Found a cute dress on clearance that I thought my daughter might like but wasn't sure, I thought if she didn't I could bring it back next time I came up to Greeneville, took it to the register to pay and ask clerk if I could bring it back, she said yes but I'll tell you this if it gets marked down again before you bring it back that is the amount you will get, I said do what, she repeated herself and I said I'll have my receipt and she said it doesn't matter, I said that's crazy, She said that's how it is. So people you better make sure if it's on clearance that you like it or you'll NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT BACK EVER WITH A RECEIPT..... CRAPPY WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!!!!

I always find a deal at Burke's plus my discount on Mondays is a win win situation. I've always been greeted upon entrance and have never had problems returning anything if I needed to, but seldom do I need to. Great store ! Excellent selection and service !!

Any time I need something that is going to be really great I shop at Burke's Outlet. I have told my friends and family about them. They also started going there they find really good deals. I have many clothes I have gotten from there and I get endless compliments. I never spend a ridicules amount of money either! Good quality, fashionable clothes. I have found many kitchen needs there too. I also find my son's shoes there often and they always stock his size. He has big feet so I keep an eye out for the good prices for his shoes I find at Burke's Outlet!

I really like all of the clothing sales they have here. The store is always tidy and clean and each section is laid out with good placement for shoppers. The employees are helpful, kind and usually wear a mask. There wasn't a wait and you can do your shopping without a mask for now, but I still wear mine. My daughter found me a great bracelet there too recently and I really like it.

It's not worth going to. The girl in front of me at the checkout took about 20 minutes, then gave up. Problems with the server. I had the same issue only after 20 minutes I walked out. Had about 130$ worth of items .worst place to shop. Need to close your store or open another register. This is not the first time had issues. You sucks and need to close your doors.

I really like Burkes prices for $80.00 I can come out with 3 or 4 LARGE bags of cloths sometimes shoes for the grands back to school. Also wonderful things for adults at the same fantastic prices.

While the concept of the store is great and the staff has always seemed very friendly, it’s in my opinion that they have a vast room for improvement in a few areas (even While being a discount store does affect these issues). Stock... where is it? The store is usually mostly empty and the lots of times the inventory they do have is not the best or even in decent condition. Pricing... lots of the items (in my opinion) are over priced even still being a discount store. Expired items are another issue I’ve seen. Also the store never seems well kept which considering how low their inventory and foot traffic are, you would think a clean, organized, and relatively Laude out planogram would be easy. I do however, think it’s worth stopping in if you are just wanting to browse bc I have found a couple (not many) items on my many trips in, it’s just far from one of my favorite places or 5-star experience.

The store itself is really clean, very well stocked with a nice variety of clothes and shoes, and the staff are all very attentive and helpful, but I've got to take down one star because of the quality of the products. Unfortunately the vast majority of what I buy from here breaks in a very short period of time. Shirt had the side seam unravel on the second use. Sandals broke less than a month after buying them. Decorative pant buttons fell off after 2 weeks. I like the styles of what is offered, but I realize I need to be prepared to do repairs soon after my purchase when shopping here.
