They are so sweet and helpful here. They transformed my Border Collie/Labrador from a shaggy pretty good size dog to a smaller cuter more beautiful puppy dog. I love their work and would recommend them to anyone! So amazing!!!!!!

Rude ppl and will take one dog but make bad remarks on our younger dog who is not used to being groomed much. We asked for a trim and they cut them all the way down. Don't greet u just hand u papers get dogs and u leave and who knows what your going to pick up this is very recent

I have taken my dog there a few times. They mentioned to me that my dog (15 lbs) was a little aggressive, but did not tell me what he had done. I was not able to make an appointment the following month so he could get more used to it. I called them to make an appointment and they said I could not bring him back because I had not brought him back within 4 weeks. I was not made aware of this and they should've have communicated that. They say that they told me that they did, but they didn't. They should've been more professional.

Deanna and her staff are awesome! They did an awesome job on my Yorkie🐾 We will definitely be going there from this point on. Deanna truly cares about animals. She will take time to talk to you about any concerns you have about your furry family members. Wonderful atmosphere and wonderful people. Cissy and I love this place🐾🐾❤

Excellent groomer. We have a 100lb Weimaraner with an attitude when it comes to nail trims, even my vet can't seem to get them all cut, but these ladies did a fast, great job!! DeeAnna even allowed me in with my 3 little dogs during the "shutdown" to try and keep them on track. Thanks to ALL the folks here. You're my new groomer from now on!!

I rescued fred a standard poodle that his coat was completely matted! I was looking for someone to groom him before his first vet visit!! I called everyone including the dawghaus! They didn't have anything for that day but they did put me on for 2 days out.... About 6 that night they called and said they had a cancellation for the next day and they could groom him!!! He went in in a mess!! I got him back in 4 hours and he was more beautiful than I had even imagined!!! He is treated like royalty there they all love him!!! Thanks again for working him and and is now his full time groomer!!! We love them there!!! Thanks ladies

i called dawg house to see if they had any openings and they were able to get me in asap which was nice and very convenient. i asked for a deshedding because my puppy is a shepherd mix and he’s got this crazy fluffy undercoat that he’s shedding everywhere. when i picked him up, i look at the receipt and realized they hadn’t done a deshedding, so i called back and they said the employee that groomed him said “he wasn’t shedding that much.” at first i was just like okay whatever, no biggie. but i’m honestly really disappointed because i asked for a deshedding and they decided against it. and of course when we get home i take one swipe of a deshedding tool to his fur and that fluffy undercoat is coming out in gobs. just… ugh :(

Terrible groomers ! Would have given a negative stars if if I could. Very disappointed with the job they did. You don’t buzz cut a Great Pyrenees at the start of summer.
