Although I had not been to the practice in several years, I called on a Monday morning with a semi emergency and was graciously worked in. My cat ended up needing dental surgery and he is doing well. The procedure was explained in detail and I was provided with an estimate beforehand. They followed up with me over the weekend to check on his condition. I am very pleased with the way we were treated.

I took my little Smokey boy (cat) to see this place. First time for both of us and I was so relieved to see how they were with him when I took him out of his carrier. They were amazing. Made me feel comfortable leaving him. They were just absolutely great with him. They called to check on him the next morning after his procedure to make sure he was doing well. Explained everything to me as this was my first cat, also. It was just a very pleasant experience all around.I would recommend them 10/10.

We are so PLEASED AND THRILLED with the care we received from AMCG. We have tried other vets since ours retired and found AMCG are the best for our dogs. Exams and everything done right there in front of you, not like the others, which I had concerns about. Front desk was prompt, professional, kind and courteous. Our tech, immediately made the dogs feel comfortable. Dr. J Brown was fantastic and patient with our Border Collie who has been terrified ever since we tried a previous vet. She took the time to examine the dogs properly, answered all my questions and concerns, and made me feel comfortable that she was treating my babies kindly. We did NOT feel rushed in and out. Thank you so much!!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Dr. Al is a great vet. He saw our dog during an emergency on a weekend and kept our dog from getting much worse. The vet techs and front office are kind and welcoming and great with our dog. Needless to say we will continue to bring our animals to Animal Medical Center for their excellent care.

Yesterday was my first time taking my Goldendoodle here. Dr Claiborne and staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional! It's very obvious that they truly care about animals! Highly recommend!

I had called more than 8 different local veterinary Friday morning. Animal Medical Center was the only one willing and able to work me and my hairy baby in the same day and he was in great need for medical care. They took us in earlier than our appointment. Checked our Link out, provided X-rays and explained to us the cost and what needed to be done before it was even done. The veterinarian explained everything to us including how to give our hairy son his meds. I couldn't have ask for a better veterinary. They were so kind and helpful. It was so nice being able to see my hairy baby being able to finally eat something this morning after days of not being able to and being sick. I definitely intend on taking my Linky Binky back to them for more care.

We took our two kittens in to get fixed and the whole experience was great! It was easy to find and so convenient as it's right by Walmart. Their staff was so welcoming and friendly, especially Courtney 😊, she's amazing! Thanks so much for taking such excellent care of Bandit and CJ💕

I just want to give my highest ratings to this clinic. They saved my cats life this weekend after she was attacked by two large dogs. We were rejected by another clinic that was closer to our house, but AMCG was able to work us in immediately. Dr Mckennon was fantastic and worked diligently to get her stable. We’ve been their client for about 4 years now and all the vets there are extremely caring and knowledgeable. My chihuahua was able to live a long 18 years thanks to their car for him in his older years. My husky mix also had a tumor removal that saved her leg from going limp. We will forever be clients!

We have 3 inside cats who are patients at Animal Medical Center. We also have 4 feral cats that we have had spayed/neutered at AMC. We feed them and provide shelter for them. And then there is Jack, our 9 year old Golden Retriever.We are always pleased with the care our animals receive. I have called early in the morning on at least 10 occasions over the past 8-9 years to tell them that I trapped a feral, and they have always allowed me to take the cat right in for a spay or neuter.The entire staff is pleasant, professional and they are great with our animals. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Animal Medical Center got me in quickly without issue. They were kind and helpful. I was only in the lobby but, for a veterinarian's office, it was very clean both in the morning and later that afternoon when I came back to pick up my dog.

I have seen first hand where ed has hit dogs on the face in front of another employee named hunter. We both just stood there looking at each other. Dr Al and ed are AWFUL mean people who do not care about your pets. I was fired from here because of my LACK OF SKILL by Courtney and Al. I sat there crying begging for another chance nope they refused. Sandy up front is A TERRIBLE MEAN LADY! The only reason I use to go here is because of the one person who made me feel like I mattered that was dr kagney she’s now gone and that doesn’t surprise me.

Oct 9 2023 our cat was quite sick, so we brought it here. I knew it had a fever but didnt believe i needed to check anything else as this was enough reason to bring it . they took it to the back room, said they examined it and brought it back out to the private room, but before even seeing the cat they wanted us to spend LOTS of money up front, we thought an exam should be first. Noticing other reviews on other places many other people encountered the same experiences here. They gave it its shots ( 1 for fever) and wanted to brush its teeth right then, but we said to let it get better first, .The vet owner of business said it found a bite mark later changing his mind to a scratch and bandaged it up. So I thought i should ask vet about its nails, after great hesitation he said they were fine. So after his smooth talk and nice warm handshake he said all is fine and i will see you soon ( for teeth). This occurred on friday, the cat came home and stayed in my walk in closet still sick, so I checked him out, and look at what I found !! We wrapped his paw as my poor little boy cried doing it and we took him back 1 day later on monday when opened. The cat did NOT do this or have an accident in closet. Only to show unseen injury after being there and wanting all the money they could get. Cat dead the same day(evening). Guess I should have brushed his teeth huh ? Heres the shameful paperwork treatment plan and my sweethearts photos. Cat was 6 years old. wouldnt you know their site wont allow photo upload ! DONT GO HERE !!!!

They were so good with my cat, and he felt completely at ease with them. The Doctor was very friendly and appreciated his big cheeks and sweet face. He’s currently being treated for fleas and a bad ear infection and is doing great so far. We’ll be back for his neuter next month. Would definitely recommend.

Animal Medical Center of Greeneville had been good to us! My pets have been going there for years for wellness checks. I've used them in the past for overnight care when we were out of town. Recently one of my dogs had a severe allergic reaction to one of her vaccines and they took such good care of her (& me!) Friendly staff and veterinarians, highly recommend!

Had a wonderful first visit!Dr. J was superb! She was patient and kind with our furbaby, answered any questions and gave me everything needed to get him back to his 110% self. The nurse and front desk were fabulous as well! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vet!

This was our first time boarding Willie at this facility and it went great! Everyone there was very friendly and Willie seemed happy when I picked her up. We've been places where she was clearly stressed and desperate to leave but here she came trotting out happily with a grin on her face.They even gave her a bath and put a cute little bandana on her. My only critisism is that after her bath she was spritzed in something that made her smell like a lady of the evening, but outside of that I have nothing but good things to say. We'll be taking her back next time we need to board her. Thanks for taking such good care of my baby! <3

My dog needed a life saving surgery and Animal Medical Center of Greeneville was the only vet out of 20 others that would fit me in. Their staff was friendly and compassionate. Their facility was beautiful and clean. The doctor called me and discussed the surgery as soon as he was finished and they text me the day after checking up on her and answering any questions. Very reasonably priced for a last minute emergency surgery.

The office is clean, the staff is friendly and caring, Dr. Claiborne did meticulous work on his procedures. They will from here on out be my go to Animal clinic for all of my fur babies and in total that is 5 precious pets!!!
