This is my favorite Dollar General! Love the fresh produce, salads and fruit. This one sells toilet paper that we love too. Today I stopped to ask if they had any old boxes that I could take for my move. She told me I could take some as long as I left the bin neat and tidy. Amazing customer service! We stop at this location about twice a week. I highly recommend. Thank you for the old boxes.

My husband and I went into the new Dollar General on US Hwy 411 today after we got off work and got us some dinner along with other things. As we were using the self check out, the manager came up and said she didn't hear us scan a bag of puppy pads and accused us of trying to steal it. We are both highly offended as we probably make more money in one week than that manager can make in two. Very upset over the treatment we received as the manager stood there yelling and arguing with us although the screen plainly showed the puppy pads were rang up. We will NEVER do business with this dollar general ever again and that manager needs to be demoted or fired. You can't treat paying customers with such disrespect

Nice clean store respectful staff it's just an awesome place to shop all the way around. The staff makes it there business to get to know you on a personal level. So not only are you going to shop but also to go see a freind as well. Nothing bad at all to say about this dollar store

This is by far the best DG in the region. The store is neat, clean, easy to navigate and the workers are always helpful. The only problem is that Dollar General keeps them cut down to a skeleton crew of just 2 people and sometimes only 1 person trying to run the entire store, which is a terrible strain on the workforce here.

The store itself is great, and you can find what you need here. The staff is awesome except for one person here that just always seems to have a bad day, and she thinks every customer should as well. She cost the score a whole star alone.

Who writes a check anymore?!? Clearly not many. So few the cashier didn't know how to process it. So the line grew. And grew. And grew as she never called for help. At 3:00. On Christmas Eve. What a pathetic joke.

Good store. I go there instead of Wal-Mart but their prices are getting higher recently. Ive noticed things ive always bought are higher all the sudden. If they get any higher im gonna have to go to Wal-Mart. But still better than walking around endlessly in Walmart needing 3 things and ones a mile this way....The other 3 miles straight ahead...and the other 2 miles right of the men's clothing lol.

Nice selection and good prices. However when I visit it seems the employees are always mad or upset so their rude usually but overall a good place to shop for a few items

This dollar general is by far the worst store I’ve ever been to. The employees (Randy) and the manager (Teresa) are so rude it’s unreal. I got hit last night and the car that hit me left, I simply asked to see the cameras and I guess that hit a nerve because they both practically started yelling at me and Teresa called me a liar like 5 times. I never raised my voice a single time but for some reason they felt the need to and couldn’t help me at all.

I'm a regular it's very convenient. However I hate how crowded the store is you can't get through the aisle, especially not with a buggy. The company sends WAY to much over stock.

I've been shopping at the 411 DG in Greenback for years, it's the closest DG to our house. Every time I go to this store the floors are covered in merchandise. Boxes of product that should be stocked just laying in the aisles. This is dangerous. You can't pass another shopper in the aisle because it's so cluttered. Elderly people and children could very easily get hurt tripping over this clutter. And, this is a busy store. I hardly ever see more than one person at the registers. There will be a line wrapping around the entire store and one old lady, slower then molasses, ringing everyone up and most the time we abandon our cart and leave after 15-20 min of waiting for another register to open. The employees and management at this store need to get their priorities straight and make sure there's someone to open another register if need be and they need someone to stock!

I agree the store is always a mess and the music is to loud... my 85 yr old aunt fell and broke her leg inside the store and instead of the workers calling anyone they allowed customers carry her to the car! she spent weeks in the hostpital and 6 months in a rehab home. never any report filed ...DG is lucky I wasn't there!

Sells caulk but doesn't have caulk guns. Person in store told me you can squeeze it out..apparently she has never caulked anything before since you can't get caulk out of tube without a caulk gun...then tells me about hardware store down the road..

The manager in greenback Tennessee working tonight is rude disrespectful never smiles at customers always rude to me for 8years my mother and I spend close to 1,000 a month there I'm done I spent 45 bucks my cat treats weren't in my bag I looked in car everywhere took my Receipt and went back down there she said it's not here I said it's not in my bags and I've never cheated you guys she said not my problem doesn't need to work with public as much money as I spend in that store they can't give me a 3.50 bag a treats you just lost my business PermanentlyShame on you Dollar Store

It didn't have a good selection of women's shoes, and very small selection of phone charger cords. The one beside the junction of 129 and 411 has a much better selection.

Needs more employees, lines are very long on Saturday, the employees they have are good they are just spread too thin putting up stock and running the register, stock should be put up during the slow days of the week ,not Saturday

This store was pretty good compared to the GD stores in the area. They didn't have a bunch of stuff in the way so you could get through the isles.
