My family and i needed to run into Big Lots for some water just now. It’s our go to store. But for some reason. They were closed 25 minutes before closing time. All doors were locked and 2 employees were standing at the window staring at us trying to get in not saying a word. Getting payed for nothing.

I walked around and just looked over the store, well stocked. A lot of grocery items, furniture and decor items. I had not been in this store for a long time. I did find some things I need.

Good home decor and other items! I would not recommend the furniture, and the employees are not as they used to be ( friendly, outgoing,helpful)

Ordered my couch from here and needless to say I was very disappointed!!! Sent my husband to pick it up and we live out of state… the men that loaded up our furniture threw part of our sectional on top!!! Yes I mean threw!! It caused part of it to break. So when we unloaded it and took the wrap off it was tore up! Called and spoke to the manager to inform him about what we had found and he was very rude! Then acted like it was OUR fault they sold us a broken couch. I was only offered 20% off or to return it. I will NEVER shop at this location again. A new furniture manager is needed and they need to check things before sending them home with a customer. Also, I believe they need classes on how to load furniture as well. RIDICULOUS!!

My all time fun store to run through and never come out empty handed. Great buys and always a variety of gift ideas. Something for any room of the house and góod quality! One of my can't stay at home, need to get out of the house for a while, go to. Check them out ☺️

The store is always clean.... and plenty of lights to find what u need... right now plenty of Christmas stuff and it's good place to just run in and get out without long lines

I thought about not writing a review, since I work there, but then I thought it might be a great opportunity to truly thank all of our wonderful customers who have given us such great reviews! We really do try our very best to help all of you in any way we can, even if it's something as simple as bringing you a shopping cart because you didn't think you'd need one. We all work very hard to keep our store neat and clean to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Again thank you all! It's nice to know that we're appreciated every now and then lol

This place is okay. I know someone who works there. It's a 0kay place. But I tell u what I am very upset with the service I got when it came to seeing Santa but I know that wasn't there fault. Nice people and great prices on the products.

prices are very reasonable here. Friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone. I have bought the 3 person swing. seems to be high quality. We use it every day during warm weather.

Purchased a sofa online, to be picked up at the Greenville, TN store. Purchased sofa in brown, which matches well in existing living room. Son picked up sofa, he and I got it unloaded into house. Unwrapped...wrong color. This was slate. I called store, they said to return and they would replace with brown one. My son was pressed for time. Due at work in a couple hours for his all night 12 hour shift at the police department. I asked if they could pick up the slate one and bring the brown one. No, she said. We would have to bring it in. Due to my son's schedule, I said I would keep. I now have a slate colored sofa that matches nothing. I like the style of the sofa, but not pleased with service.

Horrible customer service! Drove from Morristown to this store to buy a big ticket item only to be told they didn't have it AFTER I called them to check & make sure they had it. I was told they only had one & it was on hold for someone else. The manager was very rude about it.

Nice, clean, and organized. I found lots of gluten free items as well. Big Lots have really improved their stores over the past 2 years.

Never had any problems. We have a lot of their furniture and will buy more. Also like all the other things they sell. Like outdoor everything. Good grocery selection.

Parking lot is in need of resurfacing. Store aisles were roomy which I appreciate - hate narrow packed in places.

Excellent! Cheapest place in town to get what other stores carry. Would have given a 5 except that they did not have what we needed and should have. Employees were awesome.
