I was so close to leaving an over 3 hundred dollar full of food shopping cart at the front end and walking away. Talk to anyone who actually shops in the store and you will hear self checkout is a joke! It's a slap in the customers face. Give me 25% off my bill if I have to check myself out. Ingles STILL caters to the people who drive to their store and GO IN TO SHOP!! Walmart in general has gone downhill. Ask anyone..

In the rear southwest corner of this location, I found a small, crumpled old man buried under a toppled pile of overstocked paper towels. He was talking before I'd fully uncovered him. The first thing he told me was that God loved me, or at least thought I was okay most of the time. He told me that I shouldn't buy the Circus Peanuts I was holding. He said that capitalism was unsustainable, that if Dollar Generals were everywhere there'd be no one left to be a Dollar Private. And then he thanked me for pulling him out of the pile, but in the future he recommended I mind my own business and then he climbed into a gap in the shelves and pulled the paper towels behind him so that he could no longer be seen.

Wish it could be a ZERO. Took a vehicle to have the oil changed. While waiting, my wife and I went into the store to shop. Went to self check. I was pushing the cart and my wife unloaded it of the small items. She scanned the bigger items. The last item was alcohol. The worker came over and IDed my wife. Then she asked for mine. I asked why you need my ID (which was in the car having the oil changed). She stated that it was policy because I pushed the cart I had to be IDed also. Asked for a manger and the worker just picked up the alcohol and went to customer service. We followed to get a manger. She said it was policy. She said that a child could push the buggy but an adult had to be IDed. So, she said a child could push the cart but an adult COULDN'T, to purchase alcohol . We then took our buggy to the back to get our vehicle, that was now done. A worker back there asked us how our visit went. We told her. She said, that's now how that works. It's meant for young people, to be sure both were over age. BTW, my wife and I are 50+.

I'm elderly and have no experience with self-checkout. I've tried it but with a full cart, I'm way too slow and confused. Walmart only has 1 cashier line open in the mornings and it is always backed up into the aisle. If you ask customer service to open another register, they refuse. I used to go weekly, now I probably only go about 3 times a year because there is no customer consideration.

Pick-up of online order is outside and not good customer service. Guy answering phone upon check-in was clueless and put me in a parking place I didn't tell him I was in. Said someone would bring order shortly and 40 minutes later the check-in phone number was not answered but went to voicemail. I had to flag down one of the guys bringing orders out in freezing cold and finally got it awhile after that. Inside store is great. This was unacceptable and brought overall score down. We'll see how Walmart Plus does out of this location.

This place was super packed on a Saturday, and there was not a single cart at the front. We had to walk out into the parking lot to get one. They didn't have a lot of stuff on the shelves. A lot was sold out with empty boxes on the shelf. The lady at the shelfcheck out on Friday was absolutely rude and acting weird as I was ringing up my diapers and other items. Otherwise, had a great experience at this Walmart.

Waited 3 HOURS for tires!!! Told me 1 Hour. Then told me to schedule footie appt for rotations.... CALLED...They don't take appts for rotations. YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH APP TO SCHEDULE OIL CHANGE... come on! Then the app only gives you one week in advance. I need to schedule out with work!!!

Bought some tires online and needed to return them. I was told to return them to the store and that it is super easy. Well that's a load of B.S. I went up there twice in one day and it's not a short drive for the stupide "lead" to tell me they can't return them without a receipt. It was an online order I showed them the email, called the 1-800 and nothing. So I had to drive to Newport and they did the return like it was as simple as breathing. Greeneville Walmart sucks

If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service here is terrible. Every single employee is rude. They all just stand around doing nothing!! If you ask for help they get upset they have to do something!!!

This Walmart is the worst when It comes to having plenty of people at the check out. I complain to the Manager he says very smug," you can go to self checkout, I get out of my car and walk all over Walmart. I don't have someone shopping for me,!!!! at least 15 people out there shopping for those to lazy to come and shop. I will never go back to this Walmart. It's located in Greenville Tennessee. I counted 24 elderly people standing in line next to me for over 30 minutes. That's sad and RIDICULOUS. ONLY 3 Cashier's.REALLY????????????

