They have some of the most rude employees I think I have ever encountered in my whole 47 yrs living in this town. At least that's been the case for me now. The last few times I have shopped there, it's not just one employee. There are several a gray haired lady and a red head. They don't greet you as you enter the store nor tell you thank you or have a good . I simply ask the gray haired lady a question about the machine because when entering my card ir said not authorized I ask what thos meant and she said I already told you once we hace had problems with it all day. I said wow you know what forget it, and no, you didn't answer it because that wasn't the question, but you had a great night,and I proceeded out of the store. The next I was asking the Rex head about the ATM this was after she told me I could ask her something but I had ro hurry a d was holding a drawer in her hand they weren't thatvvusy so I idk why she was such in a hurry but was very ride ans said I know nothing about the ATM instead of nicely walking over just to make sure I put the card in right but no she shut me down fast. Never go bck tompharmacyvat night to think u will get any better of service aise it's just as bad bxk there only the guy will watch u through the mirror till you get tired of waiting on hom I guess so he doesn't have to deal with you isk. What I do know is if you dontblike your job, then maybe you should look for another perfection, but don't ever treat not just customers but any human this way. How rude, and if this is how they act toward ppl, how do they still have their jobs or not look into to see how they are treating ppl . Or are they just discriminating against myself for being homosexuality? I don't know if I ever fo bck there

Always do their best to help you. You don't have to worry. They are on top of your prescriptions, and they will contact your Dr for refills. Love that they have good prices as well. Also it's a plus that they're open 24/7/365 for you to get medicine when you need it most.

This Walgreens is the worst. They won’t help anyone or honor anything. The shift leader there that thinks he is a pharmacist just tells customers he can’t do anything. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS WALGREENS AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter went to this store to pick up her medicine before going out of town. The drive thru was lined up to the road so she went in. Nobody was in line at the counter on the inside. A girl turned around and told her she could not help her at this time. She'd have to wait 20-25 min. My daughter explained she couldn't wait that long. The girl said well I don't know what to tell ya I can't help you. Now she's gone out of town without her medicine and has to go to a different store to have it transferred to where she's at. This is ridiculous, there's no reason to treat a customer this way. She was very rude to my daughter. She better be glad it wasn't me.

Switched to Walgreens pharmacy from Ingles pharmacy (pharmacist is rude!) And the staff at Walgreens was very friendly and helped me tremendously!!

I've been going there for some time for my TRT and I have nothing but trouble every time I pick up my medicine. From getting the wrong needles to get and told the wrong pickup times. I'm going to have to find another Walgreens if this keeps up

Staff were decent enough, but they allowed a customer to sit in the drive through for an hour waiting on their prescription. This held up a huge line of people with no choice but to wait as you cannot get out of the window line. The staff should be made to send the people around so the rest of us can go.

Saved me from a anaphylactic shock! My orthodontist prescribed me some antibiotics for a root canal. Went to this Walgreens pharmacy to pick it up and before filling the prescription the pharmacist asked me some questions then double checked my information and found that it has penicillin in it which I’m highly allergic to. Since they caught this important detail it saved me a trip to the ER and the expenses of it. That I don’t even wanna think would have cost me. I’m 100% satisfied and blown away with the professionalism of the very important jobs in the pharmacy

Had to go out of State on a family emergency. Two prescriptions were refilled while I was gone. I called to inform this Walgreens. All I was told is that they would put the prescriptions back on the shelves. No compassion, no understanding, and no help. Luckily I was able to go to a Walgreens in the State I am now in and get them to fill my prescriptions. They were able to pull up the prescriptions on their site and fill them. I was going to have my doctor's office help fill the prescriptions. It wasn't necessary. The pharmacy at this location is poorly trained and provides poor service. They were rude only telling me they would just put the prescriptions back on the shelves and did not tell me I could go to another to have them filled. Never again will I fill prescriptions from this horrible pharmacy. Now on 10/26/2020, someone tried to deliver medication from this Walgreens to my address. This person does not live here and I don't know who this person is, and I know who the neighbors are. The courier showed me the information and the address was mine, but the name and medication was not mine. I have tried to get Walgreens corporate to address these issues, but they keep passing it down to this pharmacy, which doesn't want to take corrective action. Continuing saga. I was told the issues would be reviewed by the District Manager. Well, I got another call from the store. As far as Walgreens management; If it doesn’t affect their bottom line, it’s not worth their time. Customers do not matter.

Was great had everything I needed and the Employees here are very nice and professional. They have a photo department as well. They have makeup ,shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste, can foods like fruits and soups. Toys ,toilet paper, A drinks like sodas ,energy drinks, ice cream, Beer of your unto that. Also cigarettes .Batteries, phone cards ,all occasions cards. Gift cards ,candy . Free parking and handicap parking and Handicap entrance friendly here.

