I have lived I Grasysville for 30 years and never seen or heard of the animal shelter. Grasysville had a pound the would grab your dog out of your dog's yard if it was friendly and put it in the pound and charge you to get it unjailed if it was unchained. Wild dogs ran free and feral cats where abundant. I visited the old pound and it was a disgrace to animal decentcy I was unaware that Grasysville had a shelter but I am very curious to see the conditions.
