Lovely staff in attitude and customer engagement. Filled with relief they have lunch options on a business trip sometimes you can only stop once.Tried the chicken salad and was pleasantly surprised. Tried the pineapple coconut non-dairy ice cream, one of the two options non dairy options available. I will definitely be back to try the other options in the future, food and ice cream alike.

Oh my Golly!! We drive 40 minutes for their ice cream but also leave with cheesecake and a cinnamon roll! We make it worth the drive. What a sweet place--no pun intended. Someday we hope to try the other options but so far we have left with the same things! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

So many great flavors. Staff is really friendly. Have some gf options like chocolate torte. Cinnamon rolls are heavenly! Worth a stopDietary restrictions: Ice creams are marked for gluten free, sugar free, and dairy free. Only 1-2 items gf in the bakery case.

Really good soft serve!! Had the peanut butter banana chip, triple fudge brownie, and the banana pudding in a waffle cone. Good treats and baked goods as well. Good spot!!

I got to admit, I was skeptical of all the hype about this place. But I finally went there today.I got a couple of their fresh baked cinnamon rolls, and I got to say it was really really good. Not quite freshly made in the BlackForest of Germany good, but definitely Smoky mountains good.Going to go back and try the ice cream later.And you definitely get a lot of cinnamon roll, these things were bigger than my fist.One thing that was slightly detrimental that I didn't rate in my review, was the staff, as I went through the drive-thru, I didn't have that much interaction.That being said, the lady at the drive thru was not friendly at all. When it was my turn at the window, she just kind of stared at me for awkward amount of time, never asked what I wanted or if she could help me. So after about 30 seconds of awkward silence, I just told her what I wanted. The only words she spoke to me were "Your total is $9.42" and "Would You like to leave a tip on the card"And that was it, she handed me the cinnamon rolls, then turned and walked away.Maybe she was having a bad day 🤷🏼‍♂️

Scooping samples and servings of the extremely favorable ice creams & Willing to answer all questions.Lemon ice box ice cream is so wonderful!So many flavors to try will definitely take many more trips to try!

Great Tennessee made organic ice cream with exceptional service. A wide array of flavors with samples given to help you decide. Customer Service is friendly and attentive. Can't wait to get home and try the gigantic cinnamon roll.

My wife and I both got the Golly G. Which is a cinnamon bun with a scoop of ice cream.Why on earth would you not heat up the cinnamon bun?Like for real?I almost broke my fork on that hockey puck of a cinnamon bun.The ice cream was good.The service was good.The cinnamon bun was cold.Heat up your cinnamon buns. Do the lords work and use a microwave. Or build a small campfire.Whatever you do warm them buns.

We stopped by Golly G's and oh my goodness it was so delicious! I wish we had one in Hendersonville. Definitely will stop again when we come back out this way.

Great service. Good taste. However, for the HUGE scoop one might expect more than 1 small piece of cheesecake in the pumpkin cheesecake ice cream. Thank God I am a pumpkin lover. It was still a great ice cream. Alot of seating. And it has a drive through.

The food is good. The ice cream great. The cinnamon rolls divine, but if YOU don’t remember to ask for it warmed, you will get a somewhat dry, unexciting experience. That’s a lot of money for a cinnamon roll that doesn’t meet expectations. The size of ice cream dips can vary as well. Consistency is always key to meeting customer expectations every time and that area needs some work.

This is my third time here being new to this area, each time I arrive the employees literally act as if they don't want to work there. Never get greeted. Very uncomfortable I felt as though me and my family were bothering them. None the less each time I left I just thought maybe they had a bad day whatever. So when I went today, with my family and kids, got the same treatment also I asked for the kids cone but I just want a TINY scoop and I will still pay full price, he literally ignored me. So when I got the second cone for my daughter I said can you please make it much smaller than the last and he didn't. He didn't even acknowledge me. I'm sorry but when I was a teenager and I worked in an ice cream shop I'd be fired for the way they just did engage with customers. Wether you want to work there or not you are representing that company that your working for. I will not be returning, can't handle the lack of customer service, however this comment is not a reflection on the owners ice cream that is no complaints, I feel bad that kids working there don't care to make a good representation for the company

They're promoting some new "OG" cookie that has butterscotch, chocolate chips and sea salt. Sounded good, but when I got it, it was those items on top of the cookie not inside it. A waste of money.

I am new to the area, but Golly G's is one of the first places I visited. Thoroughly impressed!!Staff is over the top friendly and the ice cream is some of the best I've eaten!I have become a weekly customer.The owner of this chain knows how to run a business. I would own one of these franchises!!

This place is just simply AMAZING!! Their ice cream is stellar and worth every last drop!! BOWL LICKABLY GREAT!!! The staff is so friendly and patient and never fail to bring a HUGE, VERY GENUINE smile to my face!! ((that just gets bigger as soon as I take the first bite of ice cream)). They are often quite busy and the wait times to get up to the drive-thru window and or end of the store sometimes can be a little excessive.... However it's worth every second!! If you are ever anywhere within like a 20 mile radius of that place... or even a 50 mile radius... JUST GO!!! You won't regret!!!!! Unless you're just one of the ((what I WISH were the)) EXTREMELY RARE weirdos that either just doesn't LIKE ice cream or has never had REALLY GOOD ice cream and don't know/care what they're missing!!

What a great place! We 'stumbled' upon Golly G's driving thru and it looked so appealing we had to stop. Young lady at the counter on a Saturday just before lunch was excellent in explaining all the many, many made in house pastries and yummy treats. We had a danish and blueberry muffin and they were just the best. Will definitely go back and recommend it to all.

We are so excited to finally have a locally owned, homemade ice cream shop near us, and Golly G's does not disappoint! All the ice cream flavors are distinct and spot on - it's not like some places you go where it all tastes the same. Our favorites are Loaded, Banana Pudding, and Peanut butter & Honey. The drip coffee and cinnamon rolls are also delicious. We love it!
