Picked up some ground beef to make lasagna and when I got home and opened it, it smelled like a busted sewer line, maybe even worse. I wouldn't suggest buying any meat from there. I had also bought some ham there before and it was expired. Everything else there is good but not the meat.

Stopped by to pick up a few items and get cash back, the self service kiosk (cash and card) did not give the option for cash back, I went to the woman at the register to ask if the self service kiosk does not give cash back anymore and she was incredibly rude asking questions about how i used the kiosk like i was stupid even going so far as to ask me "did you even buy anything?" After watching me ring up, buy, and stand in front of her with the receipt and bag, before passing me off to another cashier to buy another thing to get cash back. This is an ongoing problem i keep hearing from family and friends from this location and I cannot fathom how the only way I can get a decent shopping experience at the store is to not even interact with the workers and avoid them.

I go to this store as opposed to others in area.Paige and Nancy and the rest of staff are ALWAYS friendly. I stopped going there in the past (2 years ago) due to a very rude lady.Since she is no longer there I started returning to that location. Keep up the great job, ladies!

Store is usually clean & free of clutter. Normally it’s easy in & out. DG corporate needs to give some much needed tlc to the huge pothole in the parking lot. Shelves are almost always stocked, when they are not, someone is usually in the process of stocking them. The staff is friendly and long lines are normally due to someone not bringing their id or way of paying into the store in the first place.

The sweetest ladies work here--so helpful and friendly. Recent renovations were so smart and well thought out--the wide variety of refrigerated, canned/boxed, and fresh foods means there's a 95% chance I can find what I need here and no longer need to take a longer trip down the road to Kroger or Wal-Mart--win win!

This is a Nice & New store with a friendly staff. Matter of fact there are 4 Dollar General Stores between Greenbrier & Springfield now. They're basically within 15 miles of each other. Very Convenient!

It is convenient to the entire community. Staff will not only answer questions they walk you to a item if you need help. Great selection of items, prices are very good. They carry name brand items at a substantial discount. Lots of parking and store is clean.

Always my go to store. But here lately ive been going to the other one in ridge top bc the lines are crazy and was given an attitude last time. Normally love it but for as many ppl working there those lines stay long

Staff is always friendly and helpful, checking out is normally very fast. The shelves stay well stocked and the store is generally very clean and organized.

Usually out of whatever I need as in the case today. I just wanted my usual coffee creamer but they were out. They have a million other things though! Since we don't have a local grocery store, I just wish they could stay well stocked on the basics. It was a wasted trip as usual!

I'd say 85, percent The Dollar Store has what my family is looking for. There clearances are usually really good . I think the Dollar Store would do great selling g a couple different kinds of Levi's. I have always said if they sold Levi's and hoodies and a few more in styles. They would actually with selling good food products, The Dollar Store could become the one store people would need to stop.

Nice that we have somewhere in town to buy things but sometimes the lines are daunting ..15-20mins in the afternoons. At times it's basically the same amount of time to run up to Springfield and know the place you are going will actually have what you need.

Love this dollar store..Hollie the manager does very good job..all the employees been there long time except couple..love Groucho's sence of humor they always have me laughing before leave..very clean and organized..need stock up more on yogurts but overall they do best they can with what they got..

More like 2 days ago and 2x a week .Slow line long and Mgr comes up to help 1 in back .not next waiting. Yet she was the toliet paper thief hording as it came in for employees. Asked if anymore last mth. She rudely said No

Was packed New Year's eve but 3 checkouts going and was in and out in ten minutes. Usually not that well staffed but this time they were prepared. Quite surprsed..
