Pretty bad costumer service… I place and online order Saturday night after store hours but It should be ready Sunday morning… so next day I only receive and email when they said order was delay. I call them to figure out the status or the order , the manager said the order just came true right now, ( she should said I just see the order now). A few minutes later I receive and email when they said my order was cancel … really??? Awful!!!

This has been my pharmacy for many years. And I just love this staff pharmacist JENNIFER is great! So are the other workers. Very friendly fast and knowledgeable. Thank you!

This is the most family friendly Walgreens! Staff, and especially the pharmacy, are the best! Becky in the Pharmacy has always been polite, kind...and not just to me directly but to other customers as well. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to friends and family. We need to see this kind of attention to customers in other stores.

I love this Walgreens! Even though I live closer to the one across from City Hall, I travel a little future to this one because the customer service is a whole lot better. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. The photo people know what they are doing. The ladies in cosmetics know their products and carry extra coupons. The woman upfront know which coupons are in the ads. They are usually prepared with tape, scissors, or a pen if you need something. If you get one of the younger ladies they are always very fast and know what they are doing!

Literally the worst Walgreens I have ever had to use. The wait times on the phone, drive thru, at the pharmacy are astronomical. I’ve never been there to pick up a monthly Rx without an issue - which means every month, something goes wrong. It’s almost unbelievable. Dr sent an Rx over and they actually tried to give it to me without running it through insurance. Called once and she said she’d fix it, checked the app and STILL not fixed. Called again and spent 14 mins on hold and made her fix them while on the phone, it make a $37 difference. One time they actually gave me the wrong persons Rx and I didn’t realize until I was home and had to go all the way back. I am currently in the process of switching elsewhere. I cannot handle them and their unorganized, unsafe, mess of a pharmacy.

I never thought I would have an experience at a Walgreens that would warrant a review, but one employee in particular changed that. There was a tall African American gentleman working on The afternoon of Friday January 5th (I wish I could remember his name, I’ll have to go back soon so I can update this review with that detail) I called to inquire about photo printing and not only did he give me the normal price but let me know that with a coupon code I could get a significantly discounted price. He stated that he would be happy to review all of the other photo specials they have going on when I came in Incase I was interested in anything beyond standard photo printing . When I arrived he was at the checkout counter assisting other guests. When the line was finished he came over to the photo counter, apologized for the delay and asked how he could help. I told him I had called a few minutes ago about photo printing, he smiled and said yes I remember! He pulled out the Walgreens circular and flipped to the page where the photo discounts were and reviewed them with me. He offered to assist me through the process and everything. This gentleman is the reason I will chose Walgreens and return to this specific location. Thank you for going above and beyond sir!

Went in to fill Prescriptions after surgery and they did not run my insurance I had to pay out of pocket for medication When they had the Insurance information in front of them That would have paid for the Prescriptions This was my 1st experience Here not very impressive