As usual I found everything I was looking for without too much effort. I guess after living here for the last 15 years; I remember when the Walmart used to be where Ollie's is now. Since Greeneville has been elevated to a Supercenter; my wife and I enjoy getting dog food, light bulbs, underwear for us both, and groceries all in one place. We have become familiar with quite a lot of the employees from one of the butchers, grocery restockers, soft lines, cashiers. It's rare for these employees to be rude; of course nobody's perfect. I rate them above 4.8 stars, so we continue to come back.

Ordering online and picking up is becoming my go to for shopping. I don't have impulse buys like I do when walking around. I also like the time it saves

Shouldn't have to wait 30 min to get checked out. I am unable to purchase my frozen goods bc it takes too long to get checked out. There should be more than 1 checker when the one gets past 5 people with full carts needing help.

Ordered some items for pickup, parking lot was backed all the way up, no one was bringing orders out. Was there for an hour. Finally decided to cancel my order and they wouldn’t even let me do that online, said they couldn’t guarantee a full refund. Tried calling was left on hold for 20 mins. Tried literally everything on their side to get ahold of someone. Guess Walmart does pickup orders when they feel like it, and they definitely weren’t feeling like it tonight. Definitely won’t be going back there ever again, I can buy everything I need somewhere else anyway, and if I have to wait longer or whatever I’ll do it for some better Customer service. You all should do the same.

Fully Stocked shelves, plenty of parking, knowledgeable employees knowing where products are located. Could use a few more cashiers. Lines are sometimes extremely long!

Carts are awful. Almost every single one has a broken wheel or bent completely with unknown substances all over them. Any time after 9am is incredibly busy. Spend a little extra if you can and go to Publix, food city, ingles, anywhere but here.

My rating will come from two different aspects. The first would be five stars on it's own. This is from the pick up in store option from the website. The old way was walk to the back of the store, wait on associate, check in , wait on product, check product, and then you could leave. With the new tower, you walk up in front of the store, scan your phone, grab your order and then leave. Easily out in less than a couple of minutes. The other aspect is on the self checks out's. They are good but they have to be open to use them.

They made me and my mom feels as if we didn't matter, they don't want to help their customers. Service sucks!! This was the one in Greeneville TN. It used to be a better place.

Walmart never disappoints! They offer great products at competitive prices, and their friendly staff make every shopping trip a breeze. It's my go-to place for all my needs. Highly recommend!

Don't care much for this store but use it for items I can't get anywhere else. And now 7mos later it's just become a joke. Monday July 3. EVERYONE coming in for celebration supplies and only 2 people checkouts open. I refuse to self check out, but again had to come for stuff I can't get other places. And NOW my online account has been closed, no idea why. Now to product review. Great Value bleach apparently is a great value because you can't get the cap off the bottle!! It should last FOREVER!!

The store was nicely stocked for the things I was looking for. My only complaint is you see all these employees standing around at the front of the store. I love self checkouts for smaller orders. But when your order is large I would like the option to have an employee scan my order. There were 7-8 employees standing at the checkouts talking today. 2 were working watching the self checkouts. If there can be there many employees standing around why can there not be actual employees to check you out. I will never shop again like that at Wal Mart.

Nice store with friendly, helpful staff and good service. It was pretty well stocked each time I went in. I was also able to get a handicap cart that was well charged too. I really appreciated that.My granddaughter loves these little cupcakes , and they had a marvelous selection of them as well as other baked goods and treats. I wish our local stores were as well stocked as this store was.

PLEASE FIGURE OUT A WAY TO KEEP DOGS OUT OF YOUR STORE!! MY KID HAD FLEAS ON HIM! FLEAS!!! IN A STORE! I HAVE 10 DOGS AND THEY DONT HAVE FLEAS.. YUCK. I HATE SHOPPING HERE BECAUSE DOGS ARE EVERYWHERE, BARKING AND YAPPING AND YANKING ON LEASHES AND TRYING TO GET AT OTHER DOGS. THIS IS BEYOND UNHYGIENIC AND SO UNFAIR TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE BRAINS!

We shop here regularly for necessities. It's not always our favorite place to be, the checkout lines are always horrible. But it's practically the only option left in town...
