Love coming here. Especially when you have a List of things to get & happen to run into other things that you can use the following Week ON SALE / SPECIAL.Like the Hot Bar sometimes ... especially when items are fresh.Few times ( early enough ) it's looked so DRY / OLD.Deli is nice.One Favorite is the Meat Section..... Pretty cuts and sometimes find real nice Bargains .Employees are always so friendly and helpful 😊😊😊

This food city grocery store is clean and well stocked, not much wait time to check out, friendly staff, good parking, and carts are in good shape. The prices are above average was the only reason for four star instead of five star rating.

I don't usually go to this food city on a daily. But i did go in there for some water and well the staff is not as nice as the ones on Ashville hwy. Also there was alot of stuff out in the middle of the walk way. Like maybe they were between on stocking.

Brittany in the bakery (At Snapps Ferry location) made me a special order cake happy birthday and happy retirement I ask for it to be colorful. It was beautiful. I wish I had known you could add photos or I would've taken one 😪 She was friendly and the cake was beautiful and delicious. Keep up the great work Brittany 5* Thanks!!

This store is better after they remodeled it several years ago. We only get our fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables from Food City.

Expensive! What I get here is double versus Wal-Mart or any other grocery store for that matter. I do like their pick 5 meats for 20.

Do not order celebration cakes here. Made order 1+ months prior, called to confirm 2 days prior, at first could not find order then after second look she found. It is part my fault for not asking for details of order. I took for granted since she found it everything was okay. Day of baby shower someone went to pick up and order was not available. After talking with the lady she could not do the special cupcakes but was able to complete the cake, other cupcakes. When I saw the cake I could not believe my eyes. Wrote on it was Happy Birthday. The child has not even been born yet. Called manager and he stated on the order forms stated the wrong date and said to write Happy Birthday on the cake. I call BS on that. I can see how a date could be wrong but not the happy birthday part. If you don't want to chance something being wrong don't go here.

This local Food city is clean and well stocked with items. Loses one star for parking which is poorly laid out. Staff is friendly and helpful and you can get nearly everything you could need. They have a special diet section for gluten free and other special items.

Not stocked as well as it used to be. I have been trying for 2 weeks to find their brand of flavored water to no avail. Some other things are also not keep very well stocked. Prices are better then most large chains but going up also. If you go at night you are the cashier which annoys me to no end. I hate self check out. Just my personal feelings.

This is a regular grocery store with many aisles of your usual items. If lower "out of pocket" expenses are (curiously) a part of your life at this time, you should explore here. Know your prices, but if you don't, you won't get ripped off. There is a pretty good selection of prepared foods, if drive thru is out of control in terms of cash, salt, and fat. The prepared foods here could be a better substitute for drive through. The leaner it is on your waistline, the less it costs at the register. Put the cash, salt and fat in your own order. 🙂

I worked all day, mowed two yards, and went to church. I didn't want to go grocery shopping but it had to be done. Then I get to checkout and the only checkout that is available is self-checkout. I was disheartened. I almost left. I didn't. I did what I had to do and worked my 3rd job at Food City. It may be a long time before I shop here again.

Food City is not my favorite store as far as grocery stores go, but this store on the Snapps Ferry road is very nice. It has a great selection of all items and with competitive prices. This store is very clean and always well maintained. The staff is friendly and courteous. I recommend this store before any of the other stores around. It's a five star in my opinion.

I like to shop at Food City, especially for meat sales in the afternoon before the butchers all leave. This location has been around a long time and I think it is time for some modernization remodeling to be done. The staff is great and the store is usually neat and clean. It's a bit difficult for me to go on sale days because they get so busy and then if I go Saturday they're sold out of the items I'd like to purchase. The prices of chicken have gone up quite a bit but at least they're working on getting labels fixed on their other products that have risen, unlike some of the other places.

I made a flash trip there to pick up some stuff before the tax-free went off. Got some essentials. Peanut butter, lemon juice and canning supplies. April of 24 Had to look hard for a cheese cutter but I found one.

The aisles are cluttered. The store had such a bad smell inside. The young man at the check out was rude. He just threw your change at you. Two customers ahead of me also had their change thrown into their hand causing it to drop from your hand. He told me oh sorry. I told him if he would stop throwing it into someone's hand it wouldn't be dropping out. Will not go back ever to this Food City store.

My go-to grocery store. The selection isn't as big as the other Food Cities in town, but for picking up small-to-midsized grocery runs on the way home from work, this does the job very, very well. And the staff are really friendly and helpful if you have questions.