I had 2 prescriptions to pick up for my daughter, was told at the first time I tried to pick up to come back in 15 or so minutes and they'll be ready. We leave and go shopping, come back HOURS later just to be told that her second medicine is STILL NOT READY because one of her insurance providers didn't want to cover it, I was then asked to come back 15 or so minutes later and was told it would be a little over 8 dollars for the second prescription. Why I was not called and informed about this to begin with or why they couldn't remedy the situation themselves with the HOURS of time they had to begin with is beyond me. We will definitely be changing pharmacies after this pick up. WALMART NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM.

I called ahead of time to confirm my prescriptions were indeed called in and ready. I arrived to the drive thru which had a long line and ended up waiting 45 minutes just to be told that my prescriptions were in fact not ready as I was previously told. They told me to “loop back around” and they will be ready in 10 minutes. I looped back around as told only to wait another 20 minutes just to be told they were not ready again. Here I am with covid, viral pneumonia, a 102 temperature all while 7 months pregnant playing this cat and mouse game. The tech was extremely rude and got another woman to come “deal with me” (way to not hang up the receiver so I could hear every word between them about me). She told me to loop back around or not get my prescriptions and it was “as simple as that”. She never once acknowledged why when I called ahead of time that I was told my prescriptions were ready. Ive never seen such a lack of empathy and complete and total in professionalism. I will NEVER use Walgreens AGAIN! Do yourself a favor and SEND YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Rude pharmacist. Told patient theyre uncomfortable calling their doctor bc theyre gonna get yelled at on a weekend and that theyre too busy to help them get it. Doesnt do their job of helping people get the medication they urgently need. Highly do not recommend bc this was more than one pharmacist. Do your jobs, youre there to help people, not refuse to DO WHAT YOU WERE HIRED TO DO. (UPDATE) they also dont do prior authorizations when theyre told to and then patients go without medication. So thank you walgreens for your rude, unmannered, and uncaring pharmacy staff.😊

Dealt with this location on and off for years. Always either running out of medication, or just not having any at all. Took me 10 calls and then me having to go inside and yell just to get them to change my address. Now,yesterday they tell me they have a medication ready for pickup,but as I go to get it today it magically is not there and they're out of stock. And they order it yet they don't know if they ordered the correct type of medication because apparently no one is smart enough to log what was ordered.Horrible customer service all around,for YEARS has been this way,never the same person twice,never can fill prescriptions on time or at all for lack of stock. 0/10 would not recommend this location for anyone.

I am sickly and get many prescriptions. Many people working in the pharmacy know my name and are like friends to the person who picks up my meds for me. That's something when you consider the massive volume of customers a 24hr facility could have.

Love when a pharmacy tells you that a prescription that a doctor gives you is unnecessary and they refuse to fill it 😊 I quit using this pharmacy in February when a tech told me she “didn’t have the time or the manpower” to mix a drug for my sick infant. Doctor accidentally sent a script to them yesterday and I was told today the tech “didn’t have the time or the help” to grab a medicine from the floor for me since they refused to fill the script my doctor sent over. This is why I use Corley’s. Save your time and your money.

Wasn't very busy but worried more about talking between each other than getting anyone out Noone moved for 15 to 20 mins that i waited inside went to drive through because it was atleast moving some and spent another 20 mins there but it had people and was training so it's understandable expect to wait 8 hrs then still have to take insurance card by again the next day and maybe just maybe be told how much the meds actually cost expect atleast 2 days to fill any prescription and atleast 3 trips just to get your insurance ran after a year tried again and was there for 30 mins and they didnt get a single person out of the pharmacy line not 1 the drive through was pack the inside was pack went to drive through first then went inside after waiting for about 10 mins and Noone moved then sat there for another 20 mins with Noone moving then went back and set in the drive through line just to watch the same 4 cars at the very front if the line still sitting there with there cars off waiting and have been waiting for awhile when can hear them cussing about sitting there for 30mins just to have them take there money and or insurance is a horrible place honestly believe everyone in the pharmacy needs to be fired a horrible horrible job and to busy trying to play with each other than doing there jobs to busy trying to jerk each other off to actually do any kind of actually work won't be long before this Walgreens will hopefully be closed and one on Ashville hey be open 24/7 that is the only reason I would ever come back to this one is if I'm forced to no matter how sick I am

Great location. Always well kept store. The pharmaceutical staff are great! Very helpful. My only complaint is that it can get super busy at times. Oh yeah, and they accept ApplePay!
