“ I “ had the opportunity to work for Natasha Gong , PharmD , when I was hired as a pharmacy technician ; promised a steady full time job with around forty hours work in 2020 at the start of COVID.Not only did I already possess bachelor’s and master’s degrees ; three years experience as a student doctor ; licensure as a nationally certified pharmacy technician but I held over six years retail experience.Natasha instead of honoring her word to me failed to do so , accessed my medical and vaccine record online by pulling up my personal file without my permission (a definite HIPPA violation) ; attempted to persuade me into receiving a vaccine I did NOT request ; was overheard shouting across the pharmacy to another colleague [] extremely sensitive health information about a * patient I know personally , laughing about the patient across shelves ***** yelling that [] took had taken or may take whatever agent sHe felt warranted judgement as I perceived and perceive it and routinely gaslit my existence while working there was/is how sHe made me feel and I still feel the same way three years later and believe I am entitled to my sincere accurate and precise feelings and emotions.I tried to make inroads with Natasha and share insight I knew to be valuable as a health professional in my own right as well as to demonstrate kindness to all persons at work and outside of work through mundane acts of coming in on off days , bringing in Gatorade ; (a) card(s) or small gifts when appropriate to no avail. Working with Natasha was/is toxic and contributed to factors occurring outside my control leading me to become homeless at which point I was released from my position without any consideration of my circumstances.Shame on her and sidekick Angie who was/is practically deaf to the truth ; terrible people. Inconsiderate. Avoid this CVS like the plague if you can! I’m -NOT- the one!—AddendumDuring my employment there I received all positive reviews and as a business we received no negative reviews to my knowledge ; despite that Natasha wanted to rate me terribly on my performance evaluation because sHe must be confused is all I can imagine. Horrible customer service! Do not go here especially if you are not from here or you just recently came back home. I returned home to live and had and Rx from out of state. The girl with the purple streaks in her hair basically looked at me like? What did u want me to do with this? I explained I just returned home and needed it filled. After attitude I finally asked her what I needed to do to get it filled since I lived here now. She gave attitude and said it would take a day to verify it. I had no problem with that since I was dropping it off anyways. I returned to pick up my Rx 2 days later and they claimed it was 125.00 I always paid 40.00 with good rx. After confirming the are a good rx pharmacy, I will never go there again . Consumer beware. Nothing like Southern hospitality!

Horrible experience here. I recommend that if your out of state and need your medicine filled don't bother with this location because they don't see you as a customer. The reason I say this is because my mother was down visiting from Virginia and ran out of her medicine. She went to CVS to have it refilled and the lady behind the counter took her information down and said she would contact her doctor. Went back 2 days later to pick up her medicine and they told her it wasn't ready. Well my mom went in to talk to them and found out they didn't even bother to call her doctor. When conforted they said we can't stay on the phone for 15 minutes when they have other customers to wait on. I guess my mom wasn't considered a customer to them because she was out of town.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy services. Where did the pharmacist get her license? A Cracker Jack box? Zero professionalism! We've been in business in the county for five years and know that word of mouth is everything. Go pick yourself another place to shop. Stay clear of this business.

This CVS is by far the worst!!!!! I have been going to this cvs for years, and over the last 5-10 years its ridiculous!!! If I could give this store a -10 I would. I needed my medicine today that I have been out of, I called at 10:30 a.m talked to a guy he said it would be ready in about 30 minutes but that never happens so I waited a few hours before heading to get it. I get there and theres always a huge line I get up to the window and this girl asks me my name and I tell her and she said it would be another 30 minutes. I even told her about the call this morning about it being ready in 30 minutes. she was very rude. This place is horrible. idk what has happened but it use to be good but it is horrible now theres always someone different at the window!!! I will be changing pharmacies!!!! This is ridiculous. I wouldn't advise anyone to go here for medication

My prescription was called in at 11 am, I went to pick it up at 1:25 pm. I was told it would not be ready until 3pm because they close for lunch from 1:30 until 2pm. I returned at 3 and was told it would-be another half hour. I'm sitting in their parking lot waiting for a prescription that isnot a controlled substance, does not need to be compounded, and there is no insurance to file.The staff were not helpful, rude would be a step up.Killing an hour and a half so far for a prescription they have had for 4 hours is rediculous.

Service is pretty good in my experience. Almost as good as Walgreens. The exterior walls on the building really look post apocalyptic. Pressure wash your Greeneville commons location or something...

Pharmacy drive thru sucks!! The one lady at drop off was so hateful. Then at 50 minutes of the 1 hour wait we just checked and it was gonna be another 15 minutes. Didnt ask if we had any questions or nothing very rude visit.

Prescriptions are never ready on time...even with autofill or when they are called in by a doctor. Sometimes they will tell you it could be 2 days till it can be filled, for everyday medications. Not enough workers. I have sat on hold multiple times for 15-20 minutes. What’s the use in a doctor or hospital calling in a prescription that a patient needs now and you arrive there and hour later, and it hasn’t even been started. This CVS is so frustrating.

Well I've been getting my meds here now for almost a year. Yesterday I had issues with the head pharmacist (India lady). I went in gave them a script my surgeon gave me. She came over and said I couldn't fill till the 11th which I was like ok so I kept the hard copy. When I got the hard copy back she started going off on me about getting it filled somewhere else and threatened me if I got it filled somewhere else she would not let CVS fill my meds anymore and she said she was even adding a note to my name. I walked off I really didn't get what she was talking about till I got home and told the wife what she had done. That's when I figured out what she was doing. That lady pharmacist was yelling at me and just carrying on mortal hell for no reason. She could've kept the hard copy as far as that goes but her threats and carrying on like she was was very very inappropriate and uncalled for,

Horrible experience at the pharmacy. Went in at around 8 something and the lady at the desk said it was closed. Even though the sign on the door says it closes at 9 and online it says it closes at 9. But the lady at the desk was more then rude. Instead of simply telling us about the time change, she just kept making aggressive remarks and being very hateful.

Gave me wrong information over the phone I wasted time coming here but Corley's drug store got my cough medicine I needed without a prescription. CVS girl who I spoke with over the phone said I coukd get it from them. I make a trip there to get it and lady at register would not sale it to me . She said I have to have a prescription for it. I knew that is not true so I call Corley's . They said that had it and I went there to purchase it without any issues . No prescription was needed.
