ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! I ordered 2 BLT's for $14.00 to go.Wilted lettuce, not sure how to explain the tomatoes.Asked for a refund and they said I had to bring back the sandwiches. The sandwiches are in the garbage I explained but I have pictures. The manager Essee was zero help and knows nothing at all about customer service!!!!

The original owners scammed my wife and haven't been to the store in years.I typically only support American owned stores but I wanted to give this place a try since they had new owners and give my honest review since this place is the topic of the town lately.The crinkle-cut Fry's were great and the burger was good sized and not bad , I'm going to give it a 4 out of 5 . My only complaint would be the quality of the burger but for a gas station not bad at all.

Great burgers, hotdogs, slaw dogs! The club sandwich is fantastic and big enough 2 could share it. Do yourself a favor and get a side of fries AND the garlic cheese curds. Clean and welcoming. Worth the trip every time!!

Gross old gas station ran by stupid clueless people. Food service is slower than the 2nd coming. They do not pay attention to your order. Fries were ice cold burger was mush. Why? Because clueless Stan behind the counter decided the order should be to go, not for here, as I stated. 30 min I patiently waited, and he just said I called it to go. I said, but it was for here. Yeah, ha ha, sorry. No, let me get you a fresh one for your long wait. Nope, just laugh at me and hand me my trash in a bag. If I ever go in there again, it was a mistake. Stay Away!!!!!

The cashier lady was very nice she tried to interact you know it does not seem like a town that's very welcoming to certain people but the service was good and that egg sandwich was awesome with the lettuce tomato and mayonnaise I've never had anything like that so they made that day worth it thank you so much.

The food was good but the staff were rude and the lady that took my order actually hung up on me on the phone I tried being friendly and saying thank you but she hung up and seemed less than enthusiastic to take the order in the first place. When I got there there was a few people in front of me and when they walked by the also made comments about the cashiers attitude. Not to mention the constant complaining from the 2 people in the back making the food. The bad customer service isn’t worth the food no matter how good it is.

I ordered a large chef salad and it was amazing. I would highly recommend ordering. The lady behind the counter was also very polite. I wish I could upload my pic if the salad. More than I could handle. I am very content! 👌

We heard they have the best burgers, NOT! The burgers are frozen thin patties. Wow the people reviewing that gave it high marks must be used to fast food and probably have never eaten outside the city limits.

Need to lose their attitudes. Mad at the world because they work in a gas station for a living. Cook the food, do your job. Stop getting attitudes with people. I guess I'd be mad too make pennies for a living.

Waited for 35 minutes and never received the order we placed. We were told our food would be right out and we went ahead and paid for it but never received the food. No one was concerned with checking on the order even after we paid. Left without receiving food we paid for. Others that ordered after us received their orders within 15-20 minutes.

A great place for breakfast or lunch. I like their BLT with egg sandwich and 5 cent coffee for breakfast. They have the best burger around too. Much better than you would expect for a gas station.

The only reason I give this a 2 is because I feel you should keep breakfast all items till at least 1015 1030 not run out of bisc and gravy before 945 and not replace I love the owners its a great clean place good no great food and specials friendly people but if u won't breakfast get there before 9 am because anytime after 9 u may not get breakfast. If Kathy is not there. And its just the one cook that runs out so early the others keep all till round 1030. But if still say if traveling down 411 in between maryville and vonore pass all other places and eat here thur all u car to eat fish after 5 pm might be 6 pm and fri is steak night so stop in ait with a few locals and enjoy some great food

Piss poor service best describes this place. I TRIED to eat here but was turned away by the rude lady at the counter while trying to order. Told me the deli closed at 7:30, it was 7:23. Simply rude. When I pointed the time out I was told in a very rude way to have a nice day.
