We got to our motel late around 9:00 pm after driving 14 hours , I checked in received my two magnetic cards walked around the ground floor building where I asked to stay for easy access to pet area . I see a cop next to the room and I start feeling sick to my stomach , the card didn’t work I had to call the lady to help us get in the room , once in the room my granddaughter started to feel unsafe so I went back to ask if this was a safe area she replied yes . The room was clean , mattresses comfortable , quiet even though the room was clean and nice mattresses it’s not a place I would book again , the breakfast was so so and coffee cold . I thought this was overpriced compared to the Best Western I stayed in on my way to Texas .Safety: I don’t feel it’s a safe place to stay with kids , there was a lot of muddy trucks not an area to travel for a family trip more like truckers .

Had to stop here during a snow storm and ended up having to stay 3 nights. Overall very happy with my stay! Bed was super comfortable and room was clean! Breakfast was okay, not a big selection, but also not a big hotel! If I ever need to stop again I would definitely stay here again. Workers were extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside was with rooms opening to the outside, sometimes there was a lot of commotion.

I have stayed here many times over the years and find it one of the best places to stay. It has plenty of large vehicle parking and the staff is really helpful.Rooms: The rooms are clean, quite and comfortable.

Clerk would not honor the online price of $88. Wanted to charge me $99. He walked off and left me standing in the foyer. I asked him after several minutes if I was getting a room just for him to tell me I had to book it online for that price. Irritated, I said why didn't you tell me that originally, he said he did, but he didn't. Then he refused to book me a room and told me to leave. 0/10 would recommend this hotel.

This place is a little old, and the room was a little dark. With that being said the room was very clean, the beds were great and the shower was very good. My son's said the breakfast was basic eggs, bacon and pastries, and very plentiful. The staff here was the real winner. They were very friendly and helped us find a good mechanic to work on our vehicle. The property wasn't 5 stars, but the people working here are 10 stars

It's affordable and close the the highway so great for a quick over jight stop on a road trip.Beds were a little lumpy and when our neighbor down stairs took a shower I could hear it running thru our shower drain. Somewhat annoying at 10pm when all you want to do is sleep. But thankfully it didn't last too long.

On 11/18/2023 I was unable to connect to the hotel wifi. (Unable to obtain ip address). Desk clerk said maybe his router was at capacity. Wife's two devices also unable to connect (same error message). Spoke with the neighbor next room and she was getting the same thing. Asked desk clerk to power-cycle the router and he declined because he said other guests might be on.Nearby activities: Try the BBQ restaurant across the hiway.

Older motel that has been redone. The staff was amazing and very polite. The rooms were updated that matches most other rooms. The location is ideal for stopping between Nashville and Knoxville after a long trip. Adequate eating places for that quick stop on a road trip.If we make it that way again, will definitely stay again.

For the price and this location, this is exactly the experience I expected.Location is right off the highway, but there's no noticeable noise in the room itself.Nice enough front desk staff on check-in and checkout. My one complaint in this area would be that sanitation staff did come in around 08:30, which was 2.5 hours before stated checkout. It would greatly benefit the hotel's chances of repeat business and the overall guest experience if the staff only entered the rooms of patrons who had checked out at the front desk already.The room was clean, free from stains on the carpet. No strange smells noticed. No bugs in the bed or windowsills.The beds had seen better days, but they were still comfortable.Very limited sound transfer between rooms keeps the neighbor noises down.The continental breakfast was good enough to me. Coffee, eggs, sausage, yogurt, packaged pastries, and waffles. I can only fault the strength, or lack thereof, of the coffee, but that's down to personal preference.All in all, I'd stay again, and I feel it was well worth the money.

The rooms are super clean. Believe me we have had some not so pleasant experiences, but this made me giddy. lol. The evening check in was simple and a great experience as well. The morning staff could be a little more chipper but hey no biggie if we can have a super clean room with a good breakfast selection for under 100 with tax..oh yeah!!!!Rooms: Awesomeness 😎. Super clean.

The lobby and breakfast are are very clean and modern. My room was an ADA room as that was the only pet friendly room available. I would have preferred a tub but I was grateful for the room. It was clean and quiet. The front desk staff were kind. The grounds have very little space for dogs to relieve themselves. There is a small patch of grass next to the pool in the back of the building.Overall it was good experience and I would recommend.

Had a weekend trip with about 12 other people, Jenn at the front desk and the other lady were amazing. We had a double queen, the beds were caved in at the center, the bathroom had a hole in the tub near the drain, a tub liner covering up another hole in the tub further back which could be felt if stepped on wrong and cracks through out the wall along with black spots all over the bathroom ceiling. We did have about 8-9 vehicles broke into over night . The young man by the last name of Patel was more interested in coming to work in his sleeping attire and watching his phone than actually looking at cameras. Most of the vehicles were within camera range as stated by the officer who took the reports. They did compensate one of the vehicles owners with a free night after 2 of his windows were busted.The biggest take away from this is the beds need to be replaced and maintain needs to be done on the rooms. The patio for the pool area is large and was a great place for us to sit around and converse but the pool is very small. It is right off the interstate and I know that makes it easy for travel purposes but also for burglaries and such. The back parking lot and lights on the walls at the room doors were not working properly so that was another safety issue.Nearby activities: Wonderful roads to ride and explore via motorcycle.

Excellent value for what you're getting. The rooms are clean and spacious. Nice vanity area, the shower was immediately hot with decent pressure. Plenty of toiletries. 'Firmish' mattress with a soft squishy pillow top. The under the window A/C unit was inconsistent. Free breakfast in the morning was a welcome treat! Eggs, sausages and coffee! Had ample parking for a semitruck with "53 trailer. Would definitely return.

The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We did have a pet and so we were in a pet-friendly room. It was nice and on the first floor. I would like to suggest instead of carpeting they consider tile or luxury vinyle as the room had a distinct smell. If keeping the carpet, I would use nature's miracle enzyme spray to get rid of the smell and to help prevent other pets from wanting to mark. I realize not all pet owners are responsible and it causes those of us who are to pay the price. I did not mind paying the small pet fee either.Overall, as long as they still take pets, we would stay there again.

Conveniently located close to the highway and yet very quiet. Clean room, decent to good breakfast, and friendly staff.Priced right. Excellent location for 1 night stay while traveling through Tennessee. Away from big cities. Gas stations and restaurants around the motel. 👍🏻Rooms: Room was clean and quiet for a motel. Simple and efficient. Nice shower/bathtub. Good internet.

Ok so I'm here now, just to keep a long story short. My whole trip has been a disaster from the start. I chose this hotel specifically for the fact I spent my last dollar to stay assuming I would at least start today fresh after a hot shower good night's rest and a full belly to kick the day off!! I'm so furious at this place right now!! Last dollar spent and can't get breakfast because he is to lazy to do his job!! Went down for breakfast only to find a closed kitchen!! I politely asked front desk what time breakfast was going to begin he replied( five o'clock sir) so I checked my watch and it reads 7:05 so I calmly replyed (so it's over already?) With an aggravated look he replays (YES!!). So I calmly replied (but three different websites on this hotel state hours of breakest are 7am till 11am) folks I had to leave the lobby (still hungry with no money) before my temper escalated to say the least! So much for a fresh start....Naturally he claims there's no phone number to call about this matter, never again will I choose this hotel and will write bad reviews anytime asked about my stay.
