Dr. Riggin is very kind and gentle and thorough with his checkups on all our dogs. and very knowledgeable!He always answers any questions or concerns we may have about any of our small dogs.We have 2 Chihuahuas, and a daschund.He handles our little animals with care. We also got a new cat, rockycat. he's coming to see Dr.Riggin soon for a second visit !Prices are very fair and service is excellent.Thank you Dr. Riggin!! :) See you again soon.

Used to work there many years ago. Not a place I would recommend to take my pets. Not all the interpersonal interaction you see on posts and reviews. More worried about saving a penny and charging high fees for services than the health of your pet. Very notorious for "estimating" a price and then charging an enormous amount if money. I know. I used to have to explain extra fees to clients. Also, the vet from personal experience is cheap. He reuses syringes and needles on your pets. He had a system of cleaning and reusing needles and syringes up to 3 times was the max and then he would dispose of them. If you don't believe me, ask. If they deny it, they lie.

I am all for a vet that is absolutely in love with dogs and cats and all animals - you leave your dog to be kenneled there, they are NOT in cages. My dog loves to visit. The vets own dogs are there, often curled up in the waiting area to visit with you. This is not an "industrial" strength, city vet - it's a nice laid-back country doc. LIKE!

My dogs got great care from Dr. Riggin when we lived in the Greenback area. The care is much more personal than the multi-vet animal hospitals I use now. Pricing is very competitive. I brought my dog back to our farm to die and I was so grateful to Dr. Riggin for making her last moments so peaceful.

Excellent service great people and pet skills. Patient and very informative even with the social distancing. Prices are very reasonable and the entire staff is cost conscience to help owners save money. Will definitely use again as well as recommend highly.

He charged my parents $800 dollars to run tests on a dog that died. He still could not give them a straight answer and wanted to charge still more for peace of mind. He claims he cut them a deal too. Find somewhere else.Edit: the response here is also interesting, considering my dad called multiple times throughout the day his dog was dying, and no one took his call. Meanwhile, tests were being conducted that incurred further expense, apparently $200 extra dollars in extra expense by the owner’s own admission below. Evidently, this is the price of their “undivided attention.”

I just want to commend this Veterinarian and staff. They were so wonderful with our Zues after he had 2 seizers in one night, we were terrified! They were great with Zues, also with calming us down. Such a wonderful job! Thank you so much!

He’s a real bad guy, guys. I took my cat to him to get some shots. My cat starts walking in circles afterwards and will not eat or drink. He charges me then for tests when I take him back. He can tell me nothing, and the cat dies. I read another comment by a former employee about how he reuses needles.
