Very disappointed in this store. We have visited 2 times in the past week and got nothing but attitude from an employee during the second trip. We had made a second order for stone for our garden. We received the message that it was ready for pickup. When we arrived, the employee said it wasn't ready and that it was not their job to put the order together and that the wooden pallet that our first order was on, was not suppose to leave the store to begin with. The guys who put together our first order was great. Today, it was horrible. The attitude was unbelievable. He did not want to help in any way and when he did he complained. A second worker came and said the worker always that way. If workers are not happy then they do not need to work there. Or if workers do not work in specific departments, then Lowes in Greeneville, TN needs to have workers that cover all departments that will help. The worker has no idea what he was doing.

Went into Lowes today to get plumbing supplies for a project. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, with the exception of one of the store plumbers ( an older white haired guy ). All this guy did was try to belittle me and talk down to me and wouldn't let me explain what I was wanting to for my project. He was very rude to point were I had to walk away and get help from someone else. I even had to vent to the cashier about this guy. I was at the point where I would rather drive the extra miles to Jonesborough and shop there.

Jerry and Scott in the paint department are amazing. Walking my wife and I through everything we needed to know, helping up pretty much start to finish on our project. They're so friendly and really make you feel welcome. This is what premiere customer service looks like! Thank you Jerry! Thank you Scott!

I'm a daily customer of the Lowes in Greeneville TN ...I must say it's sad how many workers you can walk past and they say nothing .. Except Mike in the wood department he is always smiling and willing to help ...And Linda and Nichole are two of the best cashiers ....Thanks y'all

This Lowes location is a joke! I orderd a few items that they have no clue when they will be in. I've been told 3 different dates... now they say it is at the store but the truck will not be unloaded until late tonight. If you have orderd items, go some where else.

I just shopped at this store and there were three employees standing behind the customer service desk having personal conversations and three employees chatting with each other in the self checkout area occasionally helping folks self-checkout. Self-checkout was the only option as no manned checkout lanes were open. Very poor customer service, customer service employee scheduling, and management.

I’ve spent a pile of money at Lowe’s the past 15 days fixing up our new place in Bulls Gap. Everything I’ve needed they had at decent prices. Returns no problem. Floor people have been great. They honor the Veterans well. The big “box stores” get a tough rap at times but this is as close to the old hardware store you’ll find. They have been great.

Every time i get paint other than white, it is STICKY FOR YEARS. 3 years ago, it did it to me...2024, i tried again, even told the guy mixing that it did it to me, yet, my kitchen cabinets are sticky. Not the white ones, just the green.

Terrible experience. Ordered a new fridge and was told it was on backorder. Should arrive in 2-3 weeks. Month goes by without a phone call or communication. Finally call the store and they tell me the vendor is no longer supplying the item. Lowes does nothing to offer further assistance.

Do not buy appliances from here, they deliver broken and say nor their problem. Delivery guys couldn't speak English set washer down in the living room and left. Terrible way to do buisness!!!

Absolutely LOVE this Lowes because I appreciate employees who are always so friendly, courteous & helpful every time I'm there. Just today, 3 different areas of the store with 3 very helpful employees as well as Mrs. Kim F. at the self-check out. 5 stars & definitely 2 thumbs up 👍👍 Thank you Lowes employees!!!

I’ve bought lumber at this Lowe’s many many times and there is 1 certain loader Aaron who is always helpful and helps me without question ….. just the other day he sprinted across the parking lot to help me load 16foot boards ….. THE pro loader Aaron deserves all the best Lowe’s has to offer

If you are going to make customers check themselves out then please don't humiliate those customers by paying someone to stand at the front in groups chatting with each other doing nothing and get paid for it... while we work for your company for free..

This Lowes is embarrassing. They make up lies that don't even make sense, that would imply people are working against their own best interest. They will tell you anything even if it's an obvious lie that makes them look stupid, the evidence of their lies could be right out in the open but for some reason it doesn't matter. I don't understand why Lowe's keeps these people hired. I have never dealt with such spineless incompetent people in my life and I hope I never have to again.

Overall a very nice & clean store. Some of the employees are very nice & go out of their way to make sure you've got what you came in the store for. Some employees need to remember that kindness goes a long way & makes the customer want to come back & shop.

It's been a year since we ordered 5 doors from here. Took 4 months to get the doors and for them to be installed. They still haven't shown up to adjust the storm door ( won't latch at all )and it's been over a year now. I'll go someplace else from now on. Unacceptable!

Purchased a craftsman lawnmower. After 32 days it would not start. Went to return it for a replacement. Customer service was rude and condescending. Said it was 2 days past return date. I have spent over 100,000 with Lowe’s. Carpet, windows, and all other tools and wood. This is how they treat loyal customers. Won’t get another dime from me. Home Depot here I come. Greeneville needs a Home Depot.Updated outcome, I changed my review to 4 stars from 1 star because the manager Shawn called us and said he was very sorry and that customer service should have called him. He gave us a full refund. We will be back to purchase another lawnmower just not a craftsman. Thank you Lowe’s for taking care of loyal customers.

We spent a lot of money on cabinets they are beautiful, but it took 10 months to complete . Cabinets sat in my living room for months (all through Christmas. I couldn’t even decorate for Christmas for all the boxes !!! They would tell me that someone would call to set up installation but it took us calling several times. They sent someone not qualified to measure so we had to measure ourselves. They forgot lots of the small detail pieces that we had to wait months for .

Just got delivery of my Whirlpool washer and Hotpoint freezer. The guys today were awesome, very polite and helpful. They deliver for Lowe's and had no trouble finding me. They were quick and on time and made sure it all worked.Now, about the store, I couldn't have been treated better. The young lady who helped us made sure she got me every available discount and didn't try to sell me anything more than what we needed.Several workers there offered to help me while I was waiting for my husband to join me. None of them were rude or pushy. It was a very positive experience!

Nice store. Well stocked. People were helpful. The store is dog friendly, so there are people walking their dogs. Also, they have free air pump outside the pro desk if you need to air up a tire.

We purchased cabinets and paid to have them installed in July 2022. The installation was finally completed last week. We waited 9 months and had to make many phone calls to complain. Not one time did the store manager get involved. Finally, I had to email the CEO of the company. Service after the sale is not a priority with Lowe’s. If considering a project where Lowe’s provides the installation, reconsider.

We have been going to the same location for years. The majority of employees are friendly. They offer military discount which is nice. They usually have what we need.
