Jodi has been grooming my mini schnauzer for several months, 6 grooms to be exact. Jodi is very friendly, considerate of my likes and dislikes, very accommodating and very supportive of what I ask to be done for my pup. My pup is always happy to stay with her and I think he enjoys his stay and services that he receives. I know I’ve been nothing but very pleased, thankful of her services and happy we found Jodi’s Groom Room. Thanks Jodi for doing such a great job on my pup.

I took the little dog that I dog sit for to see Jodi for a haircut and she did awesome. The first picture is before the other one is after. Thank you for taking such good care of her. She will be back and you do come highly recommended 😊

I’ve been trying to find a groomer for my 16yr old baby for some time. I read such good things about Jodi’s, so I gave them a call to book an appointment. The soonest I could get was two weeks out, but I get it; they are terrific. I somehow mixed up the day of our appointment, and brought her a day early by accident. They said nothing about it, didn’t make me feel awkward in any way, and took my Marla without question. She came back looking better than she’s looked in A LONG TIME, especially her nails, paws and pads (which were in bad shape). I didn’t realize MY mistake until my alarm went off the next day for her ACTUAL appointment! Their customer service is EXCELLENT! The grooming of my little dog was EXCELLENT! And I love that they provide the service, where I can bring my dog in between grooms, to just have her nails, pads and paws trimmed. Thank you Jodi’s Groom Room! We have FINALLY found our local groomer, and I’m so grateful! I ABSOLUTELY recommend them for your pet grooming needs!

I was so pleased with Jodi's Groom Room's services. We have a large Pyrenees/Lab mix, outside farm dog and Nutmeg was a mess when we took her in; but Jodi had her looking great! I definitely recommend Jodi to do a great job if you're looking for a groomer!

This was my very first experience with Jodis Groom Room. I cannot brag enough how pleased I was with the results of my dog and in the customer service. Jody is very friendly, knowledgeable, and so sweet. I took my Yorkie there and he came back cute as ever and even with a bow! I am very picky and know what type of cuts I want. She nailed everything I asked for! I am so glad to have her so close to home. I will definitely be a regular here! Thank you for all your hard work Jody it is not going unnoticed! We love having you in Greenbrier!

I took my little Bichon to Jodi's on Saturday April 1st, the first day she opened. Harley is 14 yrs old and has been to numerous groomers. When I picked her up I was thrilled at the cut she had given her and apparently Harley was very happy too! She was so cute with pink bows! I would highly recommend Jodi's Groom Room! She's conveniently located in Franklin Center in Greenbrier.I think you'll be pleased.

Jodi did a great job on Trooper my maltipoo. I dropped him off and 2 1/2 hours later got the call to pick him up. It is clear that she loves the animals she grooms. Trooper was happy, and looked great!

JGR is hands down the best groomer I have ever used. She did a beautiful shih-tzu cut but the best part is that my pup loved it there, wasn't scared or came out shaking like she did at other groomers. Welcome to Greenbrier JGR, you have a regular customer now :)

Went today with my dog Baby and they did an amazing job. So friendly. And she came out smelling nice and clean and hear nails looks good. The bandanna was so cute too!!!

Made appt and the lady at the desk gave a card with no info on it..when I called to confirm what the groomer had said, I was told Monday and she had said Wednesday because she had a lady coming from Nashville to work w her...very disappointed !!!!!!!!.
