If I could leave more stars I absolutely would! Mr. Charlie is so professional and kind!I’ve unfortunately broken a car key before and, because of the chip in my key, I was only able to get a new one at the dealership for $200. This time I broke my spare key and the dealership wanted us to pay to tow the car to them and then pay for the key - this would have been close to $500. We called Mr. Charlie and he drove to our door to help us! In no time he made us two new keys and even hooked me up with a key fob!I would recommend this company over and over again! They saved me almost half the amount it was going to cost for the dealership to replace my keys. And we love supporting local businesses!Thank you Mr. Charlie for saving the day!

Exceptional. Mr. Floyd provided my family and I the most responsive, caring service after the absolute worst military move (12 in 16 years).Our Champion gun safe arrived damaged and he provided a no cost damage report and repair estimate required of the Army MCO after the TSP refused to accept liability. Because of the report Mr. Floyd provided the Army found the TSP liable for 100% replacement cost.I cannot thank or recommend C&K Lock and Key enough. If you are military and require gun safe assessments, you will be taken care of.

C & K saved this mama's heart tonight! My 3yo locked himself in the car with the only key fob I had and was already buckled in ready to go, when I shut the door. Thankfully it was evening time or we would have had to break the window. I called and sent a text to C & K and it was right at their closing time. Charley quickly responded and was there to help as fast as he could. Tears flowed as he pulled in. He was able to unlock the car in just a few minutes, if that. Thank you so, so much Charley!! When I tried to pay, he said he "never charges to unlock a car with a child inside". This is the type of people and businesses we need more of. If you ever are in need, I highly recommend!!!

Charlie was very accommodating to our situation. I locked my keys in my car on a Friday evening at a friends house and Charlie came early Saturday morning to help me out. After my car keys were stolen they were able to not only cancel out the old key code so my old key wouldn't work but give me two new ones! No surprise upcharge and was a very reasonable rate. Absolutely top notch ! I urgently needed same day service to re-key 5 locks, Charlie added me to his busy day. Was not an easy job as 2 locks had foreign objects jammed in the opening and another was old and rusted. This required considerable amount of extra time and Charlie probably could have completed 3-4 other calls during this time, his focus was to alleviate my worries & provide me with peace of mind that my property was secured. A company with true morals, integrity, and competence that is rarely found in any business in this day and age. My best friend found herself In a particularly nasty chip key situation, and had been brushed aside or quoted outrageous amounts of money to program the key. As it turned out this guy couldn’t do it, but he went above and beyond by finding another company that could, explaining the situation to them and making sure they understood exactly what she needed, and the predicament she had found herself in. He did all of this knowing that he would not make a fee off of the service, he simply did it to help her as she at this point was completely petrified of dealing with anyone else after all the encounters before him. I would recommend this man and his service to any family member or friend that I have, and in fact I have already programmed his number into my phone as ‘my Locksmith’.
